Bluelima service has been activated on my phone without my consent and deducted 35₹ from my balance. I didn't ask for this, this is a very shady practice by idea and i expect a refund for this as soon as possible.

I just got my idea sim and already this has happened, if they did this to all their new customers then they would make at least 50cr. But if they don't refund me i will never use idea again and i will tell everyone to never use idea again

We are noticing network coverage issue in for all of my IDEA cellular number since last 6 months.

Location- 'SUDNYA', 61/B4, Opp Balvikas Vidyalaya, Panchavaty colony, Talegoan Dabhade, Pune 410506

I am using a postpaid connection ([protected]) unable make calls due to due payment but,
I have paid the due amount but still I am unable to make any calls.so could you please check what's the problem with your operator.

    Bluelima service got activated on my idea phone number and i don't know how. A message saying that such service is activated and rs 35 has been charged I haven't registered for such service and i don't know how it got activated. Please kindly look into the matter how automatically the service gets activated without the concern of the subscriber and refund my money back. I have immediately deactivated the service as it said it will continue deducting rs35 each week. Not sending a message prompting to activate a service or not is completely unethical as vulnerability increases to such unwanted services. And i know that i never wanted such service. So please do right by refunding my money back or else users will lose faith in idea.

    I had this similar message for Bluelima as well last week and I send a message STOP to 155223. This week they have activated Skillderby without my consent. I have again asked for this to be deactivated but the charges for both games were taken away from my balance, plus the sms charges and moreover the hassle!!!

      Sir,

      I am using two idea no for nearly 5 year now without being a billing defaulter.
      I have submitted multiple complaint for billing discrepancy for the month of Jul, dated 21 Jul 2017 on account no[protected]. The service request no for the complaints are : SR# C1-[protected] and SR# C1-[protected].

      Following Point were asked to address in the complaint out of which none have been address.

      1. Reversal of internet charges: The 4G internet given to us was free, then why were we heavily charged saying it for 3G/2G data usage. Idea 4G network is so pathetic that it automatically switched to 3G. Hence this is pure cheating to the customer. No mobile comes with Only LTE setting. Also this was not mentioned during card up-gradation at idea care center.

      2. Reversal of Extra charges of 199 Rs for some download which I have never done.

      3. Standing instruction was asked to stop immediately for bill payment.: This was not done and my card got deducted. Again cheating to customer, SI instruction can be done easily on idea website but no provision to cancel it. Customer need to visit idea care for cancellation ...unfair. Below screen shot shows that it only allow me to modify and not to cancel, though we can see a button available. The cancel SI is just a show to give false picture to the customer that it can if cancelled any time.
      4. Customer care is pathetic and no response.

      Would like to highlight below points:
      1. As soon as I raised a complaint about billing discrepancy, idea care all representative were suddenly always busy to take my calls.
      2. No provision to cancel standing instruction online which on the other hand can be started or updated very easily.
      3. As soon I gave porting request, your people calls me and gives fall assurance as that these charges will get reversed. But nothing done so far
      4. Is this the service (cheating) Idea does to its long running customer.?

      I want these unnecessary (internet and download) charges to be immediately reversed back to my account.

          Sir,
          Iam having idea 4g lte smart wifi-no.[protected], i am paying the monthly rent of rs 570 till date, as i did not had that much usage, i requested for plan change three months ago. But i got the information from the customer service center that it is possible only on billing date ie 26 th of every month. Hence i waited till 26 th of next month that time but as it a holiday on ramsan that month your customer centre remains closed so i made the payment and waited for the next month. But in last month also customer center remains closed on that date due to gst.
          This month i had requested in time ie on 26th but my request was not taken up due to your servour problem. Igot a bill of rs900 in this month stating that discount for wifi hub over. As this a huge amount came not because of my mistake, i request you to kindly revise the bill amount.

