Dear sir/madam,
I did not get any notification on my mobile or email about debit freeze on my account. When i call customer care of icici bank they said there is debit freeze on current account. I also visited my home branch vasundhra, ghaziabad, sector 13 several times but they also said they don't know exact reason and how to resolve it. My business is suffering from saturday 8th dec 2018. Icici bank will be responsible for any loss in my business.

It is requested that kindly instruct the concern official for providing me information/reasons for freezing of debit facility of above account. If any complaint against my proprietorship from anybody, may kindly be intimated to me so that this problem could be resolved. Amount deposited in my account is more than 25 lakhs, this amount is belong to my customers. Because of freezing of debit facility, i am not able to transfer to concern companies from which i am taking services. My customer are pressing hard to me for providing regular services as earlier was being provided by me to my customers. I am in deep tension and facing mental harassment since 8th dec 2018.
Sir, i am again request to you kindly look into this matter personally and provide me justice, urgently.
