    res. sir i m gajendra kamethiya i use postpaid plan before 6 month but now i want change my plan according to subject. problem that sir i visited your idea cellular office in gwalior but no one help me in your office. they told me deposit some money for your idea account for change plan before 10 days. but now till not change my plan. i again visited your idea office in gwalior and asked them they told me that we send your request head office in three time.but head office deny your request. i called c c office and chat with mr. manish yadav. he told me sir i solve your problem within one day and send also comp lent no. but problem as it is now till. sir plz solve my problem.       dear sir/madam i have idea gold number [protected] of goa Account No.[protected] which i purchase approx 1.3 year ago about price of 21000k and had deposit 850 as security due to my job transfer i have to shifted haryana from goa last year suddenly in feb march 2015 i got complaint of 3g speed on my number i talk many to care they said to replace sim but goa is very far from my current location after that i shift my 1599 plan to minimum rental and use my number then i got bill of 2000 of internet and roaming then again i call customer care coz my internet was free in my both plan and i did't cross my pack limit after no solution from idea cares i decided to not use my number . then i got mail from idea about pending bills and on 7 july i paid all my bills plus interest and late charges my bill was 3500 and i pay 4000 and on my number but number was not running then i call to idea care and they said ur number was permanent discount yesterday when i paid bill same day number discounted after that i came to know that i need to reactivated my number by giving again document i said fine and told my representative to go to store and ask them what they need they told me that i have to 5000 rs for gold number again and 850 plus security plus local proof and all that . my question is i paid bill plus late charges and after paying same day my disconnect by idea plz tell me where was my last security and advance payment which i paid on 7 july 2015 and why my number is disconnect i purchase from you with price and how the hell i gone come to goa to give you documents and physical verification when i left year earlier goa. plz look into matter and reactivate my old same coming to goa costing me 15k to 20k whose gona pay for that regards yogesh kumar [protected]

        I had done online internet data recharge of Rs. 645 through Idea Cellular Website on 09th July 2015 at 05:37:25 pm. My transaction reference Number is: IG0HVYOE5. Immediately after completion of bank transaction I seen message on Idea Cellular Website that your transaction was not completed. I therefore had done another transaction of online internet data recharge of Rs.445 which was successful and I received online receipt of the same. But when I inquired in my bank account the amount of both the transactions was deducted from my saving account. That is the amount of Rs.645 which was shown failed transaction must be refunded by Idea Cellular. I immediately called Idea customer service to refund the amount (i.e. Rs.645/-) of my failed transaction. But they not only refused to refund my money of the service which they not at all provided but also not given me 3GB data credit for which I have paid Rs.645 to them. I therefore very earnestly request you to help me in getting my money back.

I have called to him/her, but he/she did not pick up the phone. i also told that i will be complained to police but massages are continue. Please resolve my problem and provide me the details of that person.

            I took a new sim and called 59059. I was informed that my sim will be activated within one hour. But it was not activated even after 2hours. I called customer care and asked for clarification. They said that it might take some more time and asked to check at 10AM next day. I checked at 10AM next day but still the sim is inactive. Again called Customer care who informed that the status is 'Active Pending' and it will take some more time. I asked to confirm me about how long will it take but they refused to say. They are not even informing about what exactly was the issue. Again at 1:30 afternoon i called Customer care but heard the same kind of reply. This time a person called "D. Kishore" asked me to wait another 2-3hours. Upon asking again to confirm exactly he asked me to wait till evening. It is almost 12hours and still the sim is inactive. Customer care persons are not at all cooperative. They are not informing about what was the issue. They simply said due to some reasons the activation is not done and not sure when it will be rectified. I am really frustated with Idea's worst service. Idea really sucks. I regret my decision of swiching from Airtel to Idea. God know when this idiotic sim will be activated. :( :( Mobile no - [protected]; First call to 59059 done on 09-Jul-2015.

            Complaint was addressed Initially after an hour(approx), asking for some time to get it resolved. After 2.5 Hours (approx) from then, received reply saying that the sim is activated. No one from Idea has made any call or email in this process (NOTE: Anyway my sim is inactive so no point of them contacting me) Checked and found that the issue is resolved. Anyway Thank you

            You have no idea how many important calls i missed. Very unfortunate thing is that i am not able to do outgoing calls as well.
            I am completely isolated from my people. A lot thanks to your worst service.

              Dear Sir, My mobile number is [protected] register in idea up-west. I have found that around Rs 52 balance of my mobile number suddenly reduce in the time between 10 p.m of 9th july 2015 to 9:30 10 th july. At that time I do approximate 3-4 short duration mobile call and internet usage also which are no at max 1-2 minute. At that moment I have use only use whatsapp and mail update just for 1-2 minute. Moreover, the pop up message every time shown the reduction of less than even Rs. 1.

                internet offer deactivated before exp. date

                i was activated idea 2g unlimited internet on 7th july 2015(rs 201). it was too slow, so i activate a 3g offer on 10th july 2015(rs. 08, special offer) for download a software. after 3g data limit i didn't get my previous offer. i wanna reuse my previous offer....

