Today morning i got a message that "thanks for choosing access to games world" but i haven't choosed any of it and 20rs. Got deducted from my account without any action from my side..this is just pathetic

I have already complained on call drop in this network abruptly it was not resolved but answering that It was resolved. I am unable to contact customer services atleast due to call drop problem

As I want to port from idea to jio, I have tried to send port request to 1900 from my number but it has been long time that message delivery is getting failed. It is showing unable to deliver message every time.

I recharged for Rs 379 on July 14th and again today (July 31st) I recharged for Rs 399 by mistake. Will I get a refund on this ? What should I do? Is it possible for the plan to get postponed till the first recharge validity gets over ?

I recently ported to Vi India but I'm not getting voLTE network.
When i contacted Vi i was told that i have a Vodafone number.
But as i know Vodafone and Idea are not one.
When i asked them to enable VoLTE they told me voLTE services not available for bihar circle Vodafone number again my question is i have a Vi sim not vodafone then why I'm not getting VoLTE.

I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past many years.. I had changed my handset so got new sim & wasn't using it... i inserted the sim again in other handset, it showed inactive...

recently came to know my number is allocated to some one else.

How can my number be allocated to some one else?

This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. ...Paytm accounts...

My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information.
i did not expect idea to act so irresponsible which put me at very high risk.

Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number.

I am filing the complaint second time. First time customer care guy suggest me to change the SIM card to get the better speed. I did that as well still no improvement in data speed. I would say it is India's slowest internet. I request to resolve my issue as soon as possible because my work is badly hampered by this issue. If you don't resolve the issue please revert back my remaining recharge amount. I would like to switch to other network. I have attached screenshot for reference. You can check there is 4G network but data speed is 1.xKbps.
