    I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 35 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. It doesn't suits to a company this big doing such cheap activities who is backed up by one of the largest and reputed business house. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of fraudulent activity. Not only that i want refund of this.

      Sir,
      I ported my number [protected] to idea from telenor, distributer has given me sim of 99 and he said that there will balance in your sim and 1gb net also for 1 month, but nothing came when my sim get activated.
      I have taken sim on 3/08/17 and today i gone to your idea centre, they told me that your frc is not done, so i again paid for frc today,
      Sir please help me, distributer are fooling us,,, plz take action for my complain.
      I ported my number for better services but i got cheated during only sim card buying.
      I have soo much trust on your company. So please take action as early.

        My number is [protected]. I had requested to port this number from idea maharashtra circle to idea mumbai circle.

        I had called 59059 for activation 6 or 7 times since 6th august and my number is still not active.

        First time i called this number the person completed my verification and told me that number will be activated within next 30 mins. However same was not activated. I called this number again the next day and then again my verification was completed and then i told the person that i had already called this number. He then checked and told me that there is a technical issue and it has been forwarded (Not sure where as nobody ever tells) and number will be activated next day.

        This has happened since 6th august.

        I have called multiple times for activation 59059 still i my number is not activated and every time i receive the same response stating that my issue has been forwarded and my number will be activated by next day.

        Following are the sr numbers for 6th, 7th and 8th august :

        1) sr# c1-[protected]
        2) sr# c1-[protected]
        3) sr# c1-[protected]

        I had called 59059 on 08/08/2017 and i have received the same response. I had also talked to the floor supervisor and he was of no help and kept stating the same thing over and over that he has forwarded the issue and it might be resolved by next day. He was not able to provide any kind of details or eta for resolution of this issue.

        I have been customer of idea since 2013 and i never expected that i will be provided with this kind of pathetic and low level service. It appears that idea has do not care attitude about customers problem.

        I had also registered my complaint at 198 number and complaint id is mentioned in the subject line. Still no response from idea.

            Offer was: 404 recharge will get unlimited calls and 84gb internet 84 days
            But when i recharged with that amount, it has activated other pack which is not this plan which i offered and now they are not responding to my calls. I also visited custom care outlet but they also ignored my issue.

              Juice up vas activated by idea on my prepaid card without any request or my knowledge... Even today i have no idea about this juice up vas nor used it.. I come to know only when i did voice recharge and checked balance.. It was nil.. When visited idea site they deducted 100, 37, 5, 35 rs within 12 days. This is ridiculous... Though i have deactivated it online... I expect idea should refund my hard earned money and respond positively...

              Today i.e.12.8.17, i called idea customer care as per their trailing response.customer care informed me that i activated JUICE UP on 19.6.17 from web portal & till date 340 rs deducted from the account.again i asked to show me proof that i login to so called web portal & activated service .they told me nobody would refund ur 340 rs..Now my question is that idea should show me evidences that i login to that web portal and activated service else refund my hard earned money and apologize for such fraudulent act..finally if they did not respond genuinelly then i will compelled to exercise other options and quit idea forever to which i switched 1 year back..i have never experienced such fradulent act with any other service provider since last 17 years.

                  My balance was deducted by rs.35 for a service called Bluelima, it does not even exist. And I called the customer care to request a refund as there was no confirmation given from my side. The customer care executive provided no help and infact was rude to me. I can't even discontinue this service because the msg keeps getting failed where the msg needs to b sent to.

                    Activated my Idea sim Immediately after activating the sim, I started getting SMS from 53131 and the content is health tips. Each SMS delivered to my phone is costing me Rs.3 and all this is without my permission. When ever i recharge my sim card balance automatically my sim card receiving messages.

                      3days back i receievd txt msg on my idea no. Showing an offer of rs.94 providing 10gb of data&28days validity. On recharge i got only 512 mb&validity 10days. I repeatedly tried abt 8 times on custmr care daily bt no one was intrsted in looking upon the complain. Its has been 3days n now all the executives are busy n i m unable to connect them. Pls help.

