i have use [protected] postpaid. use any other services . why to generate extra charges by, will dont pay extra charge . please find attached image.I have also been charged rs.275 rupees under the head SMS-MT and I like to inform you that I have not opted for your any download as well as internet facility. It is quite surprising that IDEA is extracting money from us through the SMS-MT type dirty tactics.
The person didn't booked the complaint I made to him. I am planning to escalate it up to very high level if Idea fails to act on such cheating. i have attached same snap shot SMS-MT find . i dont paid sms-mt 275 rs

Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer bill plan 299 rental cug . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period 08/06/2015 to 08/07-2015. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.275. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.275 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges. I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or reverse in my bill as will paid remaining amount . My mobile number is 9527305968 I called up customer care many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative. Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged. Please look after this issue. Quick reply or action is expected. Hoping for your best support.o i did not PAID 1 months bill because of this reason, now my number is cut off by idea i am a regular user of idea now i lost my number due to this SMS MT reason, I complaint to IDEA office they say that this amount is shows as SMS MT amount I did not use any SMS MT functionality in my phone, now I lost my mobile no
