Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I have idea cellular sim from past almost 10 years in Maharashtra network. From past few years Trai policies are changed.

Now a days, to keep your no activated, you have to recharge your number with Rs.49 every 28 days and you get a talktime of Rs.39. Now, they have added extra clause in this that you will not be able to send SMS with these Rs.39. To be able to send SMS, you should recharge it with Rs. 128. This is total exploitation of customers. What is the use of those 39Rs which gets accumulated in your account. You can just call and can not send SMS.

I would like to complaint about this and we should have more strict rules in this area. With such inflation in country, these people are taking total advantage of poor people to pay their loans to government.

      Since yesterday I raised complain as well but issue has not been resolved and now cannot connect to customer care even. I am not getting any kind of otp and port out sms as well. I have my work and otp is must for log in into some of the portal. Assam circle guwahati

        Since idea is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
        "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

        After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit idea showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

        Idea service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with vodafone.

        Please help me to get out of idea network.

              It's been so many months that this is happening. They automatically activate some gamepind services and deduct 30, 150₹ automatically and no response from CUSTOMER service. So i stopped recharging but it's my main SIM I've recharge for atleast 49₹ for validity otherwise they'd stop outgoing/incoming. Now i want to port my sim because of the same issue but can't send any message or call, even CUSTOMER care is not available. Can't send port sms to 1900 or any other number. This is the last option I'm taking. I'm fed up from their ###.

                My idea sim is not receiving messages and calls. Network signals are strong. I recently uninstalled my whatsapp and wasn't able to connect back because i couldn't verify my number as i am not getting any messages or calls on my number. My No: [protected]. Please solve the issue

                        I received a message as- your juice up videos has been activated. Amount charged is rs 150.0 /- for 1 month. Renewal charge is rs 150. To deactivate sms stop to 155223 your balance is rs.263. 39- while i did not even know anything about it and msg for deactivating is not going through. This is shocking for i have been a content user of your service.If proper action not taken I may have to cancel my connection with Idea. Please do the needful and kindly avoid the confusion at the earliest.Anticipating your favourable action and thanking for all your service so far.Pls look into the matter and revert back with a refund in my balance.                                 I have been using my Idea for a long but I never had an issue with it but from last 8 months I have been facing a lot of issues i don't even get a single bar of signal i won't get calls rather I could not able to call anybody, I can't even get a chance to call the customer care because of the network issue, If you can't resolve in 48hrs ill move to another another network.

                                    Company always forward my call to my friends i cancel call forwarding but its till not solved last one month my all call forwarded to my friend number i complain to network operator but my complaint not solved till date i miss every important call and my friend also irritated through all my call everyday
