Hi,
I have raised a complainant twice with refund issue, but every time its rejected as reference number is given wrong, but the amazon have given me the same number every time. Below are the details given by the amazon, for the refund that I haven't received from the bank:

        I have paid the electricity bill on 27/Nov/2021 13;00 through online mode the amount 5278 not yet credited in to electricity bill account even i manually checked with the electricity bill counter it is not yet credited but the amount 5278 is Debited in my IDBI account on 27/Nov/2021 not yet returned.I contacted customer care they said it will return in 3days but not happened.I raised a complaint after 3days they said after 2days you will be getting resolution so 4months passed i didn't get money back

          I am trying to withdraw amount of 2000rs through Karur Vysya Bank ATM on April 10 2022.The ATM Machine got timed out while doing transaction i didn't got the money but while viewing in online the amount gets debited in my account so far i didn't got the money back I raised Complaint also.so please help me for money return.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is in reference to the PPF Account Number : 79 which was under my son's name - Devansh Abhijit Rane and was closed on 6th December 2021.

                      This PPF account was created on 2009 at F.C. Road Branch, Pune with initial amount of Rs. 25000/- and I did not maintain any minimum yearly deposit in this account until 2021. Later, I mistakenly opened another PPF account No : 670PPF/265 on my son's name in Baner Branch, Pune in 2013.

                      I received a call from IDBI Baner and F.C Road branch on 4th Dec 2021 that I am holding 2 PPF accounts and I am suppose to close one of them as per government rules, preferably the one located in F.C Road Branch as I did not maintain and deposit any further amount in it. So I visited F.C Road Branch on 6th December and closed the account by paying Rs. 5500/- (minimum yearly deposit of Rs. 500/- per year) + penalty Rs. 550/- (Rs. 50/- per year penalty) and submitted the form for PPF account closure.

                      On 7th Dec 2021, Rs. 30500/- was deposited in my son's Savings account No - 17860. This amount is just the initial amount paid in 2009 and an additional amount paid (Rs. 5500/-) while closure of account. There is NO Interest amount given which was accumulated every year in this account from year 2009. When I contacted the branch, the latest balance in PPF account was around 66000/-.

                      I need to understand, why the rest of the amount is not deposited along with the PPF account closure ?

                      There has been multiple followups by visiting personally to the FC Road branch, and multiple followups through mails but there is no reply from the bank till date. Need your intervention to get this resolved ASAP.

                              I had been debited for a value of 8850 INR as ACH_RTN_CHRG between 04.04.22 to 06.04.22 from the bank, for ECS bounces happening for past 2 years. I have not been updated regarding the ECS bounces happening all these days over email, SMS or phone call, Even when I'm using the same registered mobile number, nor updated to me at the right time.

                              I have been not using the account for sometime and when I started using the account I have been debited suddenly with a huge amount for such issues are really troubling me. I have stored the funds in my account for a personal emergency and now I facing difficulties in accumulating the financials.

                              My current position does not allow me to pay such huge debits for ecs failure, that has not been informed to me in prior.

                              I want the refund for the value that has been debited from my account at anycase, if you are having any fund clearance issue, you are supposed to inform me a long back over the email or SMS. This is really worrying and putting me into frustration.

                              Pls refund the amount that has been debited over this issue or else I’ll be holding my hands to any extend in order to get the amount back into my account.

                              I hope you understand the situation, Im facing

                                  While filling exam form 5000rs from my idbi debit card we’re deducted but the page said transaction failed. Upon contacting university they said this payment had not reflected into their account and asked me to contact the bank authorities for assistance.
