Dear madam/ sir,

In re: notice for recovery of outstanding dues rs.441 /-in respect of account no. “[protected]” and mob. No. “[protected]”.

Under instructions and on behalf of my client idea cellular limited, a telecom company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at idea cellular limited, worli, mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at idea cellular ltd, sharada center, 11/1 erandwane, karve road pune - 411004, we hereby serve upon you the following legal notice.

My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter - alia in the maharashtra circle service area by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication and government of india.

My clients state that you have subscribed for a mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and theaforesaid mobile phone connection and account no.[protected] was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.

As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter - alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of rs.441 /-is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid mobile phone connection.

I, therefore, call upon you on behalf my client to pay the said outstanding amount as mentioned above within the three (3) days of the receipt of this notice failing which i have definite instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences. Without prejudice to the legal rights and contentions of our client, if in case you have any question on the above point, you may contact one of the officer named atul bhalerao contact no. [protected].

In case, you have already made the requisite payments before receipt of this notice, please ignore this notice and else treat this mail as final call before initiating court proceedings.

I have received this email from idea. Currently this number is not belongs to me. Before discontinuing this number i had converted it to prepaid by paying my all dues. Idea is charging me this without giving me any details itemised bill of so called pending dues. I had already asked their one of the customer service advisor to send me itemized bill. But nobody had turned up so far & gave me the required details.

Could you please send me out detailed itemised bill which you are saying due. Because, as far as i am aware this postpaid number changed to prepaid number and at that time as per your process you had taken all due amount before migrating to prepaid.

This is to bring to your attention that on a telephonic conversation with Mr. Nitin Sharma on the 20th of May via his mob. No. [protected] I had clearly asked him about the existing problem and also as to the charges for roaming and was duly informed that nirvana plans don't have any roaming charges and where so ever we are we can avail these benefits no matter the plan availed .
This month on the payment towards my bill :-
1) 900 was advanced towards the payment of only mobile internet for which the company had barred all my communication casing me with a lot of mental agony and business problems .
2) again an amount of about 533 has been demanded for the bill this time while I avail a post paid connection which means that payments of any new plan shall be applicable after the month .
3) also in the bill it's been found that to fraud with customers your company has violated the contract and has clearly caused fraud with the accounts by charging me with a new tariff plan and including 811 as roaming expenses .

The company standard liable towards me for mischief (425), cheating (415), criminal breach of trust (407), forgery for the purpose of cheating (468) of IPC
And shall be held responsible for it at your costs.

    Hi got an sms from idea saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional calls.
    But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.

      In the detailed bill of my idea postpaid mobile number [protected] dated 26 January 2018, it is seen that an amount of RS 549 is charged for a call to number 055315 on 10th January 19.02 hrs. While checking it is understood that call to that number is not possible from my number. More over I am very much sure that such call was not made from my number.

      I am a senior citizen. I visited idea office at Kuthuparamba, Kannur district, Kerala, 8 times for getting the detailed bill, but I got the detailed bill only after pursuing for more than 10 days that too after intervention of police authority. Meanwhile cellular provider disconnected my outgoing facility for not paying this amount and that caused big trouble for me. Kindly address the issue to reinstate my outgoing call facility.

        Since from 2 days i m not able to receive any messages and any otp from my company server. I m working with a company where i have to login with my login id and confirm from otp but from 2 days im unable to receive otp,
        This is not the way you idea people work like this and your internet speed is also not good.
        Because of you i got penalty for absence not login on time, my insentive was loss because of that.

          1) whenever i make a local or std calls to any network, the voice is always breaking and the call gets disconnected every time within 10 seconds. This is so frustrating.

          2) i am not getting any incoming calls. Whenever anybody calls me, it says the number is out of coverage area. And hence i missing lot of incoming calls.

          3) all the above issues are happening from the beginning only when i took the idea sim card. Issue is existing since 2 months.

          4) i already raised complaint about this to customer care, but could not get the resolution.

          I request you to please look into this matter asap.

            I was using my phone no since last five years... I was very regular and up to date when i got noticed to link with adhaar no, i linked my phone no with adhaar no. About five months ago... But on 26-02-18 i recieved a message from idea cellular saying that - dear customer, your idea connection has been barred & will be deactivated within 48 hours as your document has been found to be non compliant as per govt. Norms... And after that my phone was not working no calls incoming, or outgoing. I tried to call several numbers including customer care and helpline etc. But nothing to do... After about 48 hours my network gone...
            I called to the customer care with another no of my home the representative says that you were not using the no since last 90 days so the service stopped..
            I replied him that since last 90 days i have recharged my phone several times and even 15 days back i recharged with rs 110/- how can you say that it was inactive... After that he said that you were using many no with the same name so the service is blocked... I asked for the details but he denied...
            What should i do? Kindly help me.
            I have the recharge messages stored in my phone and also many call recordings to prove that my no was active...

