    Hi, I have been a loyal post-paid customer to idea with number [protected] staying in pune. I have moved out of pune temporarily so I have converted my number to prepaid. I was told by sales people in store that minimum deactivation peroid for prepaid sim is 90 days. Now (After 45 days) I have been trying to call from my prepaid sim and it says deactivated. There is a balance of 300/- in my account. As per trai any preapid sim with minimum balance 20/- should never be deactivated. I called customer care, executive said minimum time for deactivation is 30 days. Then I told him about 90 days peroid from TRAI website. He then transferred call to his senior who accepted about 90 days rule (their employees have conflicting information). This senior guy looked at my account and told me that deactivation period is only 15 days for my sim as it is converted from postpaid to prepaid. I was not told about this by sales people in store. Kindly look into this complaint and let me retain my number and balance. regards, phani kumar

        I made a recharge of Rs 150 on my Idea mobile number [protected] on 06/09/2014 at 4:30 a.m in the morning the balance was deducted from my bank account but the amount has not been credited to my account. Since i am in roaming i am to able to access 198 the complaint number. Please help me out in recovering my amount.

          I am not getting SPEED on my Idea WIFI, Pune. Acc No[protected] Plan is of 2Mbps and getting around only 0.9 Mbps. Even YouTube videos are not playing. @Idea Customer Care Before Responding to this complain please not that I AM NOT A IDEA MOBILE CUSTOMER and so don't have any Idea Mobile Number. Pathetic Customer Care Service 1. Your Paid Customer Number [protected] do not responds on Idea Wifi Requests. 2. Your Toll Free Number[protected] in NOT REACHABLE from other operators (mine Airtel). I have no Friends or Relatives having Idea number (saying in advance).

          pathetic speed. local internet providers have better speed than this crap.
          Same situation from the first day of connection. The technician could not show speed in Speedtest.net.
          They are not reachable now over phone. No one picking phone. Speed is hell below 2G. Nobody responding.

The matter is, I recharged twice that is Rs.100 + 150 on 3rd Aug 2014 through my credit Card. I paid that Amount Rs 250 paid to my credit card account but till date that amount Rs 250 not recharged in to mobile number [protected]. Now I am asking you, who make" ullu mat banao".                 his say me sir you submit your document your for active your outgoing call.
                when i go submit my document in idea min store in mankhurd mangal murti complex
                then he told me i will not active your idea card, i told him sir my incoming is working then he told
                after few days incoming is also will be deactivet, i question him sir why
                he say i dont know.
                what is this he did not answer me why stoped my outgoing...

                  Dear Sir, I have been used mobile no. [protected] regarding this number i have charge 5/- Internet for 1 day through ussd code. that time was my balance a/c. Rs. 46.00 approx. but next day early in morning my balance only Rs. 13.56 why. Under ussd code I have see that scheme was for a one day I have charge net by 8 or 9 pm approx so this is for 24 hrs it means that it plan over on next day 8 or 9 PM. I have surprised for my balance its only by rs. 13.56. So please kindly waiver my balance of Rs. 28 or 29.00 approx.My balance should be after deduction Rs. 46-5=41 but this time my balance rs. 13.56. difference amount my waiver amount.                     Idea cellular cheated with me. I have taken a connection having number [protected] because I was required 3G services at my home. From day 1, I was not getting network and if sometimes network comes then there was only 2G speed. I lodged a complaint regarding this issue. There had not been taken any action on my issue and complaint was closed from Idea end. I went to Idea outlet to close the connection, Idea people was not ready to close the connection and said you will have to pay the bills for 3 month then only we will close the connection. Why should I pay the bill while I'm not using it? When I asked the same to Idea managers then they threatened me to pay the 3 month bill. It's a loot with consumer. Thanks & Kind Regards, Manish Jain

                      I have been constantly getting ABUSIVE/THREATENING calls from [protected] of idea cellular collections department. They are harassing me mentally. They are also calling my relatives and troubling them. They have retrieved my relatives numbers from my previous phone bills, thereby infringing my right to privacy. I had raised a request to stop my post paid services and close the sim having number [protected] at idea store west patel nagar delhi. They told me that they will convert this post paid sim into pre paid service and gave me another sim. I stopped using my sim.                         Dear Sir, This is regarding my idea Prepaid mob no: [protected] where we had applied for prepaid to postpaid on 21.08.2014 at rajendra place idea store new delhi and i had also deposited Rs.500/- for security money. but the query is today is 4th september 2014 and my request is still pending. i have asked them several time and they only told me that tomorrow your postpaid will be started, tomorrow your postpaid will be started... i have also asked them to canceled my cheque and refund my security money and the socking is that they totally refused to refund my security money. i am really very very disappoint. They idea people gave me a very poor respond. I just want to refund my security money and strict action against them. if possible please provide me the idea complaint no.

