Dear sir '

I am a user of your company. Your company is doing phone to memorize me for to pay your bill amount before the last date by mess ageing and phone calls.
This is a harshment act of your company. However i have paid through my bank account on 14 august before expiry of last date i. E. 16 august. But your staff people is asking madam, are you paid the amount.

Today one person from mobile no. [protected] at 4.06 p m asked me to pay your bill. May i know it is my duty to tell your all staff that i have paid the bill of my mobile which i have taken from your company.

    I am bhumeshwer katre and i was using idea postpaid connection, which i changed recently to airtel. After changing to airtel i could not pay due amount 446.24 immediately, it took time to me pay and after around 45 days of time i paid amount of rs. 447 to them.

    But recently i received a legal notice from mr. Srinivasa rao pachwa on the half of idea cellular ltd regards to post paid connection due amount of rs. 446.24.

    I already cleared due amount on july 20, 2017 for account number[protected] for which they have email me a receipt with number[protected]

    Could you please guide me to take next step?

      I applied for rs. 404 tariff plan, with 84 days validity and 1 gb daily with unlimited local / std calling. But there is another plan of rs. 404 with 1 gb data and unlimited local / std calls for only 14 days. As on subscribing day i have not checked whether the plan is available to me on [protected] the day of recharge i. E. 15th aug 2017, as a default setting i ended up with getting 1 gb data and unlimited call for 14 days due to parallel tariff plans. I could not get the plan for which i have applied and therefore i have lost rs. 404 for plan which i don't want / which is insufficient for my requirement. When i called customer care they are saying that they do not have any policy to refund or changing / converting to other plan once the money is transferred.
      This parallel tariff plan is a trap from idea thoughtfully done to make money from its subscribers. Had there been no such parallel plan the money would have returned to my account and i would not have felt cheated.

        My name is mayank kumar singh and i have a no [protected] which is a postpaid connection and i will used that no in idea till december 2016
        I will always submit the bill timely but due to heavy charges of roaming will added extra and it be be around 1139 rs. When i was visited to idea hub they will
        Told me if you are paying your bill we will give the discout on your bill amount but he didnt do anything. Regarding the bill and now my number is lost and and i will fill a complaint but idea didnt take any action regarding that and if it will be recycled again than if my bill amount increased than i will unable to pay because i m a student and i dont pay the bill if its increase so kindly do the same regarding my issue and reply and solve the problem.

          I have no vas activated, i have visited customer care (Cost = rs.150), sent email (Cost = rs.350), called 198 (Cost = unreachable, & endless wait), there was no refund & reply, can this looting of customers can be stopped.

          I am being cheated for the 3rd time.

          As per your reply you have said call charges without providing any details. Also the deduction made on 12/Aug/2017 was for a SMS received from 51998 . please explain When & How the call was made to this number.This is a screen shot of the deduction made.
          My earlier complain (Service Request number 1-[protected]) was not resolved . Your customer care office in SOUTH GOA, does not accept any complaints & provide any information, your customer care executives no is always busy.

              Yesterday i received below message from idea cellular
              Thank you. We have received your request for service bluelima and it is being processed. Your bluelima has been activated. Amount charged is rs 35.00 /- for 1week. Renewal charge is rs 35.[protected]@1week. To deactivate sms stop to 155223. Your balance is rs.33.55/-.

              I have not send any request and my 35rs is deducted if we call customer care and complain about it they will say that you must have clicked something. To click i don't know what is bluelima and we are literate people we know what we are clicking as far as money is concern. Pls refund my money back. This very bad on idea services this way they are earning money. Mobile no [protected]

                The offer shown for 404 rs. Unlimited calling and 1gb per day data for 84 days is not clearly mentioned fir 3g or 4g mobile on idea official web site and on mobile offers also.
                I recharged for 404rs on my 3g handset, and they given me only 14 days validity with 1gb data only. When i goes to idea care they told me that "its your fault".
                Its their fault that they did not mentioned the offer for 3g or 4g mobiles either on their official web site and mobile offers.
                Pls help to get this offer or ekse my payment back.
                It's really a type of fraud that company doing.

                  I am a student at tolani maritime institute, induri, pune, pincode - 401107, and writing this complaint to bring to your attention the dawdling 3g/4g internet speed in our hostel area.

                  Almost all the users are facing the same problem. And may i remind you the number of customers you've got in our locality.

                  I have noticed that the internet works fine outside our institute. As the internet plans are getting expensive day by day, i urge you to look into this matter immediately.

                      Im trying to port from idea postpaid to airtel network but idea network is rejecting my complaint because i had to pay my due balance which i had paid already soo i went nearest idea store so they ur amount is already paid soo you can change from our network but soo i paid next month bill too and again they rejected today so help me out of these problem already i gave them 4 complaints in the past but no use with idea so these time im trying to get of from these network if i had same issue tommarow also ill throw out the sim

                            Dear idea team,
                            I received my bill of duration 15 july to 24 august 2017 against my mob number [protected]. The total bill is 2469 and it surprised me that it is the highest bill ever from idia. Moreover, it is bill for 10 days and showing because of internet use (Prorated overrage charges).

