I given request to convert my post paid idea mobile nos [protected] n [protected] to vaidehai enterprise in our area on 16th august 2017 n my both nos are not getting network from 17th august, now i m not able to use my nos n not got any signal since 4 days, when i inquire they told us it will take 5 days to activate or convert to prepaid plan. It is hardship to me n suffer a loss due to there poor sevice of idea mobile sevice.

I belong from technical team i have lonched complain they says our handset issue.. Technical dbm outdoor of 3g (113) no network at all 4g (121). I[censored] will not provide engineer to my location then surely i am using 7 idea sim at my location i will portout. Alternate number ([protected]).
I have complain many time for same thing.

Have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 35 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. I think if the company charges rs 35 from all the customer base they get at least rs 50 million in a single strike. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of frodulant activity. Not only that i want refund of this.

I switched back from postpaid to prepaid service and my postpaid service has been deactivated without intimate. New prepaid sim still it is not active last 3 days. This kind of service is not expected from idea.

Please confirm me if any customer do migration like postpaid to prepaid then the customer have to wait 48 hours without any network.

Again one thing if they permanently disconnected the postpaid connections then why the idea store charged 100 rupees extra at that time i asked the person but he told me it will take 4 days for that they are charging pro rate basics. Then what about the extra 100 rupees it will not usable because you did permanently disconnected within 10hours.

Still i am not getting any network after 72 hours.

Idea kept on charging me even after my request to permanently disconnect the number and now they are threatening me to pay rs. 1213.
I got a call from [protected], he said he is
Advocate rahul mehta and there is a criminal case against me and there is arrest warrant.
My complete family is in shock.
I made the payment of rs. 550 towards the bill generated on 17-may-2017.
Please find the history of my request to idea.
17-may-2017 - i realised that idea has over charged in the bill.
25-may-2017 - i stopped using this idea number and requested idea to permanently disconnect the number permanently.
29-may-2017 - i sent 2nd reminder to idea and requested to disconnect the number.
18-june-2017 - i sent 3rd reminder to idea and requested to disconnect the number.

19-june-2017 - i got an email from idea mentioning apology for delay in response and they mentioned that number is now temporarily disconnected and it will be permanently disconnected within 15 days from the date of temporary disconnection.

20-august-2017 - i visited idea store and they are saying number is still not disconnected and idea is still charging me. I again wrote an email to idea.

21-august-2017- idea replied me to pay rs. 663 more to close the number.
I don't know why they are asking me to pay this amount as i already paid all bill for the period of time i used this number.

I got a call from mumbai mobile number [protected] saying that they are calling from mumbai state bank of india and told me that they will dispatch debit card and told me about reward points that in old card they will debit the reward points and asked me otp.

They have transferred the amount to 20, 000/- to idea money and 9, 998/- to ola money-zipcashi have already blocked my card. Please avoid these fake calls.

I have ported my aircel sim to idea sim but not able to tele verify my number. my number is [protected]. I am from bhubaneswar. So please look into this matter as soon as possible. I am also not able to contact anyone.I have also tried to call 59059 for televerification but it is unreachable.

This is sapna. I requested to port my number [protected] from airtel to idea with order id o1-[protected]. The person picked the document and rs.150/- on 4th and the field executive gave me the number of mr. Akash ([protected]). He don't have manners to talk to the customer. He was abusing me over the call and disconnected the call. And after that he blocked my number as well.

Is this the customer service you guys are providing??
He don't even know how to talk to a girl. I want you people to take a strict action against him otherwise i will file a complaint to the consumer forum. I am a customer and i know about my rights very well.

I'm feeling like took a very wrong decision to port in to idea. Now please cancel my request for port in and refund my money any documents.

Dear all,

I'm preapaid customer of idea celluler. On dated:-19.08.2017 i have received a call by ivr [protected], but due to in meeting ill disconnect calll within second, but within a flash i have got message of deduction of 15.00 inr., for activated skillderby gaming service.

Now please give me information how it is possible? If your not able to repay & stop this thing ill go to trai.

On their website Idea Cellular have mentioned that for Rs 1000 recharge done via their app or via their website one will get Rs 1100 talk time (see attached screenshot).

But when I did recharge then got TT of only Rs 1000. This is cheating the consumer and strict action should be taken!

I have never used idea and a lady called me to ask no of one of my friend that a courier has come and i denied giving my friend no she started abusing me and when i disconnected she again called me for 49 times
I just wanted to know why she was calling me when that no was not mine

As per the request from idea customer care services, i have done recharge of 404 rs for unlimited calling and internet for 84 days. I have recharged on[protected]. But, its not working, when am calling the customer care, they are saying that it is only for specific region. Without telling all those region and other limitations, they gave me false commitments and made me to recharge my mobile of 404 rupees. Even, the manager is saying, we are helpless and not bothered. I am not at all satisfied with this idea services. Please accept this and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Whenever i recharge my idea number they deduct my balance balance and start va's service. I complaint many time but customer care say you subscribe this service through internet. But i don't. And i always de activate this service but next time i recharge they deduct my balance. Last time 60 rupe deduct. I want my all money back and also want to port my number

I got a sms mentioning bluelima service being activated and rs.35 being deducted for the same.. And surprisingly i hadn't requested for the same anytime... This seems to be a fraud with customers as vas is activated and customer is charged unnecessarily without his consent... Trai must look into this matter.. [protected]... I want my refund money idea... Or else you will have to face consumer court

I contacted idea office for migrating to prepaid one week before. They give me an offer, so i changed my mind and continue as postpaid customer. I can see my postpaid idea connection deactivated from 18 aug 2017 02:13pm and got an email that it's migrated to prepaid. How it's possible, without giving new sim or prior intimation. I can't connect to idea network after 10hrs. My idea number [protected] and alternative contact [protected]. It's cheating.

Myself ashish. I am facing terrible issue with network and internet.
The internet speed is not steady. Sometimes its almost 400kbps other times its less than 10kbps. Can't make a video call. Can't buffer any video online. Not even able to upload or download files without facing any internet issues.
I've been a loyal customer of idea network since almost 10 years. Never faced any such issue but since last 4 months i have been calling customers care representative, instead of solving the network and internet speed problem every single they ask me to clean cash files and restart phone. So now you're teaching us how to use phone, right. Well, i have tried that also and the problem is still same.

When in other city i face no such problem even when i don't clean my phone for days. Here in markandeya nagar, kinwat (431804), nanded, mh i clean my phone like 50 times a day and still get no speed and network. Same with other customers as well. So basically its yours internet and network issue. So i request you if you have left any customer values for loyal customers please look into matter urgently and solve it.
I respect you to take this seriously and expect a call back from your customer representative officer.

I have changed my circle from idea mumbai to idea maharashtra at pune idea showroom. Since last 3 days i. E. From 16 th august my sim in inactive. It shows no signal. So i can't even contact costumer care.
I can't make any calls. Kindly look into this at earliest and activatete my sim soon.

I didn't use my sim at all. Even idea company generated a large sum bill. I also request them to close my connection and ask her to about documents required but he didn't tell me anything. Just said connection will get closed. I also get cancelation e mail on my gmail. But they are still calling me to pay bill. Now. I get frustrated from them and need a solution
