When I purchase policy previous year for my parents they informed ya premium 10827 will remain same till age 60 but now this year when I got mail from icici Lombard it is showing amount 43 k how can in 1 year premium can increase to 4 times. I have renewed policy
3005/[protected]/02/000 and called immediately to ICICI Lombard customer support to cancel my policy as this policy is not belongs to me and due to their mistake I got link in my email from ICICI Lombard to renew this policy.

But they are not cancelling this policy and not refunding my money

I have made the payment and I have rites to cancel the policy within 15 days for renewal....

Am holding a Health Insurance Policy with M/s ICICI Lombard since 9th Oct 2008 and paying yearly premium regularly. Policy No- 4128i/IHIA/83338197/09/000 issued on 27 Sep 22 for the year consisting of a premium amount of INR 24181/ PA is due for renewal early Oct 2023. Through this mail, I want to highlight the fictitious debits imposed in my bank account for the health policy purchases from Icici Lombard.

In the month of August, I purchased health policy for myself and daughter and paid premium of 50596/-This premium has to be deducted in 3 monthly instalments of 17317/- per month in Oct-22, Nov-22 and Dec-22.

To my surprise on 3rd Oct and 4th Oct my account was debited...

This is a complaint regarding the rejection of Home Loan Insurance.

There was an insurance of 20 lacs taken against the Loan Account Number (LBCAL[protected]).

The person insured was my father (Late Mr. Diprangshu Deb), who was paying for the loan taken. He died in a very tragic incident and was absolutely healthy before that. He was travelling and this happened at an Airport which was completely accidental....

After contineous follow up by me, result came was shocking.
I was unsatisfied by claim settled at your end.
I have borrowed money from my colleuges and family for this operation.
As a result i have to give back single penny to them.

This is my corporate policy. From start when i reached and talk to the executives of icici regarding my

I have been pursuing Lombard customer care for not responding to my status of claim. The surveyor is not picking up phone, the customer care level one escalation has given deadline of 6th august 21, no responseI, had escalated this and my complaint number is[protected]. But nobody has called me back.
I again escalated to level 2 again no response, level 3 again no response.
