No message plans...and 49 pack for 28days was gone... only 79nplans was there for getting incoming calls...idea is the worst network I have seen... I'm using my idea sim since 2003 till now I used idea network but now I have changed my mind to change over this ### network nd port to jio

Currently classes and work is going online but due to bad network we are not able to use internet.

There are more than 5000 people who will switch to network provider who will provide 4g network in my area

Currently network in my area is similar to 2G.we are not able to use internet even cannot chat on whatsapp.

I was a post paid subscriber with Mobile No [protected] with Idea Cellular. During Jan 2020 I have deposited Rs 3000 for International Roaming as prescribed on the web. As there was no response and when contacted the customer care they demanded another Rs. 3, 000 for the facility. Vexed with the demand I approached Jio who rendered the services at Rs 1200. Later when Idea became Vi on amalgamation with vodafone and raised prices of post paid, I ported to Jio last year. Since then there was no response for my refund request and hence this complaint for refund of illegally and irresponsibly held deposit of Rs. 3000

please improve my idea Network signals. So many times I raised complaints but no one solved them. Internet connectivity is low at Hyderabad also, and signals are very poor not only that location at every location having the same issue. I am unable to get calls, if any one tried to reach out saying switch off this number like...
If I am facing any emergency situation, there are no proper signals. please Madam request you to maintain proper signals. sorry to say I am already reached to customer care but no one able ready to talk with me they are pickup my call but no one talk to me

I eas charged for caller tune subscribtion many times. I promise I did not even try to subscribe caller tunes. It was not single time I was charged multiple times. How can you subscribe caller tune without my concern. For this reason only I want to change my service provider. Please and consider it as serious complaint. I don't want any subscriptions from your end. Never ever change me again for these caller tunes. I have sent STOP message to your subscription but never helped. And If it repeats for other time I will definitely change to other provider. I wish for refund if possible. Because I was not charged single time to neglect. My hard earned money. Please refund

Dear Team,
I have been trying to send a port message to 1900 from my idea number +[protected] by using format port SMS. However the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed every time. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldn't find any reasons why port messages wouldn't be delivered.

Kindly do the needful for the same.

I am trying go PORT my number from Idea to other cellular service provider. However, whenever I send the SMS "PORT " to 1900, the message is not being sent even though I have an active plan and sufficient balance to send the SMS. When I contacted the customer care I was told that I would have to recharge with a plan of Rs. 128/- or above for sending the SMS. When I have the sufficient balance in my account why should I make another recharge just for sending the SMS. The customer care executive also failed to provide the details of Nodal Authority.
