Kindly look in to the complaint and restore my Internet connectivity immediately. You are requested not to charge for the number of days the Internet was down.on my mobile.       I'm a regular idea customer with no. [protected] today i noticed that an amount of Rs 45 is deducted from my idea account for games hub VAS services. When i called up to 198 I came to know that some more small amounts of Rs 9, 21, 26 & 45 has been deducted in different months for same service. Such type of services have never been used even once from my no. and when i asked for the refund of my latest deduction they replied that no any refund system is available for renewal of VAS. This issue is not only for Rs 45 but the wrong way of providing such services by promoting it on web. If a customer is not using the service the company should refund on the same day and the confirmation of such type of deductions should be on call after explaining the service benefits to the customer.

          Dear Team, My mobile number is [protected]. My 3rd bill got generated on 22-feb in which i have been charged Rs.-850/- for internet usage. I called up at 12345 and informed that have not used so much of internet and asked to waive off the amount charged extra. But they were not ready. Then the call was transferred to some senior person and he offered me one deal. The deal was i have to take Rs. 154 internet pack(1GB) for 3 months compulsorily. when i denied as i do not use so much of internet then he said it is not possible to waive off the amount charged extra. Request you to look into it immediately as i have to pay my bill . if the amount is not waived off i will not be in the condition to pay the bill and i have to look for some other option.                   hi there, this is vrajesh raval. employee of central goverment organization My num is [protected] (postpaid) i have portabeled my num, airtell prepaid to idea postpaid with ur mnp plans from MY IDEA store- Astodia branch, ahmedabad. I had apply for Rs 299 mnp plan but some how ur service provider activated Rs 399 mnp plan on my num. After knowing this by calling at ur activation confirmation num, i had visited to ur Astodia branch servie provider, he told me to visit main branch at Navarangpura, after visiting ur Navarangpura main branch i still not get setisfied answer. so i mailing u my humble request to provide me 299 mnp plan instade of 399 mnp plan, after all this is all ur service provider fault, so please take some good steps. i hope u'll understsnd my problem & solve this as soon as possible. hope my first experience with IDEA shoul good. thank u.

                  hii there, my problem as i mensioned in my mail dated 25th of feb, after 2 months it is still as it is.my plan has not been changed yet. i
                  appreciate ur assistance & steps taken by ur customer care
                  executives but getting no any result after 2 months it's worthless for
                  me.i mailed u my problem (id: C1-[protected]) & i got
                  confirmation call from mumbai customer care that my plan will be changed
                  soon as i got call from ahmedabad customer care.i got call from
                  there by Mr. Momin, after acknowledged the problem he assured the plan
                  will be changed soon, after not getting any assistance in some days i
                  called customer care & talked with Mr. Manish, he told me to mail my
                  complaint id (C1-[protected]) after subjected my num ([protected]), it
                  will be done.so i followed the steps & mail the information, but
                  in between 15 to 20 days i did not get any revert, so i called again,
                  this time i found that my complaint id is closed but my problem is not
                  be solved then a lady ( customer care executive) told me, mail must be
                  sent through the mail id which is registered at idea customer care then
                  problem will be solved in 48 hours, so i registered my email id then
                  mailed again my complaint id at 2nd aprill.this time i got reply that the required steps will be taken in 48 hours.after some time i got reply that my complain id has been closed but problem still not solved yet.After talking with customer care executive, she told me to wait because it will take time but did not mention how much.so i mail u to acknowledge me, why my complaint id got closed still it has not been solved & how much time it will take? So pls reply as soon as possible so that i can decide WHAT STEPS I SHOULD TAKE FURTHER

