I was raised multiple complaint regarding network issue but still issue not solved so that reason they are given waver and free missed call alert back. But waver not updated and next bill they charged for missed call alert totally fraud network they are cheating all the customer ([protected]) and last 20 days i am not using this network but the bill is generate always...* network _network...

Hello sir I rathod vanrajsinh .i can't recharge in idea still 3 months and the card goes inactive . when I talk with service center they tell me that your card can't activate by us .
so please active this idea card i give this number in my bank account and aadhar card .so I humble request you to activate this number ....

Hi,
Peoples are unable to contact me, even though network is full. Another major issue is call drops almost every 2nd calls being dropped.
People have to call me kr msg me on whatsapp due to this issue.
It's been a months i'm facing this issue with idea.
If its unable to solve within 48hrs. I'll be porting to other opts.
Hope it'll be fixed.

As i am using idea data plan of 199 per month but after 8:30 to 9:00 pm the data speed is reduced to very low, to regain the speed i have to put the network type on 2g and then after waiting for some time then on 4g, by doing this only i get the speed only of 2-3 mbps which is comparatively very low to before times as it was giving 5-6 mbps downloading speed. Now it has became my daily grind, whenever i have to use data after 8:30 or 9:00...

Few months since i have not use my above sim.
Now i am try to make call but sim is not work.
And the server told that the sim is invalid and no live.
Please help me to arrange the duplicate sim as early as possible.

I have been using idea phone for last twenty years and today i am ashamed to be called a idea customer today … now my phone is not working from 13 apr 19

I have raised complaints # c[protected] / c[protected] / e[protected] / e[protected] and[protected]

I have mailed / made calls and visited vodafone and idea service centres several times … when i make calls to customer...

I have a complaint against a recharge. Previous night (12 April, 2019) around 7:21 pm, I recharged my number [protected] with 12/- from paytm wallet. I asked 3 different egents though live chat. They confirmed me that my recharge was successful. But I didn't receive any massege from IKIdea after recharge. Even when I'm checking blance using *121*4*51#(as referred by the egents), it is showing invalid request. I want my money back or SMS service...

I bought a new sim but it's been 3days it's still not activated it's showing emergency calls only i got a call on my alternate number regarding activation but it was of no use still it's not activated kindly activate asap [protected] this is the number which is not activated still sim card number[protected] kindly revert back with a guy news...

My phone supports volte service. But idea sim was not showing volte. Then i sent 'act volte 'message to 12345. Then i received this message 'dear customer, your request for volte activation is registered and would be actioned by 04/13/19 10:00:00 am. Sr no.[protected]. Thank you.' but it is still not showing volte. Please help me, my device name is redmi 5....

Currently i am using idea network is not good at home and office so decided to change network. I tried to send message to 1900 to port my mobile network but it’s not delivering the message. I called to idea customer care they told that 15 days ago i converted from post paid to prepaid so have to wait 90 days to port the number. Not sure what is the logic behind this. Post or prepaid i m using idea since very long time, why they are telling...

On 12 november 2019 i received an sms from a number 51998. This sms has charged rs 8/- without my consent.
It is had a link of web sit in it.

There is no network in my village...
Even call also doesn't connect...
Or if call connected...
Then no voice there...
We have called to customer cares and local stores of idea...
They said for small no. Of peoples...
There we have no choice...
We can't do anything... For that...
For your customers you have some responsibilities to provide service well......

Your idea company of internet network speed is very slow and bed conditions in uchana kalan disstt jind haryana ward no 10 near boosting station and park. I lodge a complaint online against the bed and slowly sleed but anyone interest and resolve this so you are again requested to please resolve problems earliest otherwise my recharge amt will be refunded so that we can port my number in other company....

I have recently ported to idea.in my previous network i have some pending bill and cleared in time. But idea team has stopped my incoming and outgoing calls. When i check with there customer care then they said i have not paid my bill, but which is already paid they asked me to call idea postpaid team from a postpaid mobile or bsnl land line, where i dont have both. My self sunny jawale, i am using idea network from last 10 years. Nowadays i am facing lots of issues with idea network. When i tried to call someone, or if i received call from someone. While talking call getting disconnected directly and the error is server unreachable. I tried to contact 198 but it is also not working

Incoming call facility on [protected] on this idea no. Is not available. When some one calling in this no. They are hearing " this idea no. Is either switched off or out of coverage area' also i am not getting any incoming sms on this no. But still outgoing service and internet services are working fine. If this problem remains tomorrow i will make an rti against idea cellular for this reason....
