Retailer in my town cheating customers by giving half information about plans,
I ans my friend hv port our sim from telenor to idea. Retailer said that rs 300 plan gives me 84 days unlimited talk time, but after one month my plan was expired. We contacted in his office he is saying that offer is only for 28 days...
And behaving in rash manner very neglect answers.
Is this the way to behave with the customer..
Take action on idea dealer immediately. Other wise idea will loose a loage number of customers in our town

    My phone number is [protected] MH circle Idea Sim card. I was recently charged for a service named Juice Up for which I did not request. On 5h of August 2017 it got activated and they renewed it with a charge of 150 rupees. I did not see the message as I don't get much time to go through messages received from such numbers. My balance was near nil so I went through messages and got acknowledged about the same. I never activated the scheme by any means and customer care guy says company won't take its responsibility.
    Please help me out a sum of 185₹ is cut already without my permission
    The only thing they did for me was DE activate it.

      Sir,
      I recharge my idea prepaid mobile rs.402/as per my idea app latest offer on there benefit shows in rs. 402 recharge unlimited local std and 1gb per day data extra talk time 50 rs. Validity 28 days. There is no displaying any condition that benefit gives if recharge through idea app only. So i recharge my mobile from alternate site mobikwik after that i received sms that recharge successful talk time rs. 337 received. Now i complain about it they are saying recharge should be made through my idea app only. Please give me justice.

      Still problem persist they recharge my number rs.402 denomination and talk time credited whereas this denomition not exist in talk time recharge value list.

        I want to ask who has given you the right to use my personal data to spoil my dignity by calling my personal contacts even if we were defaulter of your bill that too when my number was already barred months ago and we were in regular contact with your representative! All these actions of yours have led to harrasment and embarassment to me just for rs 2400/-

        I am planning to take legal action in consumer court if you don't satisfy me with your feedback.

          Hi,
          I have requested for MNP of my no. [protected] on 4th of Aug 2017 and recieved a mail confirmation as well from the Idea Costomer care after many followups that there is no outstanding on my mobile no.[protected] as I have already paid the same in advance.
          Even after that today on 12th Aug 2017 I recieved communication from my Port In service provider that my request for MNP is rrejected by my current provider Idea due to outstanding I not cleared.

          Please advice, how to file a Consumer Court case on Idea for this..

              I have been using my idea prepaid number for 2 years now as my second sim.
              I had shut off my sim 2 slot for 1 month as i was travelling internationally, and upon putting it back now it is not getting recognised at all.
              It is very important that this is activated at the nearest possible date, as i use this as my office sim and people are trying to reach me urgently on this number. Please suggest what is to be done

                Dear sir,

                Request to stop money for my card payment, please do the needful, i am trusting that you will help.

                Through Citibank credit card (Starts with 4386 and ends with 7997) and merchant – idea money and ideapaymentin

                I got a fraud call around 11.00 am on 24 july as calling on behalf of Citi bank credit for redeem my credit card points and they

                details had enquired for my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. Within few minutes, i received sms about Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card towards ideamoney, ideamoneyin with four transactions as 4552, 4552, 4736 and 4552 total : 18392 /- . for details attached here with statement.

                I visited chembur police station and send email to idea grievance. And attached is the copy of the police email.

                Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and stop payments.

                Please help me out to solve my problem. .

                I had visited police status and sameway in contact with citi bank. i could get the trasaction reference number from the bank. The poilice already had contracted idea money but no reply. pls. find trasaction reference number in detial so that it will help further to track the fraud merchant. pls note that we have notifed ideamoney is merchant .                         Yesterday i went to idea customer care at sonipat delhi road in sonipat to exchange my sim from 3g to 4g, but the customer care executive demand money in exchange of sim card. When i called customer care executive at 12345 he told me that this service free for all idea customer but the person at the sonipat customer care center refused me to give the if i did not give him ₹ 30. So please tell me what should i do.
                        I think i need to go to the consumer court regard this case then i think i also have to fill a complaint in idea cellular.

                              Dear idea,
                              U have a very good brand value in the indian market. But your people's are worthless they doing falls commitment... Giving wrong information... I am very frustrated now... Last month i had complain regarding extra usage charges which added in my bill amount without proper information... Mr. Pawan (Idea person) called me to solved my query, he told me as on goodwill basic we will refund extra usage amount... But now u have to pay full bill... On his commitment, i was paid the full bill amount... But not getting any refund... Why the people's lie... U have all the recordings so please listen and refund my money.
                              I hope u will take prompt action on this... Otherwise i have to move in consumer court.

                                I am Sathish. I enquired about idea recharge offers on my mobile number [protected] and confirmed the RC 696 offer with idea customer care representative. The representative said that the recharge include unlimited calls and daily 1.5GB data.
                                But after recharge, I received only 6GB special data. That representative misguided me.
                                I informed those representatives, but they are not rectifying my problem.
                                So please take necessary actions and rectify the problem.

I called Idea customer care and they told me to call on no. 19 or 25. When I called on these nos. it was not existing. I have no VAS subscription or any other plans activated on my number.

                                    I visited idea store at unthakna road nagpur on 29/07/2017. I told the idea executive to convert the number from postpaid to prepaid submitted my documents and paid rs 25 for new prepaid sim. Also i call 198 to raise the complaint that number not converted from postpaid to prepaid. But they told they cant help for this issue. Still the number not converted from postpaid to prepaid.

                                      Hi,
                                      Yesterday twice and amount of Rs.35 each has been deducted from my balance by automatic activation of some VAS. The deduction was from some Mantra and Gamezone VAS. I am not interested in activating any VAS on my phone so please disable this facility for me.
                                      Also I am requesting for a refund on Rs. 70/- that was deducted. My idea cell number is [protected].

                                        Still waiting to convert my postpaid no in prepaid (2nd aug17), all required documents submitted in idea store. Now customer care says no document received by idea

                                        Two times suffers / irritated for getting Postpaid to Prepaid sim.
                                        1) Two month ago due to unnecessary VAS services started and given extra bill.(This happens only we using INTERNET in POSTPAID sim & never happens when we use internet in PREPAID sim). So i want to change from Postpaid to Prepaid & given request in CRS Idea Store at Fatimanagar.
                                        Customer representative said firstly prepaid sim not available next week u will get 2 times approached and finally sim available then after 6 days ur sim converted from postpaid to prepaid after seven days i called customer care & they said THERE WAS NO ANY REQUEST for convert sim so i again approached to CRS store (Home to idea store daily heavy traffic 20-25min required time for reaching CRS store then parking 10rs every time, THEN more than 15 min waiting for talking customer representative.
                                        AFTER this around 1hrs journey no sitting arrangement while talking to customer representative & then HAMANE REQUEST BHEJI HAI HO JAYEGA etc etc irritating arguments then FINALLY by request from my-side checked in system and then due to some SOFTWARE error request cancelled so again send request then again repeat this written paragraph parking 10rs etc and FINALLY 1st sim Converted in PREPAID..ssssss

                                        then now 2nd sim...

                                        Same repeated all this..due to unnecessary VAS services started & strictly after using 4G data in 4G mode only toooooo much bill given and said when 4G network not available we give 3G /2G network even after u used in 4G mode...WHAT AN IDEA!!!
