1. Once i am recharged with rs. 500/-, there wrong deduction done and your customer care tell me this deduction done as WAP, but i am not activated any wap facility.
2. Then i am recharged with rs. 100/-, which is deducted as internet/data(as your customer care says), but i am checked in ussd call, there shown data expirydate 4th. But customer care says your data pack expired on 3rd.
How it is possible... and all balance get nill.