            Hi,

            This is the worst service ever i saw from idea.
            I am using idea service from last 10 years and from 2010, i am using idea postpaid. On 27th july, i have migrated my postpaid idea no. To prepaid. I submitted this request from "my idea store". They had submitted my request and given me new prepaid sim and said please come to idea store for thumb impression after 2 days of your postpaid connection closed. My postpaid no. Was closed on 31st july. I went to the idea store after 2 days when my postpaid connection was closed. Then they told me that we have entered wrong prepaid sim no. While submitting the request, so they had taken prepaid sim back and given me a new one and told me that it will get activated in 1 or 2 days but now its been 7 days and still my no. Is not activated. These idea store people saying me that there is some error in system and we have mailed your concern to idea.. This is really a pathetic service from idea. I am really frustrated due to this as my no. Is not working since last 10 days.

            Please activate my idea prepaid no. If you are giving such poor service then i will not recommend any one to use idea service.. Even i will also not want to be with idea family if i am getting such pain.

              I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 35 for bluelima and 105 for dindo services on my request of activating service. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. I dont gonna pay this because i never requeat for this. Now im thinking that i must port my no. To other network.

                I haven't subscribe bluelima service in idea. But 15rs deducted. Need refund asap

                Also, when i called idea customer care to register complaint about this issue i have been keep on hearing same message "please go and submit aadhar card etc..." very cheap tricks by idea to charge valuable customers.

                  Today idea has deducted rs105/- for a service named "dindo" which is completely fraud since i didn't request activation for any such service... Also some other service named ndtv goodtimes was activated without my concern... As per the customer care, the company provides no such services but the money deducted was on the name of idea.. I request that my complain should be processed as soon as possible... I want my money back since this was completely fraud...

                    Hi idea,
                    I have ported my vodafone sim to idea on 31st july 2017 and i bought a pack of 450 rs which includes unlimited outgoing calls, 100 sms/day, 1gb data/day for 84 days.
                    But till now my pack is not yet active. I am trying to call 59059 from past one week, but it's not getting connected. Please help.

                    I somehow feel that the vendors from where i bought the sim have cheated me and have not done any proper recharge and simply charged me 450.

                    Please let me know how this can be resolved.

                      I had a talk with customer care executive 3 times before changing my plan 499 to 999. He told me that pro-rata based amount will be charged in the bill (Plan 499) from 03.03.17 to 10.03.17 and for the remaining days pro-rata based will be charged in the bill (Plan 999) from 11.03.17 to 02.04.17 even then whole amount of 499 was added in the bill. Sms amount 40.00 was added extra too in this bill.
                      Moreover in the next month my incoming and outgoing service was stopped on 07.04.2017 and i was told by customer care executive that only 5 days amount bill be charged to you in the bill until and unless your service is activated. Even then 999 was charged in the bill.
                      Kindly sort out the issue.

                        Hi,

                        2-3 days back i have recharged my wife's no 9767567*3 with rs 404 offer which was supposed to be for 84 days. However we received a sms that only 1 gb was topped up and that too for 14 days. We tried to contact customer care on 12345 however everytime were promised that agents were busy and someone will get back to us shortly and then got disconnected even though we were paying for that call.

                        In ideal scenario we would have neglected this so called # service however in recent cellular competition we never expected such kind of service from idea considering we have quite a few options available.in my family we have all been using idea for ages now and instead of improvement in customer care its getting worse day by day. Either honor my original offer for rs 404 or your 5 customers are gone for sure along with much anticipated and true bad word of mouth. Cant take this # anymore surely not in this competitive market. Do as promised and get out of this market. Idea your days are counted its just matter of time.

                        I had send an Email to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com regarding an recharge issue for another number. with minutes i received a call from [protected] saying that he was calling from Idea and read out all the details i have provided. he started asking me bank details to provide refund on which i was suspicious as i had made payment by cash. anyway he insisted on which i provided bank details, he even asked me an OTP on which i refused and cut the call. He called me from other number [protected] and again asked for the details which i refused on which he started to abuse me in marathi.

                        I tried to report this to Idea customer care and they lived up their reputation by hanging up call as soon i was connected. I was lucky to get connected by 1.40pm next day. I explained my situation to the customer representative and he told me that mails are watched by fraudsters and i should post any information online. I told him that i have send an email to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and have not posted any thing on facebook or any other social media. however he was adamant. I felt stupid speaking to him when he asked me from which number i have send an email.
                        On this intellectual enlightenment i asked to speak with manager and finally i saw the GOD. As he said he was supervisor " just imagine a leader of stupids" he was repeating that no one from him team had called me and why they will call me and ask for bank details.

