I switched back from postpaid to prepaid service and my postpaid service has been deactivated. I inserted new sim card for prepaid which suppose to active within 48 hours. It has been more than that but still it shows no service/emergency call only. Service has not been activated. I am not sure what the issue. This kind of service is not expected from idea. One side you guys are advertising to switch to idea 4g and here not able to provide service to loyal customer who has been with you since more than 7 years.

    I have already complaint too many times problem regarding network & internet (4g). Now i don't want this sim. Your worst service. I have visited 2 customer care and called on 198 many time till not solved my problem. I have mailed also.

    When i go to customer care and and called also for change postpaid to prepaid they told when your invoice generated then you can change from postpaid to prepaid. Now i go to customer care then the told me if you want to change now then you have to pay last due and 350 rs per number.

    I don't have receive bill yesterday so i can't go to customer care. Now when today i was gone there the told me for pay.

    Now this is final i want to change postpaid to prepaid within two days any how. Otherwise i will go to consumer court and also file a case against you. Last time i say you within 2 days.

    I am ready for pay only last due bill which is rs. 451.20. Will not pay any amount other then bill amount.

    I have many audio recording which are called on number 198.

        Bluelima service is activated without my knowledge and an amount of rs15 is deducted from my balance. Please de-activate this service and refund that amount to my main balance.
        Customer care is always busy and no one responds to the call. I have been trying since last 1 hour
        Please look into this matter on urgent priority. This is very unfortunate that something like this is happening ever now and then and amount is deducted illegally from the customer.

          Through your my idea aap i comes to know abt my scheme that i will receive 4g data 1gb per day. But after recharge i am not able to avail benefit of 4g net when i speak to customer care they told in my area no 4g available..
          Now my question is, why i get that scheme?? Or why msg not displayed that i will get only 3g net..
          I[censored] r not able to provide network in particular area then u have to clear it. Why making people fool...
          I am going to complain in trai against this

            An amount of inr 10000 was debited from my sbi bank account. These below transactions happened on 18th of august, 2017 at 9.25 am and 9.27 am.

            The first transaction was debited with inr 5000 on pos ideamoney at ideamoney txn# 259151.
            The second transaction was debited with inr 5000 on pos ideamoney at ideamoney txn# 260148.

            Please look into this.

              Hi idea,
              I have port my vodafone sim [protected] on 16th audgest 2017 and. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

              When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059. I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help.

              Your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting. Pls provide any other number or activate services of my portable idea number [protected].

              My alternate number is [protected].

              I think port out from vodafone to idea is my worst decision.

                I have received following 2 msgs :
                1. Thank you. We have received your request for service bluelima and it is being processed.
                2. Your bluelima has been activated. Amount charged is rs 15.00 /- for 3days. Renewal charge is rs 35.[protected]@1week. To deactivate sms stop to 155223. Your balance is rs.9.63/-.
                But as per my knowledge, i have not requested any of the above mentioned service.
                Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                    I have done 349 rupees recharge on my mobile number [protected], but it is failed, but money deducted from my account, can you refund my money. Many times it happened when we are trying to recharge our mobile number, can you please look into the complaint and make sure it is resolved. Many of my friends also facing the same problem, if you resolve the issue that would be great helpful to all the idea customers.

                      Incident - new vas (Value added service) is activated and money is deducted from balance. I have called customer care, they said after double confirmation the service is subscribed, i have not double confirmed for subscribing the service. I was playing game and might have clicked any advertisement, but i am sure i have not double confirmed any activation request. I even do not understand what was the use of the activated vas.
                      Yesterday night i called customer care twice but my call was disconnected after playing long messages that customer care executives are not available.
                      Today morning i called customer care executive and deactivated vas.

                      My request is to refund my amount and stop such fraud transactions happening because people might be losing their hard earned money just on clicks.

When i am calling to idea customer care they are saying recharge not done, recharge not done that why i called to customer care, they are also saying recharge not done by watching last recharge history.

                          Idea network is not available in my campus. 5000 students are studying in the main campus. But reliance does not have a network of idea, so students have difficulty in project work. As well as most students of the campus can not be contacted by using the idea sim card.in order to resolve the problems faced by students in the education department and in keeping with the study of the students, please make the right decision.
                          Also, you will get proper facilities for setting up a tower of idea networks and electric power in the main campus, if you take proper action in this regard.

                            Its not only me but all your idea users near me are facing this problem of extremely slow internet speed. We all live in a hostel in our college and thennwt doesnt works here. 2 months ago it was perfectly fine with good 4g speeds but now nothing workss and its very irritating.

                              On 9th august 2017 i ported my prepaid idea mobile no. [protected] from idea mumbai circle to idea pune circle at idea gallery, jagtap dairy, vishal nagar pimple nilakh, pune 411027.. And my balance of rs 1400/- was eaten away by the company. It was presumed that as the ported company is same my balance would be retained but the company cheated me by eating away my balance.
                              Also no one at the gallery told me this.
                              I checked on vodafone website and they clearly state that their balance for porting of prepaid number is transferable
                              Then why this difference in rules as every operator is guided by trai?.
                              I will sure transfer my number to a different service provider if idea does not resolve my complaint

                                Idea cellular company is becoming fraud day by day just a week ago 105 rs. Was deducted from my sim for some service without my concern and now this has happened again... They deducted 150rs. For sevice mobile academy and i didn't request activation of any such service..
                                This is just unacceptable i want refund of my money. Also i would like to ask the company to stop auto activation of any service..
                                The company does not ask for any payment confirmation.. They would just simply deducted money from my wallet...

                                Any person keeps excess amount in prepaid sim for his use and not for these stupid services..
                                The company claims that the service is installed through net...in internet unnecessary pop-ups open and then money is deducted...
                                This is very disappointing for me as a customer...
                                One of the worst services are provided now-a-days by the idea company...

                                I want refund of my money as soon as possible..

                                    I use an idea prepaid number.Idea has started using these illegal ways of extracting money from its customers. Without taking my consent they subscribe some value added services to my number and the amount gets deducted from my account balalnce.It has happened to me 3 times in last couple of months. Blue lima service gets subscribed automatically and money is deducted from my prepaid balance. Then I have to send a STOP message to a number to get it deactivated. In all I have lost around Rs. 150 because of these. My number is [protected]. Kindly make sure it never happens again and initiate a refund

                                      Blue lima service activated without my intimation.. Balance deducted. Regarding same i called customer care but they kept my call on mute and i was waiting to for there response on the call.. Even the cc doesn't know what is bluelima service and idea is deducting amount from my acc.. Idea has worst service cc support, seriously you guys need to work upon how to handle calls rather than keeping them on mute and making cust more frustate n dissatisfied

                                        Idea employees are totally waste, they don't have value for time, neither co - operative. I am running to activate my prepaid sim from last 5 days and every second day they say it will be activated within an hour, but its still not activated. They don't feel to inform also on the alternate number what problem they are facing. First day they took everything and said, sim will be activated by evening, then its been two days no calls no sim activation, when i reached the store the third day they said the photo given is not proper, again they took the document and said in half an hour sim will be activated, but no result now also. Every time i have to rush to store, they don't know how to do their work, neither they understand the urgency. The store is in vishal nagar pune-411057.
