    There is no network signal in our area(Goutham Nagar, Ferozguda, Balanagar, Hyderabad 500011, Telangana).
    We are unable to receive any calls or messages since 6 months.

      I am Madhukar Anna Kale. My vi number is [protected]. I'm having trouble making outgoing calls I have trouble making outgoing calls to 10 to 15 people. Call after disconnect. This is bothering me a lot. Please fix this problem for me soon. Otherwise I will go porting to another company

          My idea sim has been showing no service for over more than a month now. My paytm & whatsapp are all registered under this number. Kindly resolve the issue.
          Ps : i have tried restarting & removing the sim & putting it back again. No it's not working.
          Hope you will resolve this is really soon.

            Hi,

            I have linked all my accounts with my mobile number [protected]in india.Now I came to USA I want to take international plan but now my side is not working in India. How can I get my new sim activated. Is there any option for virtual sim card.
            All my accounts including aadhar was linked to my sim car. Please suggest needful asap

              Recently my postpaid bill is generated for my IDEA number 83********
              Normally i receive 299 rs bill but this month I was charged 2508 Rs.
              While checking the bill I was falsely charged for 330 International messages which I did not even send from my mobile number.
              I checked my mobile and there are no SMS sent at all to those numbers.

              As the customer care people wants me to pay the bill.

              I don't know anyone out side india and I don't have a need to send 330 messages.
              I will be paying only for the services which I used and I want IDEA to reverse the charges which I did not use.

                  I woke up today it recieve such message :

                  Hello!
                  Thank you for choosing to access Games Hub,
                  You have been charged Rs. 20
                  Your balance is Rs. 18

                  But, I don't recall trying to access these VAS services. Moreover, when I try to know more about these services, it says I don't have any such services enabled.

                  So, first Idea charges me for something I did not opt for and then fails to acknowledge that service.

                    Hi,

                    Suddenly there are no network Signals in my phone.While I am restarting the phone or reinserted the sim the signals were appear for some seconds. There is no way to reach the customercare. 198 no is not working whats app support cant help to me. No any Kind of support from service provider.

                      Iam going to complaint in consumer court for difficulties I faced through this mobile phone service provider through my legal consultant. Iam also a law practitioner in India. Why are you people cheating peoples in days of offer and record of mobile data. I have all records with me on my phone as well as in my computer. Data recieved and date of purchase clearly mentioned. I hereby softly inform you that within seven days I must recieve a reasonable compensation for not to proceed into a consumer court. And please note that this complaint is raised through a recording which you cannot fool systems in law. Thank you

                          Hi,

                          My idea sim not showing network availability since two days.
                          I tried recharging number, replacing sim and enabling settings still no luck.
                          I'm not receiving any SMS or calls. Sim range icon is marked crossed.

                            I am using idea for a quite long time but the service provided by Idea is not satisfactory. I am very doon planning to change my service provider.
                            Yesterday i recharged my Idea sim card with a 84 days plan which offers 4GB per day...but internet is so slow that even i couldn't download my video lectures barely of 200 MB ...this is how worst the service of idea is. Either refund me or enhance my internet speed.

                                    I am being asked to pay settlement fees of rupees 533 for a sim that has been inactive for more than a year.
                                    When asked to give me a detailed bill about the services used they say we don't have any records.
                                    Additionally, I am repeatedly being messaged and harrassed from different numbers to pay the amount for a service I have not used.
                                    As a customer I should be given a detailed bill and the log of calls if made to justify the charged amount. Deliberately not giving information and coercing someone to pay unjustified settlement fees which also includes a waiver is ridiculous. I have never seen any establishment waiver amount on "bills".
                                    The sim has been inactive for more than a year, isn't it company's responsibility to intimate the customer as soon as the sim goes inactive. But this establishment prefers waiting for a year before asking "settlement fees".
                                    As a customer, withholding information about services used and coercion to pay for services not used compromises my rights as specified by the consumer protection act, 2019.
