Dear sir,
I have got the personal loan from fullerton india. I am paying the loan due on 7th of the every month. Last november 7th is unexpectedly my salary not credited. As i know that my account is not having sufficient funds i have deposited my amount for check bounce changes but still ecsrtnchg amount happen and also without information this hit happen last 5th/1/2019 two time. Also i maintain money for jan month ecs but without information ecsrtnchg charges happen. Usually ecs will hit my account on 11 pm to 12 pm. But in the evening i am getting message that your ecs has returned due to insufficient funds and charged rs.276 from my account. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen? I want to know... If you have any idea about this please mail me. I withdraw the cash from ATM of amount 1500 INR Amount was deducted from account but cash not received from atm on 23rd December ‘18

Still amount not refund to my account

    Refer uid (A5j784) and my mail on consumer complain dated 20 dec 2018.
    1. I, am krishna nand pandey, have been an account holder in icici bank, icici tower, 1 commissariat road bangalore branch, for last five years. Due to some circumstances i had to withdraw amount in the month of jul 2018, keeping rs 11275/- balance in my account. Despite maintaining more than rs 10, 000/- in the account, bank deducted following amount on the name of mabchgs +gst :

    1. Rs 305.71 for jul 2018,
    2. Rs 708 for aug 2018.
    3. Rs 708 for sep2018.
    4. Rs 708 for oct 2018.
    5. Rs 708 for nov 2018
    (Total mabchges rs 3137.71)
    2. No prior intimation / information was given by the bank on this regard, which is highly undesirable in ethical business and contrary to the rules in vogue

    3. I would like to request to kindly look into the matter and refund the charges at the earliest.

      I have been promised with complimentary lounge access for the icici coral credit card the reason o[censored]pgrading is that only.
      Now after getting the credit card when i tried availing the credit card feature it says no access..
      And card is not eligible.
      How want to return this card as it's been a false promise from the bank and raise a complaint against them regarding the same.

        Dear sir,

        I am writing this complaint as neither nearest bank branch nor customer care executives are helping me. They have made me a pendulum and i am swinging in-between them.

        I need my old account statements of fy 2009 and 2010 but not getting any response or resolutions from both of them. My account is freezed as i have not used this account since last year and both branch and customer care are putting things on each other. I have been visiting nearest branch since last 20days even after showing my valid documents they are unable to help me. I need account statement on very urgent basis if not provided within 48hrs, i will lodge complaint in banking ombudsman.

          I have called multiple times to know the status of the loan and the charges deducted from my credit almost 7k +. Each time people give different answer. Isn't the process same for everyone?
          I ask something and they tell which is irrelevant.

          2days ago i called again and was fed up and asked for manager. He said he is the floor manager. Customer representative has to be polite and with patience. But he raise his voice and not ready to listen to me. Even i work for customer service and i know how to be when handling customers.

          I'm literally telling listen listen but he raise his voice and made me shout and end the call.

          Teach the same process to all and train them to be polite.

          Worst customer service.

          Never seen like this anywhere - pathetic

              Dear icici grievance team,

              I am getting phone call from andheri midc mumbai branch for the recovery of loan taken by mr. Kiran chavan.

              I informed them many time i am nowhere in connection with mr. Kiran chavan & i was not guarantee of his so called taken loans.

              But still they are calling me & harassing me.

              Pls check at your end whether mr. Kiran chavan had taken any loan coz i do not know - am getting phone call from landline no[protected] & they are speaking in marathi language saying they are speaking icici andheri midc branch.

                I have withdrawn rs. 10000/- on 4th january 2019 at icici atm in khivraj complex, 480, anna salai, nandanam, chennai-600035. I have received 5 numbers of 2000 rupee currency notes. Out of the five, one currency note was torn in the middle, two currency notes were having scribbling marks in ink. Due to this, the shops/vendors are not willing to accept these currency notes.

                  Sir my father got a fraud call and was asked to share his bank atm details and he shared them due to which his account got debited. The fraudster used eazypay to do this so i m complaining here if you can look into this and help us.
                  Thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx8323 for a purchase worth rs49982.92 on pos [protected] at eazypay virtual galaxy txn# 644154. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]
                  This message we received when the amount was deducted.

                    I'm bharti ahlawat my register mobile number is - [protected] (Cc no - [protected]) im submitted a complaint regarding my due payment of credit card. I have already called to the customer care of the icici bank so many time to updated my details like i have to pay my pending amount related to my credit card on february 2019 before 10th of february and also confirm that my previously address has been already changed im shifted to the another address. But no one updated my these detail and also send someone to visited my previously address. Can you please confirm is this my mistake to do call at your customer care and no one is not updated my details to the bank or concern person. Is this the bank customer care provide service to the customer. Today i received one call to the police station regarding my payment due. Now im very much annoying is this kind of facility you provide to your old customer. Today im also called the customer care but no one answering me..

