Idea Cellular SIM No [protected] was disconnected on 13-May-2020. I am getting bills and calls to pay till today.

There was no request given by me to unbarred the connection. This is done deliberately to make money from me.

I also sincerely paid last bill On 6-July-2020 balance due was paid Rs.470/-(after disconnection)

Today on my mobile I got SMS to pay Rs.3648.76 and email dated 17 Aug to pay Rs.296.67.

This is totally fraud. Company people harassing and doing mental torture.

          Its so disgusting to bring this matter that IDEA/VODAPHONE(Vi) has become a cheating company.

          once the IDEA cellular was good practicing company providing fair cellular services with customer focus.

          but the company has started cheating with activating value added services without consent and knowledge of customers

          and only Vi the idea vodaphone has the covid message when you call i didnt find any other company using covid message when we call, its irritating that every call we get the covid message and to avoid we need to dial and cut the call every time, its pathetic that only in india we have this kind lethargic messages to disturb peace of mind.
          i will be happy if action is taken against idea cellluar now the so Vi idea vodaphone

          its shame on idea celleluar the worst mobile service provider, i lodged the complaint on 15th august 2021 with hope that the shameless cheaters will stop cheating subscribers with malicious business practices o[censored]nconsented value added services deduction from main balance but the looters have again resorted to cheat me with unconsented activation of caller tunes after i recharged my talk time balance leaving me with no balance to call others
          i hate idea the great looting cheater company vodafone idea( VI)

            It is supposed to be high speed 4 g. Connection but neither it is full network not their is any Speed.plz check and resolve urgently

              I have called Idea customer care for deactivation for " idea power flash messages " which risks unnecessary money deduction from account. ( had problem previously about 7-8 months ago while about 80 Rs. was deducted.) But they are just saying that " this can be done from your mobile with deactivation broadcast messages." but i had already done long ago but still sometimes i received same messages. And in last weeks number of messages have increased. I could not understand why this kind of messages are present even after DND activation. I really need to deactivate this service. [protected]

                  My sim is from srinagar jammu and kashmir. My number is ([protected])..my sim card shows "no service"since yesterday.
                  I tried all these things
                  1. Manual select network
                  2. Two to three times restart the phone
                  3. Pull sim out and place it again
                  4.updated my phone
                  But same result is there.
                  Please help me to sort out this.
                  As i have only one sim with me so i couldnot call to anyone.

                    I have my gang simcard which i used since 9 years... I buy this sim card with lifetime validity of SMS pack 10 paisa my gang calling... But suddnly they change rules... And also stopped my services of SMS which i get with SIM i.e 1.50 first SMS then 100 sms per day free
                    Why they stopped my servie which is lifetime for my SIM

                                  Unable to send messages from my phone but i can receive messages to it

                                  1) Tried different message centers numbers but still having the same issue
                                  2) In idea website they didn't mentioned about messages related queries
                                  3) In idea website they didn't mentioned about message center numbers in various states
                                  4) 24&7 chat is waste, even i can google it for best offers. not sure why they invented about 24*7
                                  5) having huge issues to transfer money/chats verification to that number
                                  6) Tried multiple times to idea customer care every time it is disconnecting after it says we are transferring to customer support team

                                      I restarted my phone today and my Sim will not connect to the network.
                                      I have an Idea Sim from Kerala but am currently residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
                                      All my work and bank were linked to this number, I really need your help to resolve this issue at the earliest.
                                      I have tried restarting my phone, turning on and off airplane mode, and even tried the sim on a different mobile phone, but I am not getting any service.
                                      I cannot call or get data.
