What is this?

Please block my idea mobile number [protected] as my mobile got lost 6 hrs back. I am giving this information so that my number does not get misused. I called up the call center to block the number but due to mismatch of my date of birth, the customer care executive did not block the number. This is an emergency case and they should have blocked the number immediately for security but they did not bother to do so. However, i shall try calling them again with proper details. For meanwhile, i thought they should block the number.

I have 4g phone with 4g idea sim and 4g data balance but i'm not getting 4g internet, complained to them about the issue many time but they are closing the issue with out resolving it nd even no idea showroom team are showing interest to solve the issue they are simply skipping the topic by telling there is a problem now it will work after some time, they are keep on saying the same thing from last 3 days

Network problem in idea mobile phone at 365, jai narayan vyas colony jaisalmer while mobile tower of idea is only 200 m away from my house. It is too close to my house but still network disturbance and weak signal inside my house. And 4g service of idea is also not available in my city. So please correct your network and give some relief to customers of idea cellular.

I am a user of idea mobile since last 10 year. My all documents including adhaar card is already updated with the idea services.
Altough i use my number less for calling but on the other hand i keep using the number for internet and sms. Even though i am using my number regularly, still idea keep sending me sms that “number will be closed in case no proper use”. This is strange and irritating again and again.
Why i am getting message again and again that if i won’t use my number it will be closed, while i am using it for 3g internet regularly.
Please guide if idea still closes my number then how can i pursue with court case and claim harrasement and number lost charges against them.

Hi,

I am ganesh from pune, i have been using idea since i have started using cellphone. Since last few days, i am trying to call customer care but they are not answering my call. I tried at least 20 times in a day, still they didt answer. The reason behind calling them was, i was promised by one of their member that if i recharge with amt 399 i will get unlimited calling and daily 1gb data free for 84 days. I recharged my no with 399, i got unlimited calls for free but i got only 1gb data and validaty was only for 1 month. This is how you cheat to your customers. Now, i am going to port all my family members idea numbers to another service provider. Good bye idea.

I have registered my Mobile number in DND section so that I don't receive unwanted call & messages. but even after that I keep receiving call & sms about promotion and etc . . I have complained about the to idea care several times but they don't seems to take any action in regards to this. Now the frequency of sms is increased. Also their support care persons talk very rudely with customer. I said to the that let me do i need to file a consumer complain to get this thing resolved or what. They replied do whatever you can do it will be like this only.

I have received a phone call from mobile no. [protected] saying that my reward points are going to expire today and i can get cash back of rs. 9000/- adjusted against my outstanding balance. They asked for my open details such as my date of birth and pincode and intimated my correct address. This then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 9000/- will be credited in 7 working days.

Actually i ported my number :[protected] from jio to idea. But after jio disconnected, i got a message to insert idea sim and enjoy the services. But the idea sim is not at all working. I called many times to the care and i contacted the store also, then also no responce. From 11th august iam unable to make calls, recieving calss, unable to get message, unable to do transcations beacuse of not getting otp. Solve this issue immidatly. And here iam asking for compensation of 10000 rupees for the loss of my personal works and loss of calls and transcations. My alternate number :[protected]

Idea cellular vas services are getting activated more than 10 times on my phone and they keep charging on my account. If you call the senseless customer executives only says you activated the services and we can help you to deactivate. If you do not pay for the vas services the roaming and outgoing calls are barred. This is really harassment of the consumers. Hope idea cellular learn to live the birla legacy in business.

On 26/07/2017 i got top up recharge for 35 for 350 sms for my mobile through web, but i did not receive any message and this was not credited in my account and thus this service was not activated. I got to know this on the same day when i came to know rs 1.50 deducted for each sent outstation message and rs.1.00. For local message. Thus i had to get the same top up recharge of rs, 35 for the same service through a shop on the same day. I also received only one message of recharge of rs.35 for this service. This was again not credited to my account and that sms service was not activated because this same thing continued.
Next day i had to get top up recharge of rs18.00 for the third time for 180 messages. Then this time it was working. I waited for several days to get sms credit which was not activated then finally i logged in to the website of idea mobile prepaid service and submitted my 14- 15 year old mobile number [protected] and to my shock and surprise i discovered this number was registered at their website in name of "nirmal kumar: (Male)"which a fake name and using fake name is a criminal offence. Indeed i have had great disappointment with idea.

The offer shown for 404 Rs. unlimited calling and 1gb per day data for 84 days is not clearly mentioned fir 3G or 4G mobile on idea official web site and on mobile offers also.
I recharged for 404rs on my 3g handset, and they given me only 14 days validity with 1gb data only. When I goes to idea care they told me that "its your fault ".
Its their fault that they did not mentioned the offer for 3G or 4G mobiles either on their official web site and mobile offers.
Pls help to get this offer or ekse my payment back.
It's really a type of fraud that company doing.

I am using idea mobile ([protected]) no from november 2009 and paying the bills also but this time i have changed my plan from 799 to 99 rs and received the bill of more than thousand rupees. I have mailed to customer care for the same but not received any revert from them so i hold to pay the bill now i am receiving calls with thread to pay the bill or they will start hurting my family and relatives.
And the no i have receiving calles is [protected] request clarification whether this is the policy.

I have been asked to do an advanced payment of Rs 5070 for this billing cycle. When I called customer care they are not able to justify why I should pay the amount.

The only thing I have done in the 4 th month is I have activated one add on of Rs 350 for 2.5 GB 4G data on[protected] and I have deactivated on[protected]. I deactivated because I don’t want to renew this next month since anyway I am paying 350 for this statement cycle.

Currently I have used 2.5 GB(Including my monthly free data) out of 3.5 I am entitled to.

I am raising this issue to you customer care won’t raise any complaint and also not giving any proper reasons.

i have sent many mails to Idea regarding this and they did not give any proper response .

After that they disconnected all the services and now i got a mail from their third party to team please find the below mail.

They even didn't ask my location where i the issue. If this is the customer care feedback then i never expect the issue will be resolved.

Retailer in my town cheating customers by giving half information about plans,
I ans my friend hv port our sim from telenor to idea. Retailer said that rs 300 plan gives me 84 days unlimited talk time, but after one month my plan was expired. We contacted in his office he is saying that offer is only for 28 days...
And behaving in rash manner very neglect answers.
Is this the way to behave with the customer..
Take action on idea dealer immediately. Other wise idea will loose a loage number of customers in our town
