My name is ashmita debnath. I did my jio recharge of 349rs from jio app on 25th december, 2018, through google pay. Transaction is successful and money is also deducted from my bank account but there is no message about recharge confirmation. Please help me i am very disappointed. Please refund it. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction below. Please help me.

My name is Balaji i did my Tata Docomo recharge of 249rs from Tata Docomo app on 8th January 2019 through phonepe. Transaction is successful and money is also deducted from my bank account but there is no message about recharge confirmation.please help me I am very disappointed.

    I have been suffering issues on month on month regarding ecs activation as i had provided the cancelled cheque along with signed form for ecs activation in october 2018 only but still neither the ecs is activated nor mr rajiv or ms shefali is receiving the call or reverting the messages to confirm us the activation and every tym we r facing problem in providing the cheque

      I had never used my demat account and even the paid debit card was also cancelled. Mine is salaray account from 13 years when seen these kind of charges. More over it has been told that the demat account is free without any charges. Then this is charged. Not even a single message which tells about this.

      This is absolutely a fraud. If they are relevant why no intimation is sent why they are deducted silently.

            This is extreme bad for a bank like ICICI to make such fraud.

                I have an ICICI BANK DEMAT ACCOUNT since more than ten years. When I have checked the monthly transactions today I came to know that there is an amount of Rs 118 deducted for DP charges. Let me tell you that recently I haven't done any trending. Then how come the money has been charged?

                Other than that I have also faced multiple false deduction in past by ICICI Bank. I am seriously fed up by this.

                I have also seen thousands and thousands of posts of people who have been cheated by ICICI Bank in the name of DP charge. Though I request all people to let's take some strict action against ICICI Bank together. They always cheats their customers in the name of false deduction and fake charges.

Account number[protected], i deposited 7000 rs in cash deposit machine of jb nagar, andheri east branch on[protected] in between 10:30 to 11:30 pm. However, while checking the account yesterday i noticed the said amount is not received in my account. I haven't received the confirmation message sms too. I would like to request to help me by using cctv footage of same time and help me in getting the same amount in my account. Your help is highly appreciated.

                      I p. D. Naik having master debit card with your icici bank laxmipuri branch kolhapur. On 26 dec 2018 at d - mart tarabai park i swiped my debit card but transaction was failed of rs 929.42 and informed contact debit card issuer branch for sale reversal but the said amount has been debited from my sb account. Hence i request you arrenge to refund as earliest under intimation to me. Thanking you

                            Today when i was checking the statement of this year i was shocked to know about the "smab" charge deduction. Till now deducted my rs 1025. I have not received any msg/ call before deduction.

                            Now i want to close my account due to this reason. If i am not close now my acc balance will go negative.

                                I also received a call from icicibank and they just were given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                My account was salary account with zero balance plan. I have not transacted for few months after quitting my job. Now I have joined in a new job, hence for salary processing I made a transaction to activate my account, but without notifying the entire amount has been deducted. If I have an option I would like to change my bank.

                                In atm 500 rs were deducted but machine was not working.. Amount didn't came and even i have the receipt.. kindly check and refund..

                                  I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has issued me the policy of lombard without informing me and auto debited rs. 902 from my credit card number ending with. [protected] without my concern on date : 22/02/2018 and doing till now. I am not interested about this service & don't want this membership any more any how. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.30, 000 /- to 35, 000/- or more than this. As they never generated my statement till yet when i asked for it they said to deposited the money. Because of this issue my cibil score is affected by the point of -250 now my cibil score is around 600. I haven’t use this card once as a you can see in my statement. But i deposited more than 30, 000/- till date just because of this nonsense. I went the bank many time for my help but they are fooling us whenever i called on customer care they only mentioned me they won’t refund my money. But if the person never applied for this service how can they charged for it, i already have my medical policy i don’t want more i have my life insurance policy i don’t want more.

                                  Lombard policy membership number : i don’t know as i already mentioned that i’m not interested and also i didn’t apply for it so without my permission it’s going on i tried to talk with customer care earlier this policy mentioned me by the name of medical policy for one year and after that when i want to close it any how they said they won’t return my money back and this policy is of life issuance of 3 years. Nobody is telling me anything. Kindly help me out from this.

                                  I never applied for credit card before this is my first credit card. I’m a government servant working in the sector of banking (Central bank of india - manager, chandi hall jodhpur near by railway station).

                                  Please cancel my policy and refund my charges otherwise i have to cancel my credit card.
                                  Though i have told them to change the number so my daughter can be in direct touch with them ([protected] to [protected]) but it haven’t done till today.
                                  It is very embarrassing and creating mental harassment for me. Do it as early as possible.

                                      I received SMS that new upgrade ATM card is dispatch through speed post.but I don't want it to my home address. Because I am not there.and your customer care are worst . Not having knowledge. i suggest you to closed your ICICI customer care because it no use.i had called several times and to dispatch to neareast branch.every time your customer care say call later we don't have information currently.my question is if customer don't to deliver to home address than why your customer care executive waiting to delivery to home address.making a simple process very complicated .the solution they giving to once it will dispatch through courier we will take request.why you will not take request earlier to not dispatch to home address dispatch to nearest branch.now I received SMS that card had dispatch through speed post.now your customer care executive saying wait for returning the card.overall your customer care are not for help .as per rbi guideline old card not work after 31 Dec 2018.

                                        Address: Faridabad, Haryana, 121006

                                        Went to an AU small finance bank sector 16 Faridabad on[protected] around 5:20PM
                                        Used my ICICI bank debit card to withdraw ₹9000/-

                                        I received a message from bank about my amount deduction, but, couldn’t get my amount through the machine. Receiving a slip of FULL REVERSAL. That which could happen within 5-10 mins.
                                        Tried calling customer care a couple of times and could connect around 6:15 PM.

                                        NOW, ICICI bank customer care asked for 7 working days. How it justifies the same. I wanted that money for my expenses and I’m stuck without my money as there’s no instant action against the same. How ICICI will compensate for my time loss along with the expenses i need right now?

                                        My account has bee debited of RS.413.00 to ECSRTNCHGS on 5 dec 2018.
                                        PLease let me know why this is debited and why i didnt get a message of this transaction.

                                        As I have not registered for any Demat account or activated it. I even did not receive any message from bank on this subject.

                                        ICICI bank has debited 472 as ECS RTN Charges. But all my EMI deductions happened on time. And there is no reponse from ICICI bank on this.
                                        it will be good if they explain why they have deducted the money.
