I AM IN UP Lucknow for official visit and my no is in roaming, m not using my no but getting more thna 1200 bill every month, it was 250/- plan only . i am using only internet 2G pack in roaming. & few calls in emergency only. Sir, I have given complaint at idea for deactivation of IVR ( Dial *121# for special offers) while calling the first call of the day. But they told me that this is default for all customers so they can not deactivate the same. I am already on DND and still receiving IVR calls from idea telecom.
