This is kavitha, i had a mobile balance of rs.30, without any usage they simply deducted money from my account. When i called to customer care, they told the details for deduction it is not updated. And asked me to call after one hour.
The has been done on (16/8/2017) at 9.04 am (Duration 10m 2s), contacted bangalore customer care
When i called the again, they told the deduction has been happened towards the usage of internet.
I did not using data services, in my mobile data services option is "off", when i told i am not using data services, the answer given by us is "if your are using wifi or hot-spot" then also money will be deducted.
I did not understand if we are using wifi how the money for "internet usage" will be deducted.
Kindly help me, to get my money to be refund.
Note: (Even a single rupee is valuable for the people, who are struggling financially). K
