I did a mistake of not recharging my Idea Cellular number [protected] for a long time. As a result, my number got closed. I visited the Idea Store in Lucknow to resolve the issue. But they have not been able to do so. Instead, they are saying to port the same number to some other service provider. How will you be able to manage customers with this kind of attitude? It has been 10 days. I would request you to kindly reopen my number.

    Hi,
    Currently im using this idea sim since last 12 years, but there has been almost a 100% call drop rate recently.. Not even a single call can be made without a drop, it takes multiple attepmts to connect and even if gets connected fortunately the call drops or the voice is lost. The data speed is also extremely low.. Takes minutes to open a webpage or update a social media screen.

      We paid our bills before due date period from 20/1/19 to 19/2/19 of which the due date was 7/3/2019 and we paid it on 1/3/2019, the payment detail is : chq no: 181265 dated 01/3/2019 amounting rs. 11822.12/- which was cleared on 07/3/2019 as per our bank statement. So even after that our services are stopped for those numbers which i paid in that cheque. And it was not for the first time, we have faced this problem from last three months. Various times i put a mail to idea for this but did not get any appropriate solution for this.
      Here i attached the bank statement to show clearance of this cheque.

            This appeal is being sent as advised by tccms.gov.in in their website.
            I lodged a complaint at [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com on
            25.01.2019 for reversal of the amount which was fraudulently taken
            From me by giving false information by customer care representative
            Ms. Waghmare. My complaint letter is self explanatory where i gave
            Full details of the case. Thereafter 3 representative mr. Sameer, mr.
            Sudhakar kamble and ms. Shivani sent me emails on different dates
            Informing me that they will be assisting me to resolve my complaint.
            But no one seem willing to solve the problem instead i feel it is done
            Purposefully to buy time.
            On 15.02.2019 mr. Sudhakar in an autocratic manner informed me by
            Email that the recharge can not be reversed. I then asked him to
            Recover the amount from the erring customer care representative as a
            Punishment to her and reimburse it to me as her action was malafide
            With full intention to dupe me (Please refer my original complaint),
            Which put me in financial loss. Thereafter mr. Sudhakar called me. I
            Told him to do as asked in my last email on which he kept quiet and
            Then disconnected without giving any reply.
            I now request you to reimburse me rs.244/- by recovering the same from
            Your erring customer care representative and also give her a strict
            Warning not to indulge in such practice as it spoils the reputation of
            Your company.
            Awaiting a favourable action from you.

            The above letter was sent to appellate authority if idea cellular on 12.03.2019. After that they called and just tried to convince me to protect their representative and without listening to the recording of conversation between me and their representative and/or making any inquiry gave me a letter justifying their representative's action.
            Please take up the matter and enforce them to refund my money.

                  My idea number has not been in use and voice call services have expired. I'm unable to place calls or receive calls. I still receive messages on the number but can't send messages.                     Mobile Number - [protected]

                    Recently, I recharged the number with Rs 309 from the app Google Pay. The plan mentioned unlimited calls, 100sms/day and 1GB data/day valid for 84 days. However, after the recharge was done, I was informed that the said plan only provides onnet calls. This piece of information was not mentioned in the Google Pay app. I recharged with this pack because it was supposed to give unlimited calls to any network. But unfortunately, the missing piece of information led me to a complete mess. I can't make calls to any other networks now. This is absolutely infuriating. How am I suppose to know if the plan only provided onnet calls if the information is not provided? This is outright cheating. Furthermore, I can't replace the existing pack with another pack. Now I have to bear this entire thing for 3 months. This is absolutely unforgivable.

                    A screenshot is attached that says the RS 309 package offers Unlimited local, national and roaming calls, when it's supposed to mention that the calls are onnet.

                        I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using can support no game. It does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution. Please do the needful.

                          I had payment due of vodafone which i paid in 15th feb 19 and sent receipt mail to idea customer care. Month later on 18th mar 19 my number service is barred due to previous operator payment due.

                                My idea sim no. Is [protected]. And my sim is deactivated from 11/03/2019. I go to service center and said to activate same no. But he said he give another no. He can't give same no. Because it is a ported no. Before from reliance gsm. It is link to my bank.
                                I hope you understand my problem and take actions.

                                My SIM is not activated by idea nothing is done on that and no action were taken by idea and marked it as resolved they just made a call to know what happen and that's it. I am not satisfied and my complaint is solved. Thank you for wasting my time

                                    From the time when i ported my number to idea i never got a continuous good internet service from idea
                                    For 5 minutes it shows 4g and then h+ and h network what the hell they are doing if the problem is not resolved then we have to change the service provider
                                    They spend a lot of money in advertising they should use that money to provide the costomers the great service

                                      What's the wrong with this idea services. I haven't activated any services and without notice they have sent a message that my money is deducted from my phone balance. I got message from 51998 number which is depicted as jammu and kashmir bank and i haven't given my number to any bank and they deducted rs 8 from my main balance. So i kindly request the idea network devices to please resolve this problem as early as possible.

Hence, we request you to send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. Also, you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account.

                                      Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
                                      - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
                                      - Click on Idea Flash option
                                      - Tap on Activation
                                      - Click on Deactivate

                                        Last half months of idea cellular not provided proper network & internet speed but we are charge for this service daily my 1 gb internet are waste & face the network problem. We attached the screenshot of my mobile for showing of speed. Because of this network problem i am not a send a mail & much more for that purpose i am waste my time & money, so solve this problem urgently rather change the network.
