    Myself hardeep singh rai. I purchased a postpaid sim of idea punjab & deposited rs. 2, 500.00 as a security deposit. Now i cleared all bills/dues and mnp the sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. I was told by mail that money will be send back to me. But still i have not received that. Today when i visited idea store, he told me that it will not be refunded to me. I am really very much disappointed with this act of idea guys & wanna fire a complain. Plz do something. My details are below-

      I had lost an amount of ₹56 from my number. This is the second time its getting deducted automatically saying that i had downloaded some services which i didn't even see or know about.
      At the first time it happened on 5/3/18 saying i have downloaded an animation nazara which i didn't see or know about and i registered a complaint to the customer care and the complaint and it was not solved.
      And yesterday 8/3/18 night it got deducted again saying i have downloaded a new arrival gm from indiagames and got deducted 70.
      As i only used to keep the balance in my mobile for the international calls.
      Please take this fraudulent issue done by idea sim provider seriously as many of the customers are facing the same recently as i came to know when i enquired.
      I want them to pay the fine for wot i lost and my valuable time that is wasted because of their fraudulent works.

        Idea provide me 400minute extra for 3bill cycle on 2nd Feb. Of my both numbers [protected]/[protected] and second, my bill plan is 7th to 7th of every month. But they posted Rs.80/ local call charges on my number [protected] even my 400minute were not completed.

        Now, they posted local call charges on my number [protected] from 17th Feb. Onwards by saying you overused your 500min but actually they give 400minute to me.
        Now, they are using rude languages and unable to rectify my bill.

        Strict action on Idea.

            Today 99 rupees was deducted from my balance for a mysterious 'India film fare' download that I never saw or approved for download. I called Idea helpdesk to clarify the issue and request refund. but they insisted that i must have clicked it.. Twice for approval. It is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed. I couldn't even see anything downloaded. It is either a mistaken charge at Idea's end or an outright fraudulent charge. Sad to experience such a thing. The csr and the Manager kept insisting repeatedly that i had downloaded which is incorrect. No refund is possible they said. Can anyone from idea help me out?

                I would like to draw your attention regarding my concern; i am piyush jain using idea prepaid number (9xxxx36068) from last 7 year. Today i visited idea outlet (My idea store, hudson lane-kingsway camp) in hudson lane, new delhi for porting my number from punjab circle to delhi circle and the behaviour of the store person was not proper rather i will say pathetically rude. The person named (Mr varun) was talking so very rudely.
                The flow of events :
                1. Guy named (Mr deepak) surpassed the token number and gave priority to a female customer, and when i asked why he broke the sequence to which they replied very rudely that today is international women's day and that's why priority, to which i replied that doesn't this women's day applicable to a lady sitting for 20 minutes and over and above i said that priority should be given to senior citizen. The guy named mr varun replied that okay now i'll solve their problem you wait (This tone was extremely extremely rude).
                2. Post that when i asked for feedback book, i read that lots and lots of complaints are there regarding the behaviour of the staff. (Kindly check feedback register for this branch). - when i was clicking these pics i was thrashed that i cant click pics, upon which i asked what is the update on these complaints to which branch manager denied to comment.

                Sir/madam, i just wanted to ask-
                Is this kind of customer service idea supposed to give its customer? This is one of the worst customer services in india that i ever faced. With my heavy heart just because of one store and staff, i have now decided to port my number from idea (Punjab circle) to jio (Delhi circle).

                I wish that message should spread to all the customers throughout india and especially the ceo of idea cellular ltd. So that some action might be taken to set the things right in this highly competitive environment.

                I am going to take every action on the net & will ensure that the message reaches to the concerned & responsible managers of the company.

                I am really disappointed with the behaviour of your store.
                Please take some action regarding issue.

I am facing no proper 3G 4G coverage in home.I have purchased a new 4G phone due to the forcing of Idea mobile authorities.Till this moment the problem is continuing.Idea assured me in your location there is excellent 3G 4G coverage.                   When i have taken plan was 799 with one add on child number. But when i received the bill the amount was generated for 1356.00, this has been informed to

                  The local zonal office people are so reluctant, they behaved with me and my colleague very rude.

                  The head of the people not understand the problem and giving wrong promises. They stopped lifting my telephone calls.

                  I frustrated with the people and asking consumer form to resolve this issue.

                  You check the history completely and write the resolution properly, simply escaping will not satisfy the customer.

                  See other cellular people resolving the issues, Always customer is very important, one customer can tell 10 people about the problem you created.

                    I have opted for rs 398 valid till 07th april with ul plan and data of 1 gb/day.
                    The complaint i want to bring it to the knowledge, has been occurring with me for the second time..
                    Earlier there was a deduction of rs 35 from my account in feb and reason given was some activation charges which was never asked by me. On enquiry the matter was presented as if i am the one who has asked for it and moreover i also gave a confirmation on it which was not true... The services was deactivated immediately after that.. I had specifically mentioned bout my lack of interest in any other activation.
                    Now this month again i see a deduction of rs 100 from my balance and reason i get is i have downloaded some third party data. My net access is restricted to me and i am very much sure what is happening in my mobile and that is reason why i pointed out the deduction matter without any delay.
                    Here too again i dont get any messages about any usage just the balance i see reduced by rs 100/. I would like you to take a serious note on this issue. Its not the value but the trust i loose in the system. I want the amount back in my account and would like you to check into the service if somethings needs rectification at your end.