                        I told him brother look my issue is i send an email to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com all i want to know is how come fraudster came to know my mail ID, Name mobile number in concern, recharge type and mode of payment and finally the recharge date.
                        How every he was too intelligent to understand simple querry so i asked him to speak with an manager on which he told me that he was the final authority and if i want i can write to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, My personal information is not secure with idea and the guy over phone (fraudster) was really abusive.

                        No wonder why idea is a loss making venture. Buy the way intellegent supervisor is called Akash Lutke please salute him on my behalf. (a very rare breed)

                        I have also send mail to other idea mail id however they dont care to reply.

                        I went to idea service center located in jaysingpur for linking adhar card to my number but idea agent naming(Anjali) said to me :- Sir you have to wait for 2 min then i said ok. Then after 5 min she said i have urgent work to do come later. This is not the way to behave with your consumers. Please improve your service.

                              I have lodged the complaint against idea cellular for not listening to my problems, and not attending my calls through their customer care number. Plus when i lodged a complaint at their outlet they said a call regarding my problem will be made to me within 48 hrs it's been past that no call has come nor they are receiving my calls. It's second time i am here launching another complain.

                              No but I'm giving you the details of my complaints so you can get a feed. Here's my complaint no. ST[protected] and the communication id of your customer service executive Ganesh and his supervisor More Q[protected]. Do your homework and then call me.
                              It's been 4 days since the complain lodged, no calls came in nor they are receiving any of my calls. The customer care number says it's busy, it's been 3 days continuously trying to reach them.

                                I need to link aadhar number as a part of re-verification process. But the registered person is married and shifted to kolkata and i stay in mumbai. I can't update aadhar under her name.

                                I requested for port out from idea to another operator due to this chaos, but got a call from idea representative that i can update my aadhar card number as a part of re-verification process and the number will be updated under my name, but the idea store representative told me that it is not possible, if i do so, my number will be permanently discontinued.

                                Also i am forced to transfer it in postpaid plan if i want to transfer ownership which i don't want to.

                                Please help. I am not getting any concrete solution from anywhere. This is urgent.

                                We would inform that the person in who's name the number is registered has to visit the Idea Store for re verfication and aadhar card link as biomtric procedure is required for that.. Request you to visit the idea store for port out/change of ownership with documents.

                                  Bluelima service got activated on my idea phone number and i don't know how. A message saying that such service is activated and rs 35 has been deducted from my main balance was received by me. I haven't registered for such service and i don't know how it got activated. Please kindly look into the matter how automatically the service gets activated without the concern of the subscriber and refund my money back. I have immediately deactivated the service as it said it will continue deducting rs35 each week. Not sending a message prompting to activate a service or not is completely unethical as vulnerability increases to such unwanted services. And i know that i never wanted such service. So please do right by refunding my money back or else users will lose faith in! Dea.

                                  As checked the vas service is ativate from your number.So the said amount is deducted You may deactivate by sending STOP sms to 155223.also would inform that the same is activated after customer concern.

                                    Sir i'm recive so many calls from this number ([protected]) regarding my pending bill amount rupees 1800. They are using abusing language and now they are making calls to my relatives and use abusing language and which is very ambarsing for me. Kindly look at this matter and please provide me detail address of the agency so that i can complain on consumer court.

Maine cc ko call kiya to usnai bola 1 hr mai mil jayega dusre din call kiya to bola aaj mil jaayega aaj call kiya to bola koi req hi nhi li... Ye kya hai ab bol rahe hai nhi li ab ham kya kar sakte hai.. Plase take action now. Check my call record now...
                                      Waise to aur 1 month se koi kutta mc idea walo ko nhi khayega.. 1 bar jio aa jane do mai advt bhi karunga jio ki mera 3 crore logo ka fb groups hai... Aaur 10 din baki ha jio aane mai dekho idea ka namonisan nhi mitya to kutto.