                          Dear Sir/Ma’am, This is to bring to your notice the inaction of your Customer care Executives regarding a request of MNP of the below mentioned IDEA Postpaid number which was part of a Corporate connection in the name of Mr. Ashish Arora, Siddharth Jewellery (India). Phone Number: [protected] Relationship Number:[protected] The said Corporate connection had nearly 12 connections which have been successfully ported except the above mentioned number. Several requests for the same were made on various occasions but they were all rejected. I was given a negative response every time I spoke to a customer care executive or many a times, they would put my call on hold for a few minutes and then disconnect it without giving a viable solution for my problem. I would exclusively like to report the lackadaisical attitude of one of the Customer Care Executives, Mr. Parwinder Singh, who conveyed to me that the number was unable to be ported due to an Unpaid Billing Amount issue, to which I informed him that I had already deposited an amount of Rs. 2500/- in order to cover any such cost but he was not too interested in listening to me. So I asked him to put me through to a senior. He then put me on hold for about 2 minutes, and later my call was disconnected. And for the record, as per the phone usage there is still an amount of Rs. 1800/- lying as advance with your company. Furthermore, your Senior Customer Care Executive, Ms. Mamta informed me that I have made a request for retaining my number with IDEA. No such request has been made on my behalf and if as per what she says, there is, then I would request you to show me how and when was the same made. In the light of the above mentioned delay from your side and the incompetence of your staff, I would request you to now fasten the process of porting the said number to Airtel (documents for the same have already been submitted) and revert via Mail the status of my complaint, failing which I would have to file a complaint in the Consumer Court against IDEA Cellular Ltd. for insufficiency of services.

                              Iam Sigatapu Durga Lovaraju i am using idea network from last 18 months ([protected]). On August 30th I spoke with idea customer executives (198) for knowing the information about Rs 253 they told that you have offer of 1.5GB data + 20rs talk time. Then I recharged my number with 253 by online. I didn't get those benefits till now I get 1GB data only. Then I spoke to idea customer executives on September 1st around 7 pm she registered a complaint on this issue. Today again once again I called idea respective she told me idea customer superior will call you with in 30 min. I got call with in the time her name is Priyanka. She told me that you have offer that's why our pepole told that offer. extra benefits will add on or before 1:00 PM on September. After that one more call again form your technical deprtment her name is Sankarla Lakshmi she told me that offer was valid till 28th August. Then I called to Priyanka once again she told me very clearly that benefits will credit within 24 hours. She was argued with me that was if you want benefits wait until 24 hours. If don't want tell me. If you want to complaint, complaint to anybody. She talked with me not in polite way and that's not correct. Then I called idea customer care number ‎[protected] i spoke to Mannan he told me benefits will not credit in you account at any cost. He also told me as like sankarla Lakshmi. I called at 7pm on September 2nd another person spoke with me his name is manoj kumar he said that offer not valid we will not credit to you. Then I ask to him please give regional head details you didn't speak to him you are not eligible for to speaking with my superior we only eligible for that. If customers are not eligible to talk to higher officilas how I will get solution my problem. I spoke with lot of customers executives but they didn't give correct solution. I dontdon't have a proof to show because it is a mobile conversation. Please take necassary action.

                                To, Aditya Birla (MD) & Customer Service Head Idea Cellular Ltd. It is very bad experience for 3G connection, very poor & no customer care support & service. Idea is cheating common public...cheater no. 1, .because of such pathetic service our people are suffering a lot, idea is making money from people by not educating them the right. Country is not growing because of cheater people...I m the costumer of Idea service last 4 years. I want last communicated audio clips, also want to c policy for 3G, how did Idea get this approval.                                 Complaint # is not working, which is given in officially website (For Complaints : +91-[protected] not working)
                                Fist understand Internet services then do the advertisement, ULLOO MAT BANAO, PUBLIC KO?

                                Why cant u give contact no of any responsible person, or u dont have any responsible person in company??
                                U r using Airtel 3G network...why didnt u tell us or publicly announce it, We would have got to them directly to Airtel, Govt. has not given u licence that means u r not having proper knowledge and infrastructure, isn't it. HUMKO ULLOO MAT BANAO.

                                      I tired to reach idea customer support thru' phone/email and store support. I am still awaiting the response for aditya brila group.


                                      This is the worse support service experience in the country by idea mobile and aditya brila group. I have been writing email due to a network issue that started since past 2 months. And
                                      Yet they are unable to provide a solution. The solution is to set up a booster in the locality or residence. But idea could not even support the need of senior citzens. 3 number on 3 different devices. So they cant even say it is a mobile issue. Hence they even stopped to respond to the email nor calls. They hang up calls when you call them to complain. Or they say we will look into the issue. There are so many incapable resources in idea who cannot audit the resolution chart. I am sure the ceo and the governing party cant get their hand on their customer support. Check the emails starting july 28, 2014 till date for you to understand how incapable the support from the idea customer support team as been.


                                      Hope this ulooooooo services need to shutdown if they cant resolve a single issue.

                                        I have raised a complaint last month July 28, 2014 and i did not get any response till date. I have initiated an email after a month of no response from IDEA . I have the same network issue on all the 3 Idea Mobile numbers and all the 3 numbers are on 3 different devices. This issue just started in the month of June 2014. And post the complaint I didn't get any response from the email support team or on the website nor from the phone support. I have given Idea a proper explanation and yet I did not get any solution. The Idea store says a booster could solve the issue. Yet no one cares to help the senior citizens. We been using Idea for quite sometime. Since the issue no one wants to take the ownership. I will have to take this to the next level, till idea says sorry we can't give you a solution. I want to hear this from the service provider. So I can switch the Service Provider with a number portability option. JUST SO YOU KNOW YOUR EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES ARE VERY VERY BAD. THEY CAN'T READ AND UNDERSTAND AN EMAIL. AND I SEE ADITYA BRILA GROUP SPENDING A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY ON TV AD'S. INSTEAD OF FIXING ISSUES WITH THE SERVICES. AND MORE OVER I FEEL THEY ARE MORE ATTACHED TO THE OWL AND DONT WANT TO SEE ANY ISSUES OF THE CUSTOMER. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED SINCE IDEA WERE UNWILLING TO HELP SENIOR CITIZENS POST SEVERAL ATTEMPTS