                      Myself Ruby Alvares I reside in indore. My address is 13 EWS Ahilyapuri colony, Residency Area Indore. My issue is I am using one postpaid no. Of idea [protected] from past 7mnths. In month of December I received a bill of 8000/- which was somewhere wrong I requested them to recheck it otherwise I will not pay the bill. They gave me some waivers in month of January as I was in Delhi I told them I will pay once I will reach Indore. I received there calls and I requested them To give me time But on 25th feb' 2015 they discarded services of my alternate no. [protected] That too is of idea.. I mean it's such a pathetic thing how can they discontinue my services of other no. Without any information.. Is there any claws if a customer had not paid Bill of some different no.                       Where you will contact me ? I mean my alternate no. Has been disconnected by you guys.. Now I just want you show me in written that you guys are having a clause that if customer has not cleared a bill you can discard that customer alternate no. And now m not goin to clear the bill of 3900/- against [protected] that's for sure and discontinue the service of idea.. Now you take whatever action you want to take. Because of this non professional act I had suffered a lot.. As I already told your executive khushi yesterday [protected]. That I will positively clear the bill tomorrow but last evening u barred my no. So sorry now will not clear the bill for sure

                        Sir, I am living in satara city ( maharatra ). 7 days days ago I was purchased new idea 3G netsetter from idea agency ( powai naka, satara ) and their is another name for this agency that name is Priya cellular . After purchasing that netsetter I use on my computer I see that it not giving me sufficient speed and that speed is about 500 kbps that time I called them and told them about problem they said that come next day. I was go there and they said i am checking problem and it will work properly I said ok sir. Next day again I got same problem. Again I complaint for that but they didn't response for that and today they said sry sir that speed is right and that speed is 500 kbps i don't things so I was pay money for 500 kbps I think I should buy some local brand netsetter like D-link if I want speed like that. I also complaint for staff service to agency manager but he also like them he also didn't reply me. In that 7 days they all just made me fool their is no service for customer and no satisfaction. so sir I am requesting you take some action about that agency and idea company. I just want my money back now I am just angry on that system.I hope sir you dnt let me down.

                            Hi, Please se below response from Idea customer care on 16-Dec-2014. I have raised below request to de-activate my Idea 2G mobile data Internet plan and got the confirmation as well that it has been de-activated on 16-Dec-2014 but still from last 2 months I have been charged rs180 per month for same data pack. Instead of de-activating my data pack, Idea is now charging me almost double the amount of my pack which was rs 98 before. I also sent an email below to Idea customer care to look into this issue but its been now 9 days that I have not got any response from them. When my wife called to customer care today to discuss about this issue, they clearly mentioned that we have not sent any confirmation email for de-activation of my data pack and no refund will be done. I need response in next 24 hrs or I will escalate this matter more..                               Dear Sir, in my mobile account balance deducted at 3.10pm today[protected] for internet usage(got alert ) after that i checked my internet balance at 3.11pm it showing 3.80mb available .i need my money back this type of nonsense happened on Idea network only please check attached images and you will come to know about idea network froud, before balance deduction i have around Rs.29.

                                sir, an amount of rs. 21 has been deducted from my number [protected]. and text stating that juice up is activated on my request. I don't understand why the cash is being deducted for something that I do not want. and there is no response to my problems from the part of customer service. i hope i get the things fixed asap. sincerely, Rizwin

                                    Yesterday, I got a massage form Idea customer care that get a free Internet for today offer 1.5 GB, sms on *150*253# after dialing this Number our balanced has been deducted 250Rs. I could not understand why we got such type of fake Massage. Due to this, I lost 250 amounts. And previous data package witch I had been done 19th Feb 2015 form Paytm wallet has been canceled, Presently I have only 1.5 GB data. I already discussed to customer care but he did not able to solve the issue . My only one suggestion to idea services that please don’t send such type of massage to customer. My request is please return My deduction amount in my balanced otherwise add the previous data with current data so total data will 1+1.5 = 2.5 Gb for 1 month Please take the above note and clarify the issue.                                       i had changed my plan from 525/- to 499 plan on 27 Dec 2014, they did not informed me about three months advance rental, now i had recived a msg on 20 Jan 2015 tha t u have to pay 2464/- bill, so many time i had called customer care and informed then about wrong bill first they also aspect and they said they will change the billing but still now they have not charged the bill at last i paid @1500/- as advance payment still my 964/- is been wrongle charges, now if iam call the call centre they are not responding properly, this is the verst services i had never face in my life, because iam using my idea number from past 15 years, now they had disconnected my out going also. From 19 /02/2015 every day i am calling ldea custmor care and giving complaint, not responding, iam losing all my important call and business.
