I got a personal loan (Lpche[protected]) from icici bank on 26 october to bt my axis bank personal loan. They gave some excess amount to my account on 26th october. And remaining through cheque on 24 november. But i got the cheque when the 1 month validity was expired. So i returned the cheque. After that i paid emi in axis as well as icici. Tomorrow i am going to pay 2nd emi in axis and icici also. But till now i didn't get my cheque.
I visited icici bank personally, but not a good respose from there and also
There is no response from the relationship manager. I raised a complaint (Sr[protected] on 29th december. But the issue not yet resolved. Why i have pay emi to icici when my loan amount not settled to me.

    My account is debited with 413 amount today against ecsrtnchg.

    May i know the purpose of this deduction as i'm not able to understand it from the description, also have not made any transaction by myself

      I have a loan going on with another bank, and the transactions are set to happen automatically. However, due to some lack of funds, i couldn't pay the emi on scheduled date. I talked to the other bank, and got their neft details. However, icici bank had deducted 826/- from my account for ecsrtnchg. I had transferred sufficient funds to my account to perform neft, however the bank again deducted the ecs charges. How on earth am i supposed to pay the emi if the bank keeps on deducting ecs charges???

        As we would like to inform to you that this is worst company i have transfer amount for my friend o 17 dec but still not credit in receiver account. It was no a first time i have also paid my credit card bill through phone pay that time also payment has been take more time for credit so, i want to solution

        As when i call on customer care they suggest to me to contact branch and apply for charge back, but as my bank said after payment successful there is no any charge back facilities for payment sucessfull, so this is my final request please solve my issue i m suffering from last 15 days.

          I am having an account in malerkotla branch with icici bank limited having account no,[protected] saving account on name of megha goyal
          When i have opened my account they said you have zero balance account and open account with 13000 and after 20 days you can withdraw amount i have done same in 2015 and after i have again deposit in nov 2016 from my saving some amount then bank deducted my 5077 amount from account since 2015 bank have never intimate any massage abount you have low balance and also no letter abount your account have low balance and deposit

          After that i complaint the same in head office of icici bank and they refund me 2576 and now i have mailed them many time but they are not returning my balance amount

              An amount of 520/- deducted from my debit card on jan 3rd 2019 :vin*google*tin. Last month also, an amount of 50/- got deducted and this money deduction is without any prior subscription of any google apps and without authorisation o[censored]ser. As this is an unauthorised deduction, i'm requesting you to refund that money back.

                Hi icici team

                On 27 dec, from my account[protected], rs. 826 was deducted under the description (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs).

                Moreover prior to this there was mab charges deducted, i can understand that minimum balance was less than 10000 but in november last week it was changed and the balance shows 11385 but still why a deduction happening. I got a recent deducttion of 388.22 on 11 dec under this mabchgs-nov18+gst

                I mailed you icici (Mr. Rohit from where i received the mail but noone is ready to give a courtesy reply.

                Pleae let me know why these deductions are happening without prior intimating me via any communication channel.

                  I have a 20 years old credit cards and NOC for the same already been obtained, but now on an enquire they are showing outstanding of 20, 000.

                  Please suggest way forwards for getting NOC against said credit card

                  Further I also checked my record and found that such credit card No. ICICI Bank Credit Card 4477XXXXXXX7003 never been received by me, hence there is no matter of outstanding in any case.

                    I have been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 21st december 2018 with the details mentioning. From my icici bank account

                    I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

                    It's become a regular practice of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.

                    Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

                      Dear sir,
                      My name is shasheekant mogre and i have an savings account with icici and also using credit card of same. My payment due date was 30 th dec 2018 but i paid the amount on 31 of dec 2018 through paytm. I got a email and text confirmation from paytm that payment is made successfully. Then i called icici to cross check the same so they said they haven't received any payment from paytm i tried reaching paytm customer service to report the same but their customers service agent said they don't provide assistance for this issue over the phone then i tried reaching them through email but till today i have not received any email from paytm to resolve my problem. Then i tried reaching them on twitter where i got their response stating that the payment was released by them and if it doesn't reflect in your credit card account then you need to contact icici bank customers service. I called icici again and in their ivr menu i can hear "we thank you for making the payment of *" and still it's not reflecting in the app. I had a discussion with icici agent and he said it may take 3-4 working days to reflect in credit card account and i'll have to pay a late fee of overall amount with 34% interest with gst. Since i have already paid the amount then why will i pay the late fee and gst on overall amount. Please sir take strict action against this companies icici and paytm because both are cheating their customers

                        I hold an icici credit card. I wanted to close an emi hence i requested to phone banking officer, and the final amount told was 24, 526/-. So i confirmed the executive to make a emi closure request. Next time when i checked the statement, i have been charged with over-limit fee. I contacted customer care, and asked that the phone banking officer could have told me there might be a overlimit fee, so i could have act accordingly. Executive replied, its not a mandatory process for an executive to inform about overlimit fee. It seems icici policies are against "khayal aapka". It should be transparent as much as possible. They have been waiting for you to make a mistake to charge you.

