I recharged for rupees 199 and the payment was successful but received no intimation in my phone whether successful or not. No refund yet. Tried calling the customer care executive but they're clueless.

Please do the needful immediately. This is the second time i lost my money in online recharging at idea cellular.

Hence, we request you to wait for 24 hours for the recharge to be credited or else kindly wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed.     Dear team,

    I have been cheated by your sales team with fake info he has informed me that aircel is going to shutdown in few days hence he came to change the plan to idea and collected the documents later i came to know its fake news so said him not to port me to idea i will continue with aircel but without my concern he has ported me to idea... This is bogus and he said plan is 150 with unlimited call and data but now i see its 399 plan... Now this sim is not connecting no signal bar i need to re port to aircel since this is cheating by idea or change to prepaid or else i will move this legally if i have not beed ported back i wont pay any amount lets meet it legally.

      Rs. 99 deducted from my mobile balance for no reason by idea, india whosoever it is. There was no popup or warning or not even a download in my phone. Also no details of the stupid powerdeal that i apparently have downloaded. What a lie!!! Fraud and cheating!!! 18th february, 2017 (Saturday)
      Today at 9:55 am i got a message from my network provider that,

      Dear customer,
      Thank you for downloading newarrival_gm from indiagames.
      You have been charged rs. 99
      Your balance is rs. 32.24

      But the thing is that i didn't download anything of this sort. Neither i have indiagames app. When talked to the customer care of my network provider (Idea)
      About this, they said might be you have clicked on a pop up. This answer did not satisfy me because without my consent how could a pop up gets activated and deducts money. It must send a confirmation message, which it did not.
      Even that could be tolerated if i got to know what was downloaded. I checked my phone but i could not find what was downloaded or the deal itself mentioned in the message anywhere. Now i want my money back that's for sure.
      Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

      Same thing happened thrice in last 10 days time. Total of 297 rs looted

        Hi i recharged for international roaming and the very next day my sim was deactivated. Wen contacted the customer care they said the sim i's churned due to non usage even though it was used two days back. Then they enquired no did it was due to changing the sim from post to prepaid. How can one deactivate sim without informing and the too when u have left abroad assuming it has been converted to internationl roaming. Causing great inconvenience.

          I went for linking my idea number with aadhar, they linked my number with aadhar as well as also upgraded my sim to 4g. I were told that within half an hour new sim will be working fine.
          But even 48 hours later i am not getting network, not able to do anything.
          I went to care again and told them about my problem, they again gave me new sim card and were saying, in next 2 hrs sim will be working fine. But again, i am facing the same issue. I am in big trouble, kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

            I ported out of idea postpaid connection on 16th nov. It's more than 3 months since i have ported out and no signs of refund of rs.406.28. Mobile number - [protected]. Multiple times have contacted idea customer care and emailed as well (Almost 20 times and can submit all comms with proof). No proper response at all. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent where idea is withholding monies owed to customer. Kindly action as soon as possible

              But my question is how can you accept the port out request without making sure that the bills were not cleared or not. The day when you either accept or decline the port out request you will check whether the outstanding bills on that particular day is paid or not. On the same day the services where stoped and I had moved on to other service provider. Then how come additional bill charges are pending.

                I have traveled overseas and my number has been barred. I call customer support to help me, they take the call and they say in 1 hr it will be active and u can make calls. Till now the block is not removed and i mailed idea customer care, there is no reply from their side.

                When i message them in facebook, they say me to visit a idea store near by. So total headach with this network.

                1 network and 3 solution, each one says different things.

                        Yesterday evening (15-Feb-2018 6:32pm) I received a call from an unknown number([protected]). She told me that she is calling from SBI Credit Card Office and has called regarding bonus point claiming matter.
                        She stated that I was having bonus points for all the transactions I've made till date and I've not claimed it yet. Also added that this bonus points have been expired and she will recover this expired points for me, and for the same she had asked my card details. She told that I'll get an SMS about the payment credit after the call. But just after the call I was shocked to see the SMS. Instead of credit, a debit have been occured from my account. The message I received was,

                        "Rs.4, 876.00 was spent on your South Indian Bank SBI Card no. ending XX2281 at IDEA CELL-BILLDESK on 15 Feb 18. Remaining credit limit: Rs.4, 107.50."

                        I immediately called back in that number, but it was told that, "the number you are calling is not available".

                        I've lost Rs4876/-. The amount is transfered to IDEA CELL-BILLDESK. Please do the needful to refund the amount from them as early as possible

                            I got a call from stranger (Named sarika joshit) on 15/02/2018 and she told that they are calling from hdfc credit card department / payindia phone number – [protected].

                            They asked me to provide a different credit card details where we can deposit the point, post which you can redemend, hence i used my friend's cre
                            D and provided the details, smartly they have taken card detail and did transaction. I am giving transaction detail below –

                            Within no times they transacted rs.4921+4975+4971+4000+4000/-

                            Request you to please cancel this transaction and revert back my money.

                                  I was using idea easy share plan at rs.499 in 1st number ([protected]) & with rs.99 / month in 2nd ([protected]) and 3rd number ([protected]).
                                  I had to port 1st & 2nd number to another service provider due to some reason, but still i maintained, my 3rd number in idea as it was my standby number.
                                  They have changed the plan of 3 rd number to ultimate plan with unlimited calls and 1 gb per day with rs.499+tax without my consent.
                                  I send my port request on 24th of october and ported out on 27 october, & my bill cycle end date was on 26th. As per my easy share plan, only one day extra usage bill i had to pay, but as per ultimate plan, i had to pay rs.499 for one day usage. That one day, i have not even made a single call & they have charged rs.499 for single day which was due to their delay.
                                  Hence i refused to make the payment.
                                  Now they started making bill as per ultimate plan @ rs.499 per month in my 3rd number from november and without my permission.
                                  Since i refused the payment they have disconnected my 3rd number.
                                  Unfortunately i need my 3rd number by clearing the bill. I am ready to pay as per the plan which i was using @ rs.99 per month.
                                  And for the calls extra. But as per idea i have pending amount of rs.1899.15.
                                  As per my calculation, i have only rs.99 x 3 = 297 + tax + calls made (If any).

                                  As they have additionally charged rs.1500, if they had corrected they bill in october itself, i would never had this issue & have selected prepaid plans.

                                  Hence i kindly request you to reduce the extra charged amount and revise my bill.

                                    Really disappointed with the customer care service. I had lost my phone in which there was n idea sim and this sim had no balance but was on. Worried, i called the customer care to block the sim since it was lost and no one should misuse it. The person whom i had called told me that it is already blocked. Such a vague answer?!!! And finally i got my lost phone back and hence the sim too and surprised to see that the sim isnt blocked and the number is very much active. Hopeless service by that man. He did not even understand the seriousness of the situation. Had it not been that i had got my sim back... Other person could have misused my number and i would still be under the impression that my sim is blocked.