                        I've recently received a very high bill against the selected plan of rs 349.

                        My postpaid no is [protected] i have got a call from feedback departm­ent that being a valued customer we are giving you a same plan of 499, (3000 sms and 5 gb data per month and 1 gb data for six months) amount reduced for rs 499 to rs 349. But now your custom­er care executive to­ld that you have to pay 50 paisa per sms and 1 gb data extra used but i have used the data as per plan.

                        How anyone can believe that idea cellular is responsible for such worst service. And after bill generation, i’ve started continuous phone calls & messages for bill payment.
                        This is the worst experience with idea in last 5 years of connection with idea.

                        I don't expect this kind of thing happen with idea. Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action against the comapny.
                        Please help to reduce my bill amount as per plan and confirm back on urgent basis.

They asked me about my sbi debit card information to redeem my expired online reward points. On sharing information with them my account got debited with the said amount.                               I have an idea prepaid connection and my mobile number is [protected]. I had an issue earlier where i could not make std calls, it was resolved when i called customer care. (This was 2-3 months back)

                              I'm facing same problem now and i could not make std calls again, i'm getting message saying "this facility is not available on your phone" (Please note i have sufficient balance to make a std calls) when i visited idea showroom near me, they suggested to contact customer care. When i called customer care they suggested to restart mobile even if i'm getting good network, i tried the same but still i'm getting same message. I requested your customer executive to transfer the call to someone senior but she refused by saying they will tell you the same thing and you guys charging for this advice which is ultimately of no use to me.

                              Please let me know do you have any other solution, other than changing the service provider.

                                Please stop fooling people. How much money can you make by digging into common peoples pocket.

                                Withing a period of 15 days 3 times some useless services (Qwalli, idivas and what not got automatically activated in my phone). I did not even opt for it.

                                On immediately calling your cc, they give vague and a very common response used to fool - its not from idea, its via web content, you might have clicked something while surfing online. Well dear idea team, i did not click any random link online.

                                Refund all my amount immediately and stop bothering people with this nuisance acts.

                                Provide a detailed proof - if you are saying its from web content and i clicked on any link for these service to be activated on my phone.

                                Need response asap.

                                Apologies for the way i wrote it, but i am really frustrated by what idea is doing along with you cc executives, go know what they give as response.

                                    There is dindo & hungama service activated automatically on my phone which is costing rs.255+gst which i never requested. I register complaint but they are asking amount is not refundable. I called to customer care they are saying that this service is not belong to idea its happen while surfing the internet but i clearly remember i never subscribed any service. I m post paid user now they have stop my incoming and outgoing calls. Idea cellular are making fool to people.

                                    Same with me. I a period of 15 days there were automated service activation for services I never subscribed for, idea CC executives have same response - Its while surfing you might have clicked something. My phone was kept still when i received the message, I was not even surfing.

                                    Idea is looting common people money and making fool of them, digging int their pockets.

                                    Pathetic service and CC executive responses.

                                    I will give negative rating to Idea given an option to do so.
                                    I have postpaid connection. Please tell me how to activate all call details in my bill (paper or in other mode) & how to deactivate the same.

                                        I have raised mnp request twice, on 23rd july and 31st july and each time the idea rejected the request. More recently the reason for rejected cited is an outstanding bill (Pro rated till date). Did idea raise any bill or inform the consumer on the outstanding before rejecting the request? Since i have another idea number and both numbers are under same account number and hence same bill, idea does know that i still have a relationship with idea and any outstanding would get cleared!!! For 6 years i complained against poor network service and no action was taken. And now when i want to port my number i am not allowed to do so!!! This is like being held captive by idea. The best part is when idea tries calling me at my (Idea) number and then sends me a message “that they were unable to reach me since my number was unreachable”. I demand that idea immediately accepts the mnp request. I cant repeat the entire cycle the third time since i need a proper working connection urgently.
