I am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.     I have transferred money through phonepe from icici bank to canara bank. However, amount is not credited to the receiver yet. It's been 3 days. No option to raise a complaint against this.

    I am not at all satisfied with icici customer services.

    Please understand, that amount may be very important to me.

        I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 5 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 588.82 under this category dcardfee2285dec18-nov19+gst
        I am not aware what type of charges are these. I haven't received any email or call or message from the icici bank.

        The bank should not take money from the people without any intimation. I think no one has rights to deduct the money without informing us and i think the bank should not take the money and they can do anything whatever they want.

        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

          I have recharged my tata docomo no on 07/01/2019 through Paytm upi . Although the amount of ₹165 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done neither the amount was refunded. I've already contacted Paytm customer care and they said they had already proceed the transaction and asked me to contact the merchant i.e. [protected]@icici.

          Kindly return the amount asap.

          I have also attached the transaction screenshot.

            Hi,

            I am icici bank account holder, mr chamudala raghu narayana yadav, have been debited an amout of rs400 odd in the month of december, 2018, for which i thought it is legit for deduction because of dcard fee. And i am surprised to see that again an amount of rs504 is debited for the same, without prior information. I am not sure, if they do it again.

            Kindly help me on this.

              Hello,
              I am vikas i have a salary account in icici bank and a credit card too.
              So when i need some money i have withdraw from my nearest atm center rs. 200 and in the next day they have charged me 354 rupees as a charge of atm with draw without noticing me, i didn't even see that they have deducted money again i withdraw 200 for 2 times again they have charged 354+354, so here i have withdraw for 3 times 600 but, they have charged me 354+354+354= 1065 i have withdraw only 600 they have charged me 1065. Its more than 70% of charge, is it fare?? How indian government has been accepted this proposal there is not even single line about their charges. So what can i do now i have paid to them 1700 for withdrawing 600 rupees. Please make a serious complaint on this

              i have called customer care but they have told me we will charge money we won't give back to you, the Credit card customer care executive has told that you have to ask us about money deduction before withdrawn from ATM. do you think is it correct response. charging 354 rupees for 200 means what? is it fare amount?

                I have both bank a/c[protected] & dmat a/c ( [protected]) in icici bank. DMC charges 118 ₹ r deducted on 26-10-18 from my bank a/c even after that 826₹ again deduct as DMC charges on 27-12-18 from my bank a/c ( but dmc is 600₹ only) . the bank customer care no. is not working. kindly clearify me why so much charges r deducted from my a/c & refund my money no need to cheat.

                Recharge of Rs.299 to DISH TV Number: [protected] done with UPI [protected]@icici, amount debited from account but recharge not done. Pls refund my payment.

                  Nanakramagudda serilingampally last 20 days back, he did mailed to icici bank hsr layout with scan copy of my latter, but maneger are not replyed. But please cross check his account whatever credited to my adhare number please replect to my account asap.

                    I have contacted the customer toll free number for an inquiry related a product. Icici customer toll free line itself asking the debit card number and safety pin for the authenticating and continuing the call.
                    This is not the safety process. People can track the calls and get my debit card details. I dont required the safety pin authentication to continue the call or to verify my self.

                      I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ' dp chgs' — inr 826.00'. Demat account was created by saying as default account for my salary account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                        I am facing an issue with my payback number [protected]. Points credited from icici bank are not getting reflected in my payback account number. I have already confirmed with icici representatives and the points are transferred to the payback account number but the payback site is not showing the updated points.
                        I have already raised my issue of points not credited with payback and icici both but unable to get any resolution for the same.
                        I do not have so much spare time to get into these petty issues which you should be taking care of.
                        I have stopped using icici credit card for any other further transactions as i am unable to avail any benefits for the purchases i am doing from the same.
                        I will be paying off my existing credits and will raise a request for closure of my card once i am clear with the existing liabilities.
                        Such a waste using icici credit card.

                        Please look into why the icici credit card earned points are not reflected in my payback number ([protected]).

