I have Problem in my Internet connection from last one week and My problem is when i open/on the internet its shows only "E" and the up & down arrow are not showing for that the internet is not connected. its happen from last one week before that i m using the good connection. I Need a solution for this issue please help me to connect the internet as soon as possible or give manual setting for internet. My Idea Mobile Number is : [protected]

    Hi, i had lost my mobile balance 66rs. It is geeting deduct automaticlly in my mobile number (Protected). I got one message at 26/2/2018 at 1:32 am it saying i had downloded newarrival_gm from india games which i did'nt see or know i were talk to customer care and she was saying it is chargable code which deduct at time when i on my mobile data but it was not done by me.
    Please take this faudulent issue done by idea sim provider seriously as many of the customers are facing the same recently as i came to know when i enquired. I want to refund my money. My valuable time and money is wasted because of this fraudulent works.

    Idea cellular company is deducted my balance at 26/02/2108 by send me msg that thanks for downloading newarrival_gm from india games charge for 66 rs when my mobile is switch of i didn't download that type of game and i never see or know that type content it is totally cheated me from idea when this msgs were come my mobile my mobile is switched off so how i downloaded this? This is fraud i also read so many customers complaint in this topic please stop deducting mobile balance this way i am very hurt to know this i am a student and 66 rs is big money for mobile balance. My humble request to idea cellular company to refund my balance

    I have number of times requested idea dealer at Nabha for converting my post paid mobile number to pre paid one. But the dealer M/S Papneja electronics, near bhiki mour Nabha has refused to consider my request saying I have to compulsory purchase buck for Rs550/- for this purpose.

      I had booked a complaint against my numbers that many idea users are facing problem ragarding idea network. We are getting full signal but not able to talk through it. They are providing us fake signal and not even responding to our complaints. Many idea users are facing problem here we are paying for it and they are not doing justice to which we pay. This problem is faced by all users here and. Please help us in getting good signal. They are not responding to our complaints

        My mobile no. Is [protected]. My balance has been deducted two times. First rs 99 and secondly rs 11.
        I already have net pack. My balance has been deducted by sending me msg for downloading newarrival games from indiagames. And second time for downloading animation from nazara. But i have not downloaded any such content.

        On 6 th feb 2018 i got deducted from some stupoid service on same day i deactivated and asked for money. Ur executive said money vl b refunded.and if i call again after waiting for 10 days ur people are so rude amd telling money wont come as executive didnot raise any refund.open ur recordings and listen first then ans costomers

          Hi i am using idea network from past year now a days they are not providing minimum 4g internet speed i think as per indian telecom regulatory 4g speed should be 4mbps to 16mbps but here i am unable to get 1mbps speed and please do something for this issue

                This is just to inform people the kind of service idea is providing is pathetic. Its giving nothing but pain. I tried porting my number to idea karnataka, it got rejected two time because the hand impression was not proper and this was not even communicated. I have to go to the idea store everytime. My number is not active since last 1 month; and thanks to idea, now it will be permanently lost as i am not in india presently and will not be able to come for the hand impression again. Thanks for all the pain that is going to come when i am back, as this number was linked to all the essential stuff. With so much of competition in market, it seems idea is doing quite a fantastic job. I would definitely communicate this where ever possible.

                Guys please never ever go for idea. Nothing good about it. Neither the on call support nor the staff in the store.

                  I have taken a idea postpaid number and while taking the sales executive promised o[censored]nlimited free calls and free sms in just 350 per month. And 1st month i got 700 bill, they spoke and asked to me to pay the bill for this time it’ll not repeat again. Now again i got 2500/- rs bill and now again they’re asking me to pay the bill. What am i suppose to do?

                  This problem is not resolved, simply these people are faking with fake promises that they're gonna redeem this much amount in the bill. When i have not used it. And regarding this complaint i got a call from Idea from this number: +91-8652900102. And while i was explaining the call got disconnected and when i tried several times to redial this number back, there's no response. I hope they could help me in any ways.

                          Called customer care 3 to 4 times for the same reason... Just got excuses and reasons and assurance to work on the problem... But nothing changed... It's still the same... Showing 4g but speed is worst then 2g... Problem in calls too...
                          U r just focusing on advertisements nothing else...

                            I moved over from reliance to idea 3 months ago. I did not have problem in the first month.

                            In the second mont i started to frequently receiving sms for some subscription and its renewal amounting to rs.550 during the month of december 2017. I contacted the customer care and the person there assured me that the amount will be reversed and i will not be charged in the future. I was getting the sms and also some otp on my mobile. For the month of january i was charged 1200 for was services and download.

                            I once again got in touch with the customer care. The person assured me that there is a mistake and he will reverse the charges. I paid the balance of the bill amount due for the usage. I got a message that my request is processed on 16th feb (No amount mentioned). Then on the 18th feb i get a call that i need to make payment of 560. I was shocked. I then checked on my account and found only rs 500 + tax was reversed.

                            I had reached again to the customer care on 18th feb. The registered a request for waiver. Today, i got a regret sms for the same.

                            My account has been barred since 20th as of now. I am wrongly charged and i am being forced to pay for it.

                            I am therefore requesting the following

                            1. The charges so far levied wrongly as mentioned above should be corrected immediately.

                            2. Proper action should be taken to ensure that the incidence does not occur again.

                            The status of our complaint be informed to us asap.

                                The customer care girl called and checked if i had linked my aadhaar number to my idea account. I mentioned that since there is time till 31st march, i will do it. She threatened me saying 'some numbers are getting barred, so do it fast'. When i said how can you bar my number when i have time still for the process to be done, the girl tells me "i don't know all that madam, i had to inform you and i have done. Tomorrow if your number is barred you cannot now say no one had told me. Your wish you do whatever you want'. How can the company threaten me when there is still time for the process? How can they speak to customers so rudely? Why call and disturb and spoil our day?

                                  I had not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against idea as i hv seen here that this malpractice has been kept unattended many times on complaint with idea.

                                  I have in no manner requested for any migration from my side, i am unaware of this request, I was notified about the same in My Email, There has been no mention of the three month offer in my email or in my discount offer of any kind, It has been automatically generated.
                                  That has been done without my knowledge.
                                  i have also noted such complaints in the idea website and the consumer compalints as late as 2015.

                                    My number [protected] associated with idea postpaid before 2 months due to they mistake of idea executive they applied different plan which is not similar to promised plan. Against of their mistake they offer me 250rs voucher every month for 6 months. At the end of bill generation they denied for that vouchers.

                                      I have ported my bsnl no ([protected]) to idea in nov17, after 2 months of service my no has been deactivated without any prior warning. After inquiring about it we came to know that according to idea guys we have withstanding bill from bsnl, which in fact we dont. To prove them about nill account balance we have submitted noc from bsnl stating that our account balance is nill and there is no withstanding bill on our side. We also submitted last payment bill copy of rs 146 and rs 35 along with a written application. It has been a month now i am still struggling to get my no activated.

                                        I recharged my friend's idea no. From PAYTYM and at the sametime my that friend also recharged with same amount of Rs.459/- We complaint to customer care but didnt get proper solution. They are not ready either to cancel the recharge and refund the money nor transfer the same to another idea no.
