    For making succesful port out i made payment of rs 3452.00 against bill of rs 3251.70 which is rs 201 excess than presented bill.
    This excess bill has been paid as your idea gallary representative (Fatehmanagar near renault showrrom) has asked to pay excess advance
    Amount for minimum 7-10 days payment for unbilled amount (Depite of having deposit of rs 500) while porting out saying in absence of it port
    Out won't be allowed. Beside that also i made another small amount payment online of rs 100 to doubly assure succesful port out.
    Now please answer few question staright forward-
    1) why idea gallary represenative asked for advance payment depite having mine deposit with idea???
    2) how come port out get succesful if there was amount due on me???
    3) mine port out has been completed on 20th march succesfully then why you have charged me for entire month (06-mar-2017 05-apr-2017) rs 518 instead of 15 days for which i stayed with idea
    4) mine complete adress is updated in kyc then how come you find it difficult to deliver it on mine address??
    if you have sent cheques via courier please provide me proof of dispatch and return reciept??
    5) i have personlly visited idea gallary in fatehma nagr pune and given new address with adress proof on dt 19th june which was expected to
    Get resolved byu 6th july the what happened to it??
    6) why your idea galary reprentative didn't informed me on date when i visited gallary about this final settlment amount??
    Please revert on this questions and mine deposit amount rs 500 else would like to meet you in consumer court soon.

        While using my phone a message came from idea saying that "mobile academy has been activated" and deducted rs.75. It was without my request and so please refund the same. My number is [protected].
        I have not contacted this mobile academy site anytime before. Why confirmation is not asked in advance of the activation. How can i prevent such deductions in future.

          Sir i am idea sim user for a long time, my mobile no is [protected], i recharged rs.404 on 15/08/2017 but not given benefit, i received message from iz-612345, i also called the customer care officer on 15/08/2017 he said benefit will be credited soon but not meet benefit now 21/08/2017. Please give the benefit on my mobile soon, message i receive is... Unlimited bonanza for 84 days-rs.404 (Only rs.4.8/day)-unlimited all calls +84gb data (1gb daily). Aaj hi recharge karayein. Lagbhag 30 din ho chuke h par mera number abhi tak chalu nhi hua hai. Bar bar kbhi kuch to kbhi kuch btaya jata hai par number chalu nhi kiya. Kirpya meri help karne ki kirpa kre jald se jald.

                Idea can never change your life, it will suck you. They have unnecessarily barred my calls on the no [protected]. I was paying the bills very regularly. I do not understand whats the issue with these people. Its the worst service from idea. Never go with idea jio is much better than idea. This is a fraud company and the people are very arrogant. Anyone cannot believe that this is the oldest company in india. This is a total failure

                  I regret to inform that i have taken a post paid idea
                  Mobile connection in july, 2017 vide no.[protected] under
                  Package of rs.349/- per month (Inclusive o[censored]nlimited outgoing and incoming calls with local & std with roaming calls to all net works + 1 gb data usage per day). July, 2017 bill for rs.57/- was received and the same was paid.
                  But unfortunately i received the bill rs.985.68 ps., it is very much surprise. I have taken the package is rs.349/- per month + rs.50/- for data 1 gb daily. How the bill is rs.985.68 i have not used the excess data. On verifying the bill they charged usage & vas rs.430/- other than internet charges. It is clearly showing as voice call charges by indicating in yellow colour in the bill of august, 2018.
                  I think this is one type of cheating by the idea cellulars to the customers.
                  While offering the packages, customers were informed something and later doing other thing. It is very very bad.
                  I am very very much regretted by taking idea cellular connection.
                  Solve my problem by reducing bill for rs.430/- which is excess charged by the idea, otherwise i will withdraw my post paid connection.

                      We have to dial a number at least 10 times then call goes after that recevier end d'not hear the voice, and call goes to another person.
                      Many times it rings and balance is cut.

                      I have called customer care they told to change your sim and unable to solve the problem.