                            I want to make it clear that i did not use the internet as much as bill is claiming and i think because i port out my number. I expect all professional behavior from idea and it seems cheap to put the high bill in case of number is ported out.

                            I request you to see the issue.

                            Note: it is the rule that company never let ported the number if any pending till the date you get a request for porting.in this view, my first request for porting was rejected due to the same reason (On 18 july). That's why i deposited extra around rs (50+128) other than last month bill (Around 460) on 15 july and got ported. Now, i don't understand on what basis, idea is claiming the highest bill.

                            I never informed about pro rata and I am not aware of it. I think it is not a professional way to treat customers and put more bill for the unknown reasons. In this view, this is my right to deny or not accept this bill. If anyother than pro rata charges are pending then I will pay for it.

                              Some of idea customer care executives are completely uneducated and they don't have any knowledge about their job. They don't have any knowledge about plans, way of talking. They thing that customers are completely fool actually they making cool. I suggest idea cellular team to change that guys and hire some good peoples. There are high competition in cellular marked so you need to give and provide best services.

                                This is regarding the complaint i registered by calling 1909 regarding the dnd issue. Complaint number c1-[protected]. Providing some document and saying i have subscribed for receiving messages from the vendor, i do not want to hear the same this time. I am sure that idea cannot take a single step regarding the vendor who is sending sms to my mobile because idea and vendor is playing game together by tying their hands.

                                I think you (Idea) & vendor is playing a nice game blaming customer by sending the messages to their mobiles. If not so why you are not implementing a proper validation technique before sending messages to customers. Since messages are coming via your services you should have some responsibility, and there is no meaning in blaming the vendor.

                                At last you will say give complaint to trai. Till that time you & your vendor can nicely send messages to customers mobile. What a game plan you people are implemented to cheat the customer. I know idea is receiving the huge amount from vendor for allowing to reach sms in fully registered dnd mobile.

                                After doing the below first i am posting the complaint here.

                                  This is kavitha, i had a mobile balance of rs.30, without any usage they simply deducted money from my account. When i called to customer care, they told the details for deduction it is not updated. And asked me to call after one hour.

                                  The has been done on (16/8/2017) at 9.04 am (Duration 10m 2s), contacted bangalore customer care

                                  When i called the again, they told the deduction has been happened towards the usage of internet.

                                  I did not using data services, in my mobile data services option is "off", when i told i am not using data services, the answer given by us is "if your are using wifi or hot-spot" then also money will be deducted.

                                  I did not understand if we are using wifi how the money for "internet usage" will be deducted.

                                  Kindly help me, to get my money to be refund.

                                  Note: (Even a single rupee is valuable for the people, who are struggling financially). K

                                    Respected sir/madam, recently i changed my mobile number (+91 [protected]) network from reliance network to idea network using mnp on july 5th 2017. I paid ₹444/- at the time of mnp and they said that i will receive following benefits for next 84 days (September 26, 2017) :-
                                    For 4g handset mobile:
                                    1) idea to idea unlimited
                                    2) 3000 minutes to other networks
                                    3) daily 1gb 4g data (84 gb for 84 days)

                                    For 3g handset mobile:
                                    1) idea to idea unlimited
                                    2) 3000 minutes to other networks
                                    3) 2gb 3g data for first 35 days (Up to 8th august, 2017).

                                    I am using lenovo zuk z1 (4g handset mobile) and i got:-
                                    1) idea to idea unlimited
                                    2) 3000 minutes to other networks
                                    3) daily 1gb 4g data (84 gb for 84 days)
                                    4) 2gb 3g data with 35 days validity (Till 8th august, 2017)

                                    I am using the same phone from staring and definitely i use less than you 1000 minutes till date... But after august 8, 2017, the extra 2gb data and more than 2000 minutes are expired. I called customer care and they said i used 3000 minutes and they are not expired. I asked for complete details for those 3000 minutes, at least major call details. They respond recklessly, and not responding well. Definitely they will give 3g offer (If it was 4g offer, they won't give extra 2gb with 35 days validity). So please take severe action on them and enquire complete details regarding this issue &re-back my unused minutes as early as possible. Please respond soon. I am waiting for your reply.

                                      Please let me know how to prevent these from popping up. They are irritating and annoying, to say the least. They occur several times every time i start anything new - whether responding to calls, making calls, replying to or sending sms or facebook messages or whatsapp messages or emails.                                         I got a message saying i've been charged for bluelima service for which i never subscribed and weekly ₹35 is cut
                                        I don't know from where it came as well
                                        The text message that came was from random number "54300"
                                        And when i googled it i found that bluelima was an idea service
                                        Since my network was idea i thought it's charged on my phone bill
                                        But i am totally unaware of whatever subscription it is and i haven't done any
