Dear Idea Team, I had use idea number [protected] since last 4 years but from last 3 months, i stopped the payment due to unethical charges on my idea number.You have all my call records regarding my cell number [protected]. Please listen and then you understand my issue.Now someone call me from number [protected] and tease me and my relatives.This type service from Idea celullar is seriously unavoidable. If any such action will not be taken against a guy who talks rubbish and illogicaly words with me and for my relatives, I will lodge a FIR against a company..For any further assistance pls have my contact number- [protected]

          My Mobile No is[protected]. 1. Once i am recharged with rs. 500/-, there wrong deduction done and your customer care tell me this deduction done as WAP, but i am not activated any wap facility. 2. Then i am recharged with rs. 100/-, which is deducted as internet/data(as your customer care says), but i am checked in ussd call, there shown data expirydate 4th. But customer care says your data pack expired on 3rd. How it is possible... and all balance get nill.

            Sir I have submitted all documents for the new prepaid connection - [protected] at idea store in KLK Estate Fatey maidan road, Hyderabad 560001 on 4th June 2015. They told activation will be done by 5th June 2015 afternoon. Till now SIM is inactive and I can't get any information from customer service. Please explain and help me at the earliest.

Aur Bill jama karne ke liye bar bar phone aa raha hai main aaj dobara apni request aap ke samne rakh raha hun. mere mobile no [protected] or bill date 23/05/2015 me SMS-MT Rs-349/- charge kiya gaya, Customer care me baat karne per kahte hain ki jab Aap web page per kisi Advertisement per click karte ho to ye paisa apne aap hi cut jate hain. isme idia ki taraf se koi fault nahi hai. Agar is servise ko band karna chahte hain to Deactivate krale. maine puchha yadi Deactivate karane ke baad maine fir kisi Advertisement per click kar diya to kya paise katenge, to kahte hain han agar aap ne click kiya to fir paise katenge. to fir maine pucha ki aapke dwara deactivate karne se kya labh hua agar mere paise dobara katne lagenge to iska koi santos jank uttar nahi mila.Jab Maine kisi prakar ki koi service activate nahi karai hai to yah bill kyo paid karon. Iska matlab to yahi hai ki idea jaisi company bhi kuchh Fraud company ke sath milkar apne grahk ko bevkoof banakar gup chup tareeke se paise Eithati hai. mai idea cellular ki taraf se ye jankari chahta hun ki mere bill se Rs 349/- jo galat tareeke se charge kiya gaya hai use hata kar kab tak sahi bill dispatch kar diya jayega taki sahi samya per mai bill ka bhugtan kar sakun. kripya hindi me jankari de dhanywaad.

                    I have taken Idea post-paid connections of Plan of Rs.299 per month for 2 mobiles. So my monthly bill can not be more than Rs.1000. But as per Idea, my Unbilled usage is of Rs.5024, which Idea is telling me to pay first and raise Complaint, which is not at all acceptable to me. Idea need to correct their Billing System

                      I have been using idea 3g services for the last 3 years in Bhusawal(Maharashtra). Untill last 1 year, idea 3g speed was very good. I used to get more than 4mbps speed. But since then idea 3g services are offering 2g like speed. Now I get around 12-13 KBps downloading speed which is nowhere close to 3G speed. Now idea has stop my no. with out any information. When i ask reason to customer care executive she reply in very rude way and said "because you are using this no. for telemarketing purposed thats why we stop this no."                           I recharge online 3g rs.745 plan on dated 4th june 2015 time 11.42.50 hrs. Awaiting till evening my recharge not compleated by idea. Second time i recharge in evening online 3g rs 245 plan on same number but till today idea did not recharge my none of above plans. As well as sbi bank deducted rs. 745 and 245. So what should I do? no.is [protected]

                            i just ported from airtel to idea about a month ago. and im really pissed off with the repeated useless customer care calls. yesterday i got a call from customer care service asking me to activate missed call service which i activated by mistake. when i got to know about it i immediately deactivated but today i got a call saying missed call alerts have been deactivated but im charged a sum of Rs.149. i mean its ridiculous why should i even pay for a service which i havent even used for even 5 minutes??? I should not have ported. the executive who called me first time when i was porting was all hands to help me just to port but after that she seemed to be less concerned whenever i call. she says she cant hear properly and she cuts the call or she will say she will call me later. is this the way you behave to a customer!! I just hate this connection. and i cannot pay for what i have not used. if someone is reading this its a big advise from me please do not opt for idea cellular connection. I use docomo, airtel and bsnl connection but never had such a worst experience in less than a months time. never get carried away by the advertisement. it is useless.

                            where should i provide my contact number? recently i got my bill and it was Rs.860. im using a plan which is of 399rupees. customer care executives explained that i had been using more internet. when i further enquired them telling that even on the last day of the scheduled bill i received a notification saying i have around 200mb balance and how can i be charged for using internet!! then again they replied me saying the info i.e. the flash message info regarding balance of internet, sms and call minutes is wrong it seems! how can i be responsible for mistake from their part? my customer acc no is[protected]. kindly contact me back

                              Hi, my number is [protected], i have recharged with 100 rs 300 mb data pack first after completion i have again recharged with 250rs 1gb data pack but it also got used so i used three booster packs but still they have charged me rupees 277 as charges on data pack pro ration..and when i talked with customer care they say its for extra mb uses..i mean i have already recharge for 550rs gprs still how can they charge for so much money?i have not used so much data at all.