                    Can you please confirm what should i do?? Or i do somewhere else complaint regarding my this issue.
                    Waiting for your earliest revert otherwise ill do some legal action against this.

                        Evwry time i try to file form 15 g against any new fd, i mobile app guves error #0004. Whenever i create fd online i had to vist branch for filling 15 g. Then there is no use o[censored]sing imobile app uf for some or the other app one has to visit branch. Also reported this issue to ur customer care but they also not able to resolve it. Please resolve this i[censored] can.

                          This is rate of interest on 17 ℅

                          I meet to icici branch in october 17 for prepayment closure but repling is prepayment 5% charged icici bank

                          I want rules of loan prepayment as per rbi gaidline and extra paid amount refund

                          If charged extra please go action and support me i reseased many time complains to icici customer care but not meet reply properly

                            I am an account holder of icici bank for about 1year. When i went to take money from the atm, my money in account was insufficient. I don’t why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking app and checked for the reason. Then i saw a charge of 599 rupees in the name of smab chgs-dec 20/2018+ gst 107.82 and also charge of 26 rupees oct 23/2018 and my contact no - [protected] email id - [protected]@gmail.com
                            Kindly refund my amount.
                            Dont make my trust with icici to be in vain.

                              I want to inform you that currently I am using ICICI credit card (4375 xxxx xxxx 0008).
                              On 27th Dec 2018, i received 3 messages from ICICI Credit card regarding deduction of 10, 000 each, total amount was 30, 000 and this transaction was not done by me.
                              This was any kind of service and money was added by any company named "The Mobilewallet Pvt Ltd".
                              I raised a complaint against this transaction immediately and the complaint number is "SR[protected] & SR[protected]".
                              Also informed in local police station.

                              But now ICICI Bank revert me that they can't return my amount. please do the need full.
                              please make all transaction null and void and give me my money back.

                                Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 14/08/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected]
                                I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                                This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c [protected] 95 is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                                  सर जी मेरा credit card no 4748xxxxxxxx7009 मार्च 2018 में बना था जब मुझे एक policy दी गयी थी में वो policy नहीं लेना चाहता था तो बताया था मुझे कि ये policy आप को पसन्द नहीं हो तो आप 15 दिन के अन्दर policy को कैंसल कर सकते हो तो मेंने policy के लिए हाँ किया था लेकिन मार्च में policy की गयी थी और मुझे 19 जून 18 को policy की कॉपी मिली मैने तुरन्त policy को कैंसल के लिए call किया और 26 जून 18 को policy कैंसल हो गयी थी और मुझे ना तो इमेल की थी कृपया कर के मेरी ये policy का 6021.29 रुपये वापिस करने की कृपा करें क्यों कि मुझे policy 19 जून को मिली है ये आप की मिस्टिक है यहाँ पर कोशल्या देवी के नाम का मकान पर बोर्ड लगा हुआ है और जब policy hardayesh kumar singh name से थी तो कोशल्या देवी को क्यों दी मुझे तो 19 जून को policy मिली थी व 26 जून को मैने कैंसल कर दी थी तो में fine और लेट payment fee या और कोई क्यों दूंगा में पिछले 6 माह से परेशान हूँ कृपया कर के मेरे इस मेट्टर को जल्दी से जल्दी खत्म करने की कृपा करें कृपा करके मेरे कार्ड को बंद करें क्योंकि में कोई भी पैसा नहीं दे सकता हूँ में बहुत गरीब हूँ मेरे पास पैसे नही हैं में किसी तरह मजदूरी कर के अपने बच्चों को पाल रहा हूँ, में आप का कार्ड भी use नही करना चाहता हूँ, आप ने मुझे policy email पर भी नहीं दी थी अत: आप की गलती का में भुगतान नहीं कर सकता हूँ कृपया कर के मेरे इस कार्ड के मेटर को जल्दी से जल्दी बंद करने की कृपा करें आप की अति कृपा होगी

                                    I have bank account in icicic bank-botad, dist-botad, state-gujarat. Bank acc no.[protected]. Have take icici prud life time classic policy. I want to close my policy due to avoidable circumfatances.
                                    I have given written application to bank. Than after bank deducted money from my acc. It s cheating with public. I want to give new name to bank like cheater icici limited.

                                      I had returned an item to Amazon for which Amazon refunded to ICICI bank and gave me the reference number as well.
                                      However ICICI bank did not refund the money, and the calling the customer care was futile. I myself researched and became aware that a dispute charge can be filed against the bank.
                                      The physical bank would not accept the form saying that they would accept the dispute charge only when a mail authorising the same is provided by ICICI Bank.
                                      ICICI bank troubled me for two weeks straight and would just not provide the mail. When they finally did and I went to the physical bank with the mail, the bank kept asking for details. They then asked for a complaint number. Now the customer care is not giving me the complaint number
