    I got deducted from my balance
    With a message as

    Thank you for downloading animation from nazara.
    You have been charged rs. 38
    Your balance is rs. 0.49

    I don't subscribe any animation packs from nazara
    It's really illegal
    And i really don't want any animation packs
    So i want to get refund immediately.
    It make me think about that further i use idea network or not??

      I receive message from idea to download idea music app to get 512 mb. I download idea music app. Also download 3 songs. But I idea don't give me 512 mb data. Idea music is scam? Customer care executive officer say data will credited in 24 hours.but data not credited. After 24 hours they say data will credited in 72 hours. Don't send SMS if offer is scam. Really idea make scam.

        An idea of making people fool and looting them...
        What an idea sirji...🙏🙏

        Idea cellular is playing with the patience of its customer and providing pathetic internet services after taking huge amount as 4g internet recharge. I am the recent victim of this idea service and can say this idea has change my life and made it worst.

        It happened to me yesterday when i activated idea 4g plan of rs 398 and in return got pathetic internet service slower than 2g service. Since yesterday i am continuosly in connection with so called "customer care service" which i can now term as "customer harrassment centre"of idea.
        5-6 official complaint have been lodged till now and every time they are asking to register a new complain again.
        They are transferring the call to senior harrasment executive who are disconnecting calls by giving silly and stupid excuses

        So for me, an idea can change your life and make it worst
        So beware and cautious when you are using idea cellular service...

        And salute to idea cellular management...👏🙏

              Last three months we are not able to
              contact anyone because of networking problem today i try to contact to customer care they take our call but due to networking problem we are not able to contact each other please solve this problem it is a big problem otherwise we have to port it into any other company & near my house there is jio center & bsnl exchange they gives the best service you have to solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise we have to port it

                  My sim got deactivated or closed operating without any intimation on 28th Feb 2018. Number : [protected]
                  I raised request in online by calling going to customer care office 3-4 times. I got new sim saying Sim Exchange required.
                  Still sim is not activated. I received the verification call in morning today at 10.00 am on 1st march 2018. then also sim not yet activated. Again customer care saying request rejected. Please resolve my issue asap. Its impacting my career and business, I already missed so many important communications.

                    I bought a new sim card this morning. It not activated till now. I was told it will be activated instantly. Now i need it activated asap because of some reason. So please kindly activate it soon idea. It's urgent. Please help. And also when i called idea customer call regarding this they told me that this sim card number is not registered with idea itself and to check whether it's a idea sim card number. Which i'm pretty sure of, since i have the sim pack in my hand and it says idea 4g in block letters.

                    I recharged my friend's idea no. From PAYTYM and at the sametime my that friend also recharged with same amount of Rs.459/- We complaint to customer care but didnt get proper solution. They are not ready either to cancel the recharge and refund the money nor transfer the same to another idea no.

                      I will like to inform idea and your team last week (20 feb 2018) i received a message you have been charged rs 5/- (Without any further details) your balance is rs 17.34/-.

                      Again today i received message and they deducted rs 17/-. Message is thank you for downloading animation from nazara.in both the cases i didn't downloaded the content. Its cheating. Now my mobile balance is rs 0.34/- there is totally #. And believe me if i was having balance of 1000/- also it would have been deducted by nazara.
                      I have my data pack. I don't want any further deduction.

                      One clarification i want to know from idea service, that they want customers to use idea network or not?

                        I think your apology is not the solution of a customer. You should improve your technology that unwanted download from any site or unwanted things be done by which a customer is suffering for that.
                        I read so many comments regarding same problem of different customer thats downloading animation Nazara.
                        Hence it shows that it is automatically downloaded from your company.
                        Please stop this kind of harassment to a customer.
                        If consumer complain site does not resolve the problem of a customer then with whom Customer believe ?
                        Please resolve my problem. I want refund my deducted money .

                          Service request number[protected]

                          I applied for a duplicate simkerala circle) for my number from hyderabad as i moved here two weeks' back and the phone along with the sim was damaged in a motor accident. I applied for a duplicate sim on 22/02/2018at 2:39pm and was told that it would get activated the same day. The cycle went on with over 10 calls to the customer care with varied assurances and excuses like - wait for 24hrs (Thrice), wait for 22 working hours, we are working on it, this is unusual, etc. This was coupled with 3 visits to the myidea showroom. Finally i sent a mail to the customer care 2 days back and i did get an acknowledgement.
                          My humble request is for idea to either activate my sim card or withdraw and unlock the number for meso i can port it to another operator. Now i am stuck with idea and the number is needed for banking transactions, etc. I am literally struggling here given i just moved here recently.

                            I've taken 2 idea sims long back, now sim i lost 1sim recently, i asked to idea t give me same number, what they said that number has another proofs we cant gave to u. my question is 2017 december i linked my aadhar to that number but why that number has different proofs.

                              Have been using a postpaid member for Idea since long. But the network is really dissappointing. The tag line doesnt work "Ek idea jo badal de sari duniya".

                              It has actually spoilt the subscriber`s life like mine.

                              I dont find the network support in Susgaon Pune, Maharashtra and in Hawainagar Ranchi, Jharkhand. Have complained so many times to the customer care, I have seen network tower in the area.

                              However there is no network support in the area.

However, to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an email on [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com or else you can send an SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If your email id is not registered with us first register your e-mail id follow these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space> e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[protected]@gmail.com. Also, we would like to inform you that you can check your outgoing call details in My Idea Application or Website.

                                  I want to say this with great sadness that despite your being, we are feeling cheated ourselves.Telecom companies are doing their arbitrariness. The rule of giving the minimum data speed to the customer is being ridiculed. 3G Speed ​​is just 5 kbps or is Zero.

                                  Sir, I am a student of NIOS D.El.Ed and do online study. I want to tell you that I have not been studying for the past one month because there is no internet speed.

                                  Sir, I am very sad that I may fail this time because of less education.

                                    Although i did not download anything from nazara my main balance was deducted by rs. 100
                                    Customers are being tricked by idea and fooling innocent people. Have gone through several complaints online of the same nature. If we have unknowingly activated wap services why an unknown and unheard of company. It proves idea is fooling us. Request you to look into this.

                                    Thank you for your response. I knew even before complaining what your answer would be. Sorry to say I am not an illiterate using only Idea. So your explanation doesn't help. I do not NEED to stay with you.
                                    Always remember a customer who complains gives you a chance to come clean and not take them for a ride again.

I produced​ the payment receipt of settlement at idea store surat no[protected].& also songadh as per talk idea help. They assurance sim activate very soon, bt sim not active.                                         Idea cellular is providing worst ever data service ever in my location. I have raised many complaints which is not yet closed. I am getting a call on every 3 days saying that the complaint was closed. Still i am facing same issue. . I don't have any other option but to go to legal only.
