My Mobile No is[protected]. 1. Once i am recharged with rs. 500/-, there wrong deduction done and your customer care tell me this deduction done as WAP, but i am not activated any wap facility. 2. Then i am recharged with rs. 100/-, which is deducted as internet/data(as your customer care says), but i am checked in ussd call, there shown data expirydate 4th. But customer care says your data pack expired on 3rd. How it is possible......

I have been using idea 3g services for the last 3 years in Bhusawal(Maharashtra). Untill last 1 year, idea 3g speed was very good. I used to get more than 4mbps speed.
