I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has issued me the policy of lombard without informing me and auto debited rs. 902 from my credit card number ending with. [protected] without my concern on date : 22/02/2018 and doing till now. I am not interested about this service & don't want this membership any more any how. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.30, 000 /- to 35, 000/- or more than this. As they never generated my statement till yet when i asked for it they said to deposited the money. Because of this issue my cibil score is affected by the point of -250 now my cibil score is around 600. I haven’t use this card once as a you can see in my statement. But i deposited more than 30, 000/- till date just because of this nonsense. I went the bank many time for my help but they are fooling us whenever i called on customer care they only mentioned me they won’t refund my money. But if the person never applied for this service how can they charged for it, i already have my medical policy i don’t want more i have my life insurance policy i don’t want more.
Lombard policy membership number : i don’t know as i already mentioned that i’m not interested and also i didn’t apply for it so without my permission it’s going on i tried to talk with customer care earlier this policy mentioned me by the name of medical policy for one year and after that when i want to close it any how they said they won’t return my money back and this policy is of life issuance of 3 years. Nobody is telling me anything. Kindly help me out from this.

I never applied for credit card before this is my first credit card. I’m a government servant working in the sector of banking (Central bank of india - manager, chandi hall jodhpur near by railway station).
Please cancel my policy and refund my charges otherwise i have to cancel my credit card.
Though i have told them to change the number so my daughter can be in direct touch with them ([protected] to [protected]) but it haven’t done till today.
It is very embarrassing and creating mental harassment for me. Do it as early as possible.