                        It was my first emi. And, have been a timely payer.

                        So i kindly request you to reverse the over-limit fee as first time courtesy and amend the policy for better and transparent service.

                        So far no action has been taken. Due date is 20th, I am definitely not responsible for the overcharge limit fee. In the first place it shouldn't have exceeded my credit limit, and emi closure or whatever payments I made post the limit should have got declined. Credit limit defines so. Or executive should have informed.

                          I have applied for a personal loan through icici online netbanking on date 20/12/2018. The loan application number is pl[protected]. This loan was needed me urgent basis but not got a proper response in the time frame from icici team, i tried to connect the icici loan department through the customer care number but each time customer care officers transfer my call to another department where i waited for a long time but not able to connect (They disconnected my call after 10 minutes of waiting). I checked the status daily of my loan application but showing me "application in process" since the day i applied on.

                          Now i arranged the money from my another source now i don't have the requirement of this personal loan, so i want to cancel my loan application and again trying to contact them but again same (They transfer the call from one department to another), i also contact them via mail ([protected]@icicibank.com) and submit a complaint via https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page but still no response from icici. Icici please help me on this and close my application asap.

                              I have not received any credit card from icici bank however i am getting mails to pay the bills.

                              Whenever i tried to contact customer service the ivr system ask for credit card number and account number which i never received from icici bank. I have sent numerous mails to customer service and complaint department but i get a response stating that the bank could not contact me. Which is not possible

                              Kindly take an immediate action on it. I dont want to get my cibil score down due the banks fault.

                                This is to express my anger and deep regret for choosing your bank for my housing loan. I had applied for a loan under PMAY scheme with you about 2.5 months back and after continuous follow ups and hundreds of calls later, your fraudulent and extremely ill-trained employees refused to honor the loan and this after constantly telling me that the loan is almost processed and giving me new stories every other day.

                                They, Mr. Avanish Kumar and Rajesh Kumar from the Udyog Vihar branch, Gurgaon even duped me of Rs. 7500 and when I asked for a refund, they are refusing saying that this amount is non-refundable. I feel cheated by your bank and by your employees and really demand a strict action against these unscrupulous people who have harassed and and caused a lot of mental agony and frustration.

                                Due to this delay and eventually denial of this loan, I have suffered monetary loss apart from the mental stress and I would definitely consider taking a legal action against your bank and these employees if you fail to address this appropriately.

                                  I have tried to make transaction at my iMobile app of Rs 10000.
                                  I tried to transfer amount to one Shri Praveesh Kumar sen qho has ICICi bank account.I used UPI option in the app.And clicked on beneficiary name Praveeah kumar whose details are already saved on my i Mobile app.
                                  After the transfer, it was revealed that the money has gone to [protected]@icici .And money never reached Praveeah kumar account.
                                  On enquiring bank againa and again I was told that money has gone to indiaideas which is merchant account.
                                  Please refund my hard earned money Rs 10000 even if mistakenly gone frpm my side because it was not intended to reach your account.
                                  Pls refer followimg TRANSACTION ID[protected] on date 27 October and 29 october 2018.On 27 I did transaction and on 29 it got reflected in my account.

                                    I have never asked or opted for demat account, still they charged me with 826 rs . I want that refund also wanted to know without my concern how can you open my demat account, If this is case, how can we trust you icici bank.

                                      Its regarding the telecaller of icici credit card recovery department.

                                      To whom it may concern. I want to complain regarding the misbehaviour of your credit card customer service representative. I have informed your representative always that i will pay the money of my credit card ending nber 8005, on 31/12/2018. Even today in the morning i talked with the representative who was continously calling me regarding the payment. I informed him that i will be going somewhere out of station but by today evening when i will reach back i will pay it online. But they continued to call. While i was driving from different different numbers. And then even explaining to the representative who was saying his name is parmod he started iritating me. I told him not to call me as i was driving the car anything could happen but no he doesnt stopped and started misbehaving with me. When my wife who was travelling with me talked to him while i was driving he didnt understand the situation and talked in quite unprofessional manner. There number are [protected]