                                  Hi, I hold idea cellular postpaid connection with mobile no. [protected].I have been a loyal customer since past 4 years and even my husband. The problem is : During the month of April due to increased usage requirement of internet : I had changed my bill cycle to I plan. When the bill got generated, it was aa high as 7000rs. A big shock for me. I had changed the plan through internet. I visited the my idea centre and they told it is due to 'mid cycle plan change and due to data charges being levies on pro-rata basis' .Then they asked : you got it changed through Call centre or Internet. I said internet to which they informed yes on internet you don't get informed that you should change your bill cycle a day before or after the bill generation date else the charges get calculated on pro-rate basis; due to which this high amount has been generated. No warning or message of such kind was displayed on idea website when I was making the plan change.if it would have been I could have been beware. Now my problem is : I am not able to pay this huge amount.Please, excuse me of these charges.it is just not possible as our financial situation is not going well.Due to I not having a job currently. Please help me with the problem and take me out of it . I just won't be able to pay.                                   Hi, Service to my no. stopped since past 4 days( with only incoming working).Pleamine acontact me on alternate number of my fathheif you find my no. Not reachable.

                                  Also, till now i have made a payment of 4000rs. And further I cannot pay.

                                  I will have to take legal action otherwise.

                                  Stop sending me the 'make payment' messages till you resolve the issue from this forum.
                                  Seeing the number of complaints here for "high bill In the name of pro rata Charges " clearly shows that you donot consider It your duty to inform the customer of their usage limit gEtting crossed with you moyive behind of levying and traPping them For high charges.

                                  This seems To be a trap.

                                  Also, in the month of april when high Bill has been generated : i alreAdy took 2 or more data booster packs for the excess data i knew would be requiring which I think has not been adjusted hence this hUge bill has been generated.

                                  The charges would have been levied correctly. BUT my concern is : Why not any notification Or pop-up was provided intimating 'about the pro rata charges leving / plan change conditions of before a day or after a day of billing date ' like AIRTEL does on completion of net pack .

                                  My concern is that.

                                  There was no notification call from Customer care of plan change and this Situation getting created.


                                  I CANNOT pay this amount .I will have to resort to legal way.

                                  This is purely unethical.Can you think of 7600 as a normal amount for a a MIDDLE class fami
                                  Now services to my no. Are completely barred.I am not able to use my number now. .Not satisfied with the responses.

                                    Name : Sunjith Mobile : [protected] I am totally frustrated with the data pro ration charges.. Actually my problem starts when I deactivated one 2G internet plan. I activated 155 2G internet plan of 1GB on April 25th and deactivated the same on May 13th. Before deactivating I have used about 985MB. But they are saying that till that date I am supposed to use only 665 MB and I have used 300MB more and they charged it on data pro ration basis. My bill is now Rs.1726!!. I dont know why they are doing like this. I activated a monthly pack and my limit was 1GB. I can use that 1GB any time, they haven't mentioned any daily limit or something like that on their USSD. I used only 985MB, that means I havent crossed the limit, but still they are puting extra charge. I have contacted the idea customer care through phone and email, but they are really not helping me. They are trying to justify their part. They also bared me from making outgoing calls, so I cont contact the customer care now. What I should do? please help me...

                                    Sub: Wrongly charged bill and no clarification being given


                                    This in reference with my Mobile No.[protected], Account no.[protected], this number was under mobile number portability from Idea to Reliance and became functional with Reliance network with effect from 14/1/2016 thus it was ported out from Idea network from 13/1/2016 midnight and I had cleared my last payable idea bill No.[protected]for Bill period 25/12/2015 to 24/1/2016 amounting to Rs.355.29 by Cheque no.0759751 dated 3/2/16. The problem started now is that I have received a fresh bill from Idea bearing invoice no.[protected] for bill period 25/1/16 to 24/2/16 simply with instruction “Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration” for amount of Rs.417.76. My new operator Reliance charged me for Rs.323.00for bill period 14/1/16 to 4/2/16 by invoice no,[protected].
                                    How come I have used my data pack on both the networks at the same time?
                                    What does term “Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration” mean?
                                    Does it allow my Sim card to use both the networks at same time?
                                    Hence I am not liable to pay any amount to Idea Cellular Limited which please be noted.
                                    According to my opinion your Idea bill is wrongly charged to me to simply extract money from me and so I am forwarding this matter to Consumer Education and Research Centre, Ahmedabad

                                        Respected Sir/Madam, I am Mithleshwar Hembrom, using your pre paid services([protected]) from last three months and using internet with WIFI .suddenly i found that 40 paisa is deducted every time when i am using the internet through WIFI.