              My idea sim [protected] is not working, i did link my sim to aadhar in last January after i came to Saudi arabia so i couldnot re verify the sim, now it is not working it showing no service since February 9 2018. Before it was working even in international roaming.

                I requested to port my number [protected] from Airtel to Idea, It has been ported out from Airtel but Services are still not activated, I keep receiving message on my alternate number to activate by dialing 59059. But It's not working, This is damn irritating a very bad experience with Idea. Please activate all of my services ASAP

                    I dont have network signal from today morning, not able to contact customer care because only through other idea postpaid or bsnl landline only it will connect, no showrooms open to contact today. Creating huge disturbance searching for idea postpaid users to contact customer care to know reason for network loss. I am paying mobile bill regularly in time, already i sent complaint mail to idea customer care mail id but it is showing it may take 48hrs to resolve. I may loose important opportunities due to non-working of my mobile number today.

                      I ported my jio no. [protected] in idea on 26th feb. 2018 at 10:30am. I was told that port would be done in 7 days. Yesterday at 12:12am jio tower had gone and i inserted idea sim in mobile. The tower of idea came for 2 minutes and then gone. After that got text message from idea that my no [protected] is activated. But so far my no. Is inactive. I called customer care but not got satisfactory answer. Do need full.

                            Hi..
                            I have been getting around 500 voicemails on an average from an unknown number. When i try to open that voicemail it won't open.
                            I contacted the customer support and they told me 3-4 methods to try and i tried out each of them as asked by them. I told them to connect me their team lead who gave me a whatsapp number to complain to but even then the issue is not getting resolved. I am fed up because my mobile keeps chirping all day. I've installed a third party app to delete these voicemails immediately, but i want a solution from idea cellular immediately

                              Idea company is fake. I will complaibt about idea everywhere. They are giving our personal recordings to everyone with help of minister police. Idea do not have right to share personsl recordinh of wife to husband. Very cheap fraud company. Please take strict action against idea centers and idea services to leak our personal recording to anyone. I am a woman and thus want to raise this complaint for safety of woman. Thank you all

                                  Idea lady officer (Kota) & agent - sunny - miss communicate about post plan means tell plan 399 with 100+50 discount (Monthly 249 plan) with offer o[censored]nlimited calling +100 sms/day + 1 gb data/day. They port no. On 12 dec'17

                                  But after seeing monthly plan it is given of 219 and 260 for the month of jan'18 and feb'18 of rs. 264... Now i can't do till 3 month as per rule blocking period

                                  Now nothing is getting as feedback from them nor any action they taking that & even not resolve my issue.

                                  I request you to take legal action for this fraud & needs my money & time back which i lost to getting solution from them.

                                  Greeting!!!

                                  This post is to inform about how the Idea Officer (Manish sharma, Pooja, Ragini etc.) chasing, discuss about the issue but not giving any solution about the money which I paid extra against said plan (250+taxes per month with facilities o[censored]nlimited Call + 100 SMS/ day+ 1GB Data/day, No extra charges will be there except of this).

                                  One Person (Pooja) told today, from 21.03.18 onward your plan will be change as 250 + taxes...& reduce 200 rupees from current Bill (which is already a big amount (Rs. 590) against of 250+Taxes= approx 300...)

                                  But when I asked for complete waive off current Bill (Rs. 590) & activate 250 month plan (as she commit on Telecom) with all running facilities without any extra charges except taxes...& wants this all in written from Idea either via Message or Mail... no reply from her as I aspect.

                                  In short mam, for chasing & repeatedly asking the same question... officers/executives of Idea Cellular counts are only increasing not solution .

                                  25th Mar'18 is the last date for payment after that they stop services.

                                  Man request you please arrange to resolve my pain.

                                    I have filed an FIR Madam and had sent the copy to your team.
                                    Payment gateway of India was kind enough to give me details of the transaction which I had shared with the idea team to freeze the account immediately but to no avail. There was a fraudulent transaction with airtel money as well. They helped me immediately and have taken action. I was expecting the same from Idea but this was not addressed.

                                      Apparently an acquaintance of ours has defaulted on his idea postpaid bill. We got a call from their tracing department, the caller on the other side was extremely rude and bought my mother to the point of breakdown, claiming that we are legally embroiled in the dispute and that my mother has to be come to the police station.

                                      I wasn't there at that time, but this is obviously a big fraud. This is an attempt to get to the defaulter by mentally harassing 'last called contacts' from their list.

                                      There is no legal precedence to such activity. If this continues there will be repercussions.
