As per msg received from icici about updating address as per rbi guidance for new updated atm card, i updated my communication address within time still my debit card posted to old address on 29.11.18 and after sending two mails to customer services neither my queries resolved nor i got any satisfactory reply. And not provided any complaint no. When i filed a complaint. This is annoying.

    Sir i am uco bank customer. I made a payment to icici bank of andhra university, gajuwaka, visakapatnam branch. But my account was wrongly debited and i lost 4800. So i asked icici bank, they dont reply me and i sent mail regarding my transcations still they are not responding, sarma kaladari who is an employee there tells cuckoo stories. So take action against him.

    Try to deposit my amount in icici piplayana branch. Security guard says wait for 5min and I have waited 15 min. But there is no response. I was late for office. This is not good behavior for the customer.

        I had applied for icici credit card 3 months ago. It got dispatched but never reached to me. Last month i got credit card statement to pay joining fees. The card never reached to me so i didn't activated it, still got the statement. I mailed on the customer care mail id (Customer. [protected]@icicibank.com). They asked me to confirm my address which i did and they dispatched the replacement credit card. It again never reached to me. I again mailed to them and they asked me to confirm the address. Recently i got another statement with late fees of rs. 500. I am not able to pay the due fees even if i want to because i don't have the credit card number.

        The biggest question is how even my card got activate when it never reached to me.

            I transferred rs 500 through imps on 8th january at 17:26 pm from icici a/c to kvb a/c.

            Transaction remark : imps txn ref :[protected]

            The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

            But i got a message that said

            "dear customer, imps txn ref[[protected]] for rs.500.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 08-jan-2019 17:26:55. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."

              But amount deducted not credit to relience jio.
              Now relience sent me mail amount not received. Phone also sent me mail to me payment successful.

                Hi,

                My self Vamsi and I hold my account with ICICI bank - As i mentioned in the Subject I went to with draw my money to Andhra bank ATM on 1st of january with is located in Balaji Nagar and address given below.

                I choose to withdraw 5K, i got a text sms from ICICI stating amount debited and i am waiting for the cash it didn't come. i waited for few minutes and took security help ( The one who watches the ATM) he said this happens to many customers and you better inform your Bank. in fact i had money in my account but i didn't try again because this may happen again. Later i called ICICI Bank Help line and explained the situation - they said it takes 7 working days, i said this is too high please try to prioritize since we are in Digital world. they said Max 7 working days but actually it happens with in that. on the 4th or 5th working day i again called and the response was not great one lady took my call as an a escalation and she has script to follow being Floor Manager. I said i will escalate to CEO she says your wish. Finally i thought let me give a time till 7 working days which is today today i got information that there was no proper response from andhra bank so matter is escalated and it would take 3 more working days. I quickly called ICICI help line again and one lady said yes it will take 3 more working days ( which means 7+3=10).. i said why and proceed on priority. i again got information from phone bank officer stating this will take 21 more days. this is utter nonsense and one cannot play with my money ?? I logged in to ICICI portal and tried escalating to Nodal officer M Vinayak - the E mail process is not at all going through and getting failed every time. later i placed request in 2nd level again and reference number as follows - SR[protected] Level 1

                SR[protected] lEVEL 2.

                I HERE BY REQUEST GOVT AUTHORITIES TO HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY ...

                ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND BELOW FROM ICICI

                1) WHY IS THE DELAY IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK TO ME ?

                2) WHY IS THE TAT IS SO HIGH ? AND FOR EVERY OTHER TRANSACTION BANK CHARGES ( WITHDRAWAL FROM OTHER ATM, DELAY IN REPAY ETC) - FOR THIS DELAY AND MISS IN TAT WHOM TO PENALIZE AND WHAT IS THE AMOUNT ?

                3) I SUSPECT SOME PROCESS GAPS AND EVERY THING CORRECT SINCE ITS MISSED AND MISSING THE TAT'S - PLEASE EXPLAIN ???

                if this is not solved by concerned bank- I will go legal

                        I am the a/c holder of icici bank for the last 5 yrs. Now they have charged ₹ 588.82 under this category dcardfee2285dec18-nov19+gst
                        I am not aware what type of charges are these. I haven't received any email or call or message from the icici bank.

                        The bank should not take money from the people without any intimation. I think no one has rights to deduct the money without informing us and i think the bank should not take the money and they can do anything whatever they want.

                        There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                          I have recharged my tata docomo no on 07/01/2019 through Paytm upi . Although the amount of ₹165 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge has not been done neither the amount was refunded. I've already contacted Paytm customer care and they said they had already proceed the transaction and asked me to contact the merchant i.e. [protected]@icici.

                          Kindly return the amount asap.

                            I am icici bank account holder, mr chamudala raghu narayana yadav, have been debited an amout of rs400 odd in the month of december, 2018, for which i thought it is legit for deduction because of dcard fee. And i am surprised to see that again an amount of rs504 is debited for the same, without prior information. I am not sure, if they do it again.

                            Kindly help me on this.

                              Hello,
                              I am vikas i have a salary account in icici bank and a credit card too.
                              So when i need some money i have withdraw from my nearest atm center rs. 200 and in the next day they have charged me 354 rupees as a charge of atm with draw without noticing me, i didn't even see that they have deducted money again i withdraw 200 for 2 times again they have charged 354+354, so here i have withdraw for 3 times 600 but, they have charged me 354+354+354= 1065 i have withdraw only 600 they have charged me 1065. Its more than 70% of charge, is it fare?? How indian government has been accepted this proposal there is not even single line about their charges. So what can i do now i have paid to them 1700 for withdrawing 600 rupees. Please make a serious complaint on this

                              i have called customer care but they have told me we will charge money we won't give back to you, the Credit card customer care executive has told that you have to ask us about money deduction before withdrawn from ATM. do you think is it correct response. charging 354 rupees for 200 means what? is it fare amount?

                                I have both bank a/c[protected] & dmat a/c ( [protected]) in icici bank. DMC charges 118 ₹ r deducted on 26-10-18 from my bank a/c even after that 826₹ again deduct as DMC charges on 27-12-18 from my bank a/c ( but dmc is 600₹ only) . the bank customer care no. is not working. kindly clearify me why so much charges r deducted from my a/c & refund my money no need to cheat.

                                    I have contacted the customer toll free number for an inquiry related a product. Icici customer toll free line itself asking the debit card number and safety pin for the authenticating and continuing the call.
                                    This is not the safety process. People can track the calls and get my debit card details. I dont required the safety pin authentication to continue the call or to verify my self.

                                      I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ' dp chgs' — inr 826.00'. Demat account was created by saying as default account for my salary account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                                        I am facing an issue with my payback number [protected]. Points credited from icici bank are not getting reflected in my payback account number. I have already confirmed with icici representatives and the points are transferred to the payback account number but the payback site is not showing the updated points.
                                        I have already raised my issue of points not credited with payback and icici both but unable to get any resolution for the same.
                                        I do not have so much spare time to get into these petty issues which you should be taking care of.
                                        I have stopped using icici credit card for any other further transactions as i am unable to avail any benefits for the purchases i am doing from the same.
                                        I will be paying off my existing credits and will raise a request for closure of my card once i am clear with the existing liabilities.
                                        Such a waste using icici credit card.

                                        Please look into why the icici credit card earned points are not reflected in my payback number ([protected]).