                          Dear sir,
                          I have got the personal loan from fullerton india. I am paying the loan due on 7th of the every month. Last november 7th is unexpectedly my salary not credited. As i know that my account is not having sufficient funds i have deposited my amount for check bounce changes but still ecsrtnchg amount happen and also without information this hit happen last 5th/1/2019 two time. Also i maintain money for jan month ecs but without information ecsrtnchg charges happen. Usually ecs will hit my account on 11 pm to 12 pm. But in the evening i am getting message that your ecs has returned due to insufficient funds and charged rs.276 from my account. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen? I want to know... If you have any idea about this please mail me.                             Refer uid (A5j784) and my mail on consumer complain dated 20 dec 2018.
                            1. I, am krishna nand pandey, have been an account holder in icici bank, icici tower, 1 commissariat road bangalore branch, for last five years. Due to some circumstances i had to withdraw amount in the month of jul 2018, keeping rs 11275/- balance in my account. Despite maintaining more than rs 10, 000/- in the account, bank deducted following amount on the name of mabchgs +gst :

                            1. Rs 305.71 for jul 2018,
                            2. Rs 708 for aug 2018.
                            3. Rs 708 for sep2018.
                            4. Rs 708 for oct 2018.
                            5. Rs 708 for nov 2018
                            (Total mabchges rs 3137.71)
                            2. No prior intimation / information was given by the bank on this regard, which is highly undesirable in ethical business and contrary to the rules in vogue

                            3. I would like to request to kindly look into the matter and refund the charges at the earliest.

                              I have been promised with complimentary lounge access for the icici coral credit card the reason o[censored]pgrading is that only.
                              Now after getting the credit card when i tried availing the credit card feature it says no access..
                              And card is not eligible.
                              How want to return this card as it's been a false promise from the bank and raise a complaint against them regarding the same.

                                Dear sir,

                                I am writing this complaint as neither nearest bank branch nor customer care executives are helping me. They have made me a pendulum and i am swinging in-between them.

                                I need my old account statements of fy 2009 and 2010 but not getting any response or resolutions from both of them. My account is freezed as i have not used this account since last year and both branch and customer care are putting things on each other. I have been visiting nearest branch since last 20days even after showing my valid documents they are unable to help me. I need account statement on very urgent basis if not provided within 48hrs, i will lodge complaint in banking ombudsman.

                                  I have called multiple times to know the status of the loan and the charges deducted from my credit almost 7k +. Each time people give different answer. Isn't the process same for everyone?
                                  I ask something and they tell which is irrelevant.

                                  2days ago i called again and was fed up and asked for manager. He said he is the floor manager. Customer representative has to be polite and with patience. But he raise his voice and not ready to listen to me. Even i work for customer service and i know how to be when handling customers.

                                  I'm literally telling listen listen but he raise his voice and made me shout and end the call.

                                  Teach the same process to all and train them to be polite.

                                  Worst customer service.

                                  Never seen like this anywhere - pathetic

                                    I am ex employee of icici bank from 27/12/16 to 08/08/2018. I had submitted mail request to hr for processing my pf transfer, which has not been done till date. My current emplouer hdfc bank has also submitted the request and forms. I have even sent mail reminders twice but there has not been any response or even acknowledging my mail. Kindly do the needful.                                       Dear icici grievance team,

                                      I am getting phone call from andheri midc mumbai branch for the recovery of loan taken by mr. Kiran chavan.

                                      I informed them many time i am nowhere in connection with mr. Kiran chavan & i was not guarantee of his so called taken loans.

                                      But still they are calling me & harassing me.

                                      Pls check at your end whether mr. Kiran chavan had taken any loan coz i do not know - am getting phone call from landline no[protected] & they are speaking in marathi language saying they are speaking icici andheri midc branch.

                                        I have withdrawn rs. 10000/- on 4th january 2019 at icici atm in khivraj complex, 480, anna salai, nandanam, chennai-600035. I have received 5 numbers of 2000 rupee currency notes. Out of the five, one currency note was torn in the middle, two currency notes were having scribbling marks in ink. Due to this, the shops/vendors are not willing to accept these currency notes.
