They have been deducting my balance without any proper reasons. i got random messages of thankyou for choosing to access these services and i have never used the basic internet on my idea sim. I usually use this sim for calls only as it is a old 2g sim. I have been tryin to contact the cs but they always drop the call.

    Hi,
    We had a decent range and speed for Vi network in this area till recently but, have been receiving very low speed in our network connections now. Although it shows the same coverage and VoLTE as before the speed crashes in intervals even when it shows full network coverage. The only good network we have here was Vi but, now we're forced to switch to Jio network by this issue. Please fix this as soon as you can.

          Today I received a message saying that Thank you for choosing to access Fun Portal . You have been charged Rs 15. But I have not chosen anything. This is not the first time that my money has been deducted unfairly . Now I want my money back and an assurance that it will not happen again or else I will port my number and advise others not to trust idea.

            Hi,
            I'm unable to send port message through idea sim. I'm see some complaint posted before and idea isn't resolved it.
            I think it's weird that for small process we need to file complaint.

                    I have been a customer of Idea for more than 10 years. I am currently on travel to Rwanda, Africa.
                    As I landed here, the SIM stopped picking up any signal.
                    International roaming is active on my mobile. The bills are paid. My credit limit is upwards of INR 23, 000/-
                    I have done what customer care told me. Restarted the device, selected manual network, and checked the SIM with another phone. No resolution.
                    I filed customer care and they gave me a TAT of 48 hours. Everytime I connect with the Customer Care over chat, the only answer I get is wait for TAT to get completed and we will surely resolve the complaint.
                    The customer service executives do not read the messages, do not understand the context and reply with standard texts.
                    This is a sheer harrasment.
                    SIM not catching signal has a lot of impact as I am not able to complete any banking transactions.

                      On 17/11/2021, a recharge of Rs 379/- was done twice for the number [protected] by mistake. One was done through Gpay and the other through outlet. Please refund the amount of Rs.379/- as its of no use. Kindly take action.

                        For last two weeks or so cannot send any sms or even to my dismay cannot even open VI app as OTP is never received. Even i went to store and asked for support but even after getting the new sim the problem stays. I am using iPhone so no sms center being updated. So I tried to put this sim into some other phone and checked the sms center is as it is what has been asked to update

                          My sim is from maharashtra, and my sim card shows "no service". Since 2 days
                          I tried all these things
                          1. Manual select network
                          2. Two to three times restart the phone
                          3. Pull sim out and place it again

                          But same result is there.
                          Please help me to sort out this.
                          As i have only one sim with me so i couldnot call to anyone.

                            Hello Team,

                            I am trying to port my mobile number ([protected]) from idea postpaid to the Airtel prepaid. I initiated my port request on the 13th Nov, 2021.

                            In the early morning of 14th Nov, 2021 at 1:14am, I got the following message from VZ-ViCMS

                            "Hello! Thank you choosing to access Telesync games, You have been charged Rs. 10".

                            Please note that I did not access to Telesync games. I did not used internet, I did not sent any message to access Telesync game, I did not call to access to Telesync game. But still I am not am able to understand how I get this message. This is really very unethical way to loot the money from the customer.

                            I request you to please help me to get the refund of this 10rs along with to processed my request of the Port.

                              I have received an SMS saying, "Thank you for choosing games world. You have been deducted Rs. 22". I have not activated any pack. How can idea do this to their customers? Are resorting to robbing now?

                                Mobile balance is zero after recharge

                                    I am using Vodafone Sim from 2013 onwards under a fixed Plan. Never got wrong bill till May2021 from Start for using.

                                    But Vodafone start wrongly ISD charged in my sim from June2021 onward. So many communication done with VI Team regarding the wrong billing issues but not resolve the issues yet.

                                    No proper response taken by Vodafone service Provider.

                                    1.Just I want to proof from VI, all ISD Call made by this sim from my side.

                                    with proper Handset details which I made by all ISD Call, Handset Model & IMEI no. etc
                                    2. Whom to given permission for start ISD Call from this Particular sim.
                                    3. Suppose to made ISD Call from this particular sim, why not any alert message provide by Service Provider Vodafone Idea.
                                    4. Too Much High billing due to ISD Call under Company Fixed Plan RS 399, Why not send proper alert to Company authority & User for wrong used.
                                    5. What is limitation amount & time for pending bill amount not Paid for Post paid sim to suspend/Stop all calls.
                                    6. Why not Vodafone jointly cross verified ISD Call made by me with Call receiver.
                                    7. When I asked Vodafone representative those who are nominated to resolve these issues, not actively advice to solve as raise ticket in VI System. etc.
                                    Need to resolve all ISD Call charged from Sim([protected])
                                    Hope to be solve by your team.

                                      I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help