                      Respectfully i am stating that i am praveen kumar. I live at chhawla in new delhi. 110071
                      I had been using my postpaid no. [protected] for last four years. But for last four months i was getting useless bill amount on my this postpaid no. I have visited 9-10 times in four months at idea outlet in roshan pura najafgarh 110043. I have registered a complaint many times on idea customer care also. But they didn't solve my problem. Everytime they make me wrong commitment and tell a lie. They make me sure we will deduct your useless bill if you will make us payment of 1000 rs. And we will convert ur sim in prepaid network. I visited outlet also to solve this. But they also didn't solve my problem. I am so upset with this service of idea operators.

                      I am a heart patient i got a heart attack on sep. 2017. I can't take any kind of stress doctor suggested me
                      But idea service is giving me lots of stress this time.

                      I don't have any problem to pay my genuine bill for two months. 15 nov to 15 jan 2018. It's 824 rs only. I cn pay it but i wl nt pay anything extra beside it. Idea had stopped my services after 15 jan 2018. I am nt able to use my this no for last two months.

                      So dear sir/ma'am
                      First of all it's my request to solve my problem to convert my no in idea prepaid it's a humble request. Because i am a heart patient

                      Otherwise i will take legal action against my complaint i will take help of delhi police, consumer court and trai etc. To solve my problem. So please coordinate to solve my problem..

                        I had purchased an idea sim in august 2008, i was regularly using the number. After that in december i went outside india, and since it was roaming i couldnt receive the calls but i used to get message.in fact i had recharged for some amount for the account monthly.

                        Unfortunately since march my sim is deactivated and no prior information was given before disconnection. Now when i contacted the customer care, they told that my sim is deactivated and u will not able to activate. This was really disgusting. Since i was not given any information about the disconnection. I also lost my amount.

                        Well i feel that this step taken by idea is wrong, because i'll not get the number also the amount.

                        AS per following TRAI
                        regulatory guidelines, please find my comments[protected]>
                        (i) The mobile connections of prepaid consumers shall not be deactivated for any period of non-usage less than 90 days;
                        [protected]>"Sim deactivated within 25 to 30 days without any notice"

                        (ii) For the purpose o[censored]sage, a voice call/ video call (incoming or outgoing) or an outgoing SMS or a data usage or usage of Value Added Services, or payment of rental (in case of post paid connection) etc. shall definitely fall in the scope of activity, the service provider may prescribe any other activity as well;
                        [protected][protected]>"I have sent international msg on 10 feb and its deducted 25rs from idea providers "

                        (iii) There shall be no deactivation if the balance in prepaid consumer account is
                        Rs.20/- or more;
                        [protected][protected]>"more than 100rs balance present in sim"

                        (iv) An ‘Automatic Number Retention Scheme’ shall be implemented for prepaid
                        consumers on payment of reasonable charges;

                        I had checked in My idea store but number availability is not found and I have checked last recharge history but could not able to find in mobile.

                          Respected sir i as a customer of idea mobile. I am facing very poor 3g 4g coverage in home.in. I have registered so many complaints regarding this matter. But till this moment the higher authorities never solved this. Due to the poor connectivity i am unable to use internet, imo, what's up facilities. I am mainly concentrated in data sir. But i am fully disappointed the company not providing it properly. If i turned the mode into 2g 3g lte auto connect, directly connected the data in to 2g mode with excellent coverage. And also the company forced me to purchase a new 4g handset for change the simple card to another phone method. Very cruelly. This way idea eated my 7000rs. But today the company washed their hands by telling "this is the maximum signal strength providing in your location. Iam suffering sir. Not able to use the sim. Only idea providing variations 2g in this location. But the company never admit their fault. I kindly request you sir please help me.

                              I have 2 complaints, 1 month ago i did not pay any attention to the plan or any other book or did not pay any money from the 3 months of the call and i have been going to call the costumer care call to that i have no idea. To pay a fee of 3 months for 3 weeks of the payment, i have to pay a prepaid tax rate of 1100 rupees a month, i have paid a pre-payment period and i have no idea what to say about any details. This is a fake call that has helped me to get rid of the money that has happened. Please help me now

                                The signals are totally blocked out, internet servers are down, not able to place or receive any call.
                                This problem is not one timer its a persistent issue with the network
                                The signals of this providers are too weak to work
                                Kindly fix this as soon as possible as it is creating a lot of problems to customers.
                                Kindly look into your network issues otherwise soon we have to switch from idea to other network providers.

                                    I was a idea customer and using Mobile number with 99/- corporate plan.idea has changed this bill plan without my permission/request to 349/-.once I got bill plan change message I immediately called to customer care and ask them who gave request you to change my bill plan.they said someone changed it from one of the customer care service center in Hyderabad.Then I requested for revert back to original plan.there was no response from anybody for my mails to customer care and calls.
                                    The very first day when I called customer service I told them I will not pay bill until issue resolved.for that also no response and they are sending monthly 413/- bill.

                                    Now they are keep calling for bill payment and threatening we will file case against on me.

                                    I have to file case on idea and their people who are keep calling and threatening.

                                    I need help on this how to file complaint on this company.

As i have a slow speed internet issue i called a customer care to reslove it, she said that there is a technical issue and it took upto 2-3 hrs.. I said that am facing this issue since three days she is unable to answer my query, as am arguing about that she said that she will tranfer the call to superviser. I said okay, i was waiting around 5-6 min but no one respond to my call and it automatically disconnected.. Is this the way u people resolve the customers issues.. Worst customer service i ever had before.

                                        I call idea customer care regarding idea class 0 message coming for at-least 40-50 times in a days, even in nights also, he said to send stop sms to 593350 and your problem will get solved in 48hrs but still nothing has been done from last 8 days