                  I m vikram I lost my sim &now m wondering in my idea shop in zirakpur.now it's 7 days everywhen I visit my idea showroom they always told me sim will come on Monday .there is one showroom in zirakpur its ur franchise shop every time if I ask for a service he always refuse.I never use any other company service.I m using idea from last 10 years.sorry to say but now its not up the mark.better to have a meeting and trained ur staff on custom interaction.

                    i have charged a special data voucher of 31(125 mb) for seven days. i have already 8 mb data remaining from the previous voucher. but my balance has been deducted from my account in spite of that i have already data remaining in my data pack.please do the needful.it is quite disgusting activity for cellular company.

                      Since from last 3month i am visiting to idea gallery.Which is located in murbad road nr.Godbole hospital(Shree hospital).They are not giving me any information about my biil payment as well as i am telling to pay the bill by card they are giving me excuse of system problem.This problem is facing with me from last 3month.I have compain to customer care about this issue but still i have not get any feedback regarding to the gallery

                          I have gone through the contents of the bill for the above period which is quite irrelevant and un absorbing to a man of ordinary prudence. It has been shown that I have not any data usage for 27 days of the month and has abruptly spiked to usage costing Rs1075/= for three days i;e 14th june to 16th June. I was allowed 100 MB data usage free I used it and after expiry follow up messages were served to me for activating the booster pack which I did not activate and simultaneously blocked the mobile network on my mobile .I fail to understand when I did not activate the plan, how company allowed musteriously the Data usage. This is all bogus and conivence to defraud people. I request you to reverse this fraudulently levied amount forthwith and issue a revised bill. Otherwise I shall be constrained to terminate this connection. I the meantime convert immediately my connection from POST PAID to PRE PAID

                            hi, i have use [protected] postpaid. use any other services . why to generate extra charges by, will dont pay extra charge . please find attached image.I have also been charged rs.275 rupees under the head SMS-MT and I like to inform you that I have not opted for your any download as well as internet facility. It is quite surprising that IDEA is extracting money from us through the SMS-MT type dirty tactics. The person didn't booked the complaint I made to him. I am planning to escalate it up to very high level if Idea fails to act on such cheating. i have attached same snap shot SMS-MT find . i dont paid sms-mt 275 rs

                            hello. Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer bill plan 299 rental cug . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period 08/06/2015 to 08/07-2015. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.275. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.275 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges. I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or reverse in my bill as will paid remaining amount . My mobile number is 9527305968 I called up customer care many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative. Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support.o i did not PAID 1 months bill because of this reason, now my number is cut off by idea i am a regular user of idea now i lost my number due to this SMS MT reason, I complaint to IDEA office they say that this amount is shows as SMS MT amount I did not use any SMS MT functionality in my phone, now I lost my mobile no 9527305968, call me 9762236210 Thanks and regards arun jadhav

                                increasing unnecessary postpaid bill amount on my bill. Idea is cheating me unnecessary postpaid bill amount, i don't have FB on my mobile, still they are showing data usage for Facebook. unnecessary data usage increase in my account. Idea to Idea some time it charge 30 Paise per call and same number after few min they charge 50 paise call.

                                  मैं वसई ईस्ट में रहता हु । मेरी उम्र 66 साल है । मेरा नो एयरटेल का है ( [protected]) आइडिया में चेंज करना है पर आपके वसई वेस्ट अंबाड़ी रोड गेलेरी वाले चक्कर खिला रहे है । पहले गया तो बोला ये कागज लेकर आओ । आज पेपर लेकर गया तो बोला सिम कार्ड नहीं है हफ्ते भर बाद आओ । एसा वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को तंग करना कितना उचित है । कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें अथवा मैं अखबारों में व अभिषेक बच्चन को भी शिकायत करूंगा ।

My compalints are as follows:- 1.Idea network of 2G and 3G both is very poor in Amla Tola Region located in Katihar, Bihar. Here is no proper Internet in 2G and 3G both.Mobile recharged with 3G net pack gets 2G services. 2.Here no proper FOS service is available. I, Therefore request you to take immediate steps regarding my complaints.For this act i shall be grateful to you.                                       Hi,

                                      I received a call from idea yesterday but my complaint from idea as service provider is still there. As i havent got any refund of my money. In simple word i need my money back.

                                      There is a glitch in the server of idea because when i check my balance in fraction of seconds i am being shown diffrent balance. How is possible ?

                                      Sometimes my balance is shown as its decreasing, sometimes it shown as increasing,

                                      Being a loyal customer of idea for past so many years, i dont think i am entitled to such a harrasment
