        Internet is not working!! I have some technical issues since last 4 days, and whenever i try to call idea customer services it end up with "all our customer care executives are busy" since 4 days. No one is even accepting or responding to call. My internet is not working -_-. If anyone from cafd reads this, plz call as mine call is totally ignored by idea

        Idea Internet Settings
        1. Tap Application icon.
        2. Tap Settings.
        3. Tap SIM card manager.
        4. Tap Data service network.
        5. Tap SIM (on which service is enabled).
        6. Press Back key.
        7. Tap More networks.
        8. Tap Mobile networks.
        9. Tap Mobile Data to make it enabled.
        10. Tap Data roaming.
        11. Tap OK.
        12. Tap Access Point names.
        13. Tap SIM (on which service is enabled).
        14. Tap Plus icon to add New APN.
        15. Tap Name.
        16. Enter Idea Internet and tap OK.
        17. Tap APN.
        18. Enter internet and tap OK.
        19. Ensure APN Protocol should be IPv4 or IPv4/IPv6 than Tap Options icon.
        20. Tap Save.
        21. Now account is created.

          My idea postpaid credit limit 1649 but now showing 2941 due to my number barred. I call to customer told him all bill paid already monthly but he said I don't knew why increases credit limit & he said pay credit limit. I said him provide me details of high usage credit limit & he cut the my call. All my outstanding amt showing 0.00. see photos.

            I have made a recharge via https://care.ideacellular.com, for Rs 49 - local calls at 30p/ min and Rs 47- STD calls at 25p /min.

            The charges are deducted as per plan for local calls, but I was charged more even more for STD calls post tariff cut voucher application.

            When checked with Customer Care executive she was very rigid and mentioned such plan for Rs 47 for STD call doesn't exist. The plan do exist on idea website and the validity shown was for 90 days. When I asked to check online on the site, she refused.

            PFA proof documents for the same containing the recharge message + idea website where it displays Rs 47 plan ( for STD) with 90 days validity + call details on 17th June made to Customer care.

            Why its still being displayed online to fool customers, and to waste their money. Idea cellular is pathetic along with the CC executives who try to close the complaint case by giving false reasons : as they tried to contact via phone but couldn't.( I received no call from CC ). Till now no action taken from Idea end even after providing several proofs.

            I was told a refund of Rs 47 is made but I did not receive any amount. Idea team also failed to explain on why such wrong information was displayed on the site.

              Issue: refund of 505 rupees

              On 31st july 2016 i recharged my mobile with 505, before recharging i contacted customer care to know the 505 plan at 11:15pm.
              The customer care executive informed me for 505 i will get unlimited calls and 1.25gb per day "3g/4g" data, i asked him to confirm whether it is 3g/4g or 2g/4g, then he confirmed it is "3g/4g".

              Believing the information given i have recharged with 505, but later i got to know that i was given a wrong information, i am getting only 2g data as my mobile is 3g.

              I called customer care on 1st aug and explained this issue, at 4pm 2nd aug 2016 i got a call from idea customer care and promised me 250 refund, to which i did not agreed, then he said he will call back with in 24hours, he did not call even after 30hours.

              I went to nearest idea customer care center and asked about the progress and got to know that my issue is not at all registered.

              Now again i registered my complaint on 2nd aug 2016 with complaint number[protected].

              From 2nd aug till date i am calling them every day and asking about my refund, but they are not giving the response, every day they are saying "it will be escalated and you will get your money", but i did not get anything.

              Yesterday 7/8/2016 at 3:00pm i called to customer care and call transferred to supervisor ashwini who promised me refund of 250 in 24hours and other 250 in next 24hours, but till now i did not get anything.

              They are just playing with the customer saying same thing from 8days.
              Please look into this issue.

                I had recharged 245 rs on 4july but it was unfit for national calls - next on 7th july, i had no option but to use rs. 199 as a recharge for additional minutes, but this as well failed to connect me to a desired std call.
                After 10 mins of suffering thro the irritating idea caller tune, the cust care number 198 executive, told me i needed a minimum call balance of rs. 10 to use 245, and this rs.10 would not be deducted - and if it was being reduced - i was to call back and complain. Accordingly, i recharged on the 8th july - no surprises, every call was charged to the rs.10 account. Whereas, i have no idea where my credit for rs. 199 and rs.245 was consumed by idea.
                Similarly, for another top up recharge of rs.20, data was consumed inspite of cellular setting - call center advises a call to 1925 to deactivate data seepage.
                There are no calls that i have been able to use when idea has pocketed these recharge amounts.
                (Sigh) tired of contacting cust care and raising complaints to educate idea to reduce the prepaid charge plan fine print and keep it simple and transparent

                  My idea mob no is [protected] which i had ported from reliance in the month on may 2017

                  I am forced to write this mail that my experience with idea has been very very bad so far for the las 2 months i have been charged for usage & vas charges. When i enquired with you cm care office in bangalore brigade road branch they said that the same was charged when i was in roaming as my data switched from 4g to 3g idea network.

