I have taken a idea postpaid number and while taking the sales executive promised o[censored]nlimited free calls and free sms in just 350 per month. And 1st month i got 700 bill, they spoke and asked to me to pay the bill for this time it’ll not repeat again. Now again i got 2500/- rs bill and now again they’re asking me to pay the bill. What am i suppose to do?

Complaint marked as Resolved This problem is not resolved, simply these people are faking with fake promises that they're gonna redeem this much amount in the bill. When i have not used it. And regarding this complaint i got a call from Idea from this number: +91-8652900102. And while i was explaining the call got disconnected and when i tried several times to redial this number back, there's no response. I hope they could help me in any ways.

While contacting to malayalam customer care of idea the agent was using abusive words against me and supervisor desk had a very very bad approach on me.Please do kindfull they are treating customers very very badly
