Dear Team, My mobile number is [protected]. My 3rd bill got generated on 22-feb in which i have been charged Rs.-850/- for internet usage. I called up at 12345 and informed that have not used so much of internet and asked to waive off the amount charged extra. But they were not ready. Then the call was transferred to some senior person and he offered me one deal. The deal was i have to take Rs. 154 internet pack(1GB) for 3 months compulsorily....

i have a purchased a idea postpaid sim card dated 13/2/2015 at surat.that sim card was not activated...sim card is registered name is UTKARSH GOYAL...when i was call a custmer care then he says me "sir, it's not my responsibility please go to idea care" your custmer care excutive name was sunny ...my mobile number is [protected]...that was not activated your company is more time consumed to activate a simcard...any replay for this matter you...

Hi, Please se below response from Idea customer care on 16-Dec-2014. I have raised below request to de-activate my Idea 2G mobile data Internet plan and got the confirmation as well that it has been de-activated on 16-Dec-2014 but still from last 2 months I have been charged rs180 per month for same data pack. Instead of de-activating my data pack, Idea is now charging me almost double the amount of my pack which was rs 98 before....

I made a request regarding migration of my Idea Postpaid number ([protected]) to Prepaid on 20 Feb 2015. Communication id provided to me was C1-[protected]. Today i.e on 23 Feb 2015 in afternoon my Pospaid number stopped working. I was hoping my new prepaid sim will start working. But it does not happened. Now in evening i got a mail from Idea Customer care that my request is completed and they closed my request. However nothing such happened....