                  Why should i be charged if your network coverage is not available & the networks switches for idea 4g to idea 3g is it my fault that there is no 4g coverage?? Why is the issue not rectified when i highlighted for the first time again in this month unbilled also the same is charged when i went to calicut kerala

                  This is completely un acceptable & not ethically correct of no fault of mine i have to call you cm care multiple times /spend time & money to visit your store.

                  Bill invoice date 15-may-2017 due date 15-jun-2017 –amount charged rs.523+takes

                  Bill invoice date 16-jun-2017 due date 01-jul[protected] + taxes

                      I ported from airtel postpaid to idea prepaid. I got a message welcome to idea, to activate call 59059 but when i try calling this number it's getting disconnected without any response.
                      I want this number to be activated as soon as popossible as i have this number as my primary one and cannot wait till a week or two.
                      Please help me to activate this.

                        Bluelima service got activated on my idea phone number [protected] and i don't know how. A message saying that such service is activated and rs 35 has been charged i haven't registered for such service and i don't know how it got activated. Please kindly look into the matter how automatically the service gets activated without the concern of the subscriber and refund my money back. I have immediately deactivated the service as it said it will continue deducting rs35 each week. Not sending a message prompting to activate a service or not is completely unethical as vulnerability increases to such unwanted services. And i know that i never wanted such service. So please do right by refunding my money back or else users will lose faith in idea.

                            I have 4g network recharge in a 4g mobile, but still i am not even getting the 2g speed. There are call drops at several places. People can't call me sometimes, even though my network show full network. I am unable to call someone else, sometimes. I am a doctor by profession, and i need 24 hour connectivity, as it is the matter of the urgency. It does not only hampers my business, but it can surely put someone's life in risk!

                              I am a idea user postpaid for the past 8 years recently i have submitted my finger print at idea gallery dombivili east adjust card and got a new 4g idea sim on 6th and 7 of aug i have been receiving sms from 51998 and rs 3 is deducted from my account for the reasons not know to me i have complained against it to your customer care but it repeated again kindly look into the matter and revert.

                                I have closed the sim card after paying bill + additional incorrectly billed money.
                                There was huge discrepancies in the bill. Firstly exceutive said it 399 plan but when activated it 499. I informed the customer care, they told its 499 but you will get offer which you need to pay 399. I agreed, and i told about the internet data, they told somebody made false promises i will take a complain. Then they activated one more plan without my confirmation and charged me more. When i informed customer care they told that before activating called me 3 times but i didn't answer. They are un-professional, doesn't want to listen only. I was fed up and asked them disconnect. I had to clear all bills, i did. Then i didn't get the security money.
                                Asked the store they told me after 3 months i will get a cheque.
                                I haven't received yet.

                                The validity of my sim expired suddenly on some day and now I'm not able to call anyone and neither can i get any messages or calls. I recharged few days ago in my idea sim before expiring and all my balance is stuck and i can't use it. I want to keep the same number

                                    I did not pay my idea bill for last 3 months. Instead of sending me any notice or any mail, idea people started calling all the numbers that were saved in the sim contacts. They contacted almost 10-15 people form my list which accounts for security breach. Not even a single notice regarding the bill was sent to me, instead they tried to threaten me by doing so. Later, when i called idea customer care, they did not even took it as a priority subject. These people have access to all the data in our mobile, contacts, confidential messages, any account or password detail ever shared using the sim card, but they are not allowed to use it for any purpose as per laws.

                                      I have 4o rs balance on 29 July 2017 and company cut rs 21 without my permission for Bollywood picture I have return my balance . Company disturb us with phone calls for other schem exampal ringtone call waiting ringtone pictures of bollywode star etc
                                      I have recharged with 348 and the benefit was 1gb per day or 28gb instead of giving this free data they just gave me only1gb data only for the validity of 1month and the customer care executive was so rude that he refused to take my complain

                                        Please find the attachment attached. I had received a promotional like sms in to my dnd registered mobile number. Idea claim that they are not responsible for the message i received because i had opted for it. But i never filled a form like attached. Also the name. Dob & signature is wrong over there. Some one has done it. I send many mails to the email id i mentioned in the form & they never responded back. I assume idea people has done this. I dont know about it correctly. However whenever i called idea or they called me they just want to close the issue somehow without getting any harm to them. Thus the reason i think they had created such a fake form. Kind request to take necessary action against those people who is misusing the number & sign without the knowledge of the person.