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I recently done the number porting from vodafone to idea. Idea network is very pathetic in bangalore and they should not be allowed to operate until their network has capability to serve the customers. 90 % of the times phone calls are gettings dropped, takes at least 30 seconds to connect or ring, signal strength is very low. Just for name sake its 4g, it doesn't even open standard web pages like google.com etc majarity of the times. It is super slow.

                        I have tried to port the number to different service provider and looks like there is a rule that for 90 days i can;t port the number to other provider.

                        Could you please ensure these kind of pathetic service providers are not allowed to operate.

                            Good morning,

                            Hi, this is nand jee kanu, user of prepaid connection [protected]. My circle is gujarat.

                            It is very sad to say that i don't have any internet connection on my cell phone. Though i have 4g supporting moto 2nd gen lte cell phone, and have 1 gb 4g data availability (Because of the running pack ₹346), am not able to use any internet.

                            Coming straight to the problem, as i have clear cut communication with customer care executives about this problem, and they have guided me in terms of internet settings and all ways. However the problem is not resolved.

                            Actually, when i try to manage this problem in internet settings, while attempting for preferred sim for mobile data, always find a message "data subscription is not active" over screen that. Let me tell you that i use only idea sim in slot 1, though have facilities of 02 sims and also have 1 gb 4g data/day in my phone due to running pack.

                            What i will do is, will port myself to others in a week or two as i have tried to resolve this issue but the same is not confirmed from your end.

                              I haven't activated bluelima service. From 2 3 days, balance is getting cut from account.
                              Before sometime, by customer care service was disabled but after sometime that was once more activated automatically. Fix the issue. Otherwise i have choice to change my network operator.

                                On 21st of august i switched on my phone and after sometime i got the message that rs 35 has been deducted due to vas activation. I have not done any activation as such. I called up the customer care they forced me to admit that i have only done it. Today again on 22nd august i have switched on my phone and yet again another vas service has been activated mysteriously deducting rs 35 again. Total rs 70 has been deducted fraudulently. I called up the complaint helpline but they were very rude and told me it was done by me only and they denied to return the amount.

                                  This is anil kumar having two idea postpaid numbers, i am having pending bills on these both numbers as one of the legal team member called me to clear the payment by the day itself by offering me a particular amount and he said that it was done and i will further recieve no bills, this was done in june and from there onwards i am getting the bills monthly as i called that legal team executive he assured me that it is in process but i have been charged every month and repeated calls from the legal team, this is not a fair thing, i want this to clarify over phone or else i want to go legally as i am having the recorded conversations with the legal team.

                                  They sent SMS for free internet use. But usage was charged. Their argument was that internet is not used using 4G network. The same was not mentioned in first SMS. Few later SMSs was mentioning that which a layman will not understand.

                                    Blue Lima, whatever that is, activated without any initiation by Idea Cellular and 35 rupees( for a week ) deducted from my talk time. Idea has turned to robbing.I don't even know what this vas is!!
                                    Very sad. Hope they don't end up begging on the streets.
                                    I hope they refund my 35 rupees and render an apology

                                      I have received sms from idea reg. Value added service called bluelima. I immediately called customer care & asked them what is blue lima. With my surprise, they don't know anything & moreover they said, this service was activated with my permission. I asked them to show the proof of permission. They don't have any record. I asked them to cancel all vas services from my account.

                                      Today, i have received a monthly bill from idea with rs. 35/- charged for bluelima service. Again i called customer care. They simply said we don't know anything about blue lima. If they don't know anything, how can they charged without our permission.

                                      When i asked them to show me the proof of my request / permission of activation of this service, they simply said, you don't pay, we will waive this amount.

                                      This is very bad that a we, customers are charged for a vas without our concern. This way idea is minting money through backdoor.

                                      When anyone object then they simply waive the charges. Which means it is bogus charges & for that idea should be punished with compensation to every customer they charged, for this type of fraudulent activity.

                                      Kindly take this complained to tria & also give us contact details of tria so that we can write to them.

                                        Hamare yaha mobile network ki bahut problem hai bhopal mein . Internet sahi se nahi chalta hai 4G hote hu bhi behad slow chalta hai ab mein is network kaafi paresan ho gaya hue. Ab mein apni idea sim ko mnp karene ke baare mein sochna padega.
