I have been registered my request of replacement of damage sim 7 months ago... I had provided them all the formalities but still i had not received my sim... I had visited their customer care office atleast 100times... They r not giving me replacement of that number because they will sell that number at higher price about 3000 or 4000... I request please provide me replacement of number as soon as possible...

    I got message from idea saying that they have received a request to activate bluelima service. Where as i haven't requested for any. Suddenly after few seconds i got another message saying service has been activated and i have been charged for 35 rs for a week. And it will be recharged by 35 rs every week. This totally looting. Idea is fraud. Trai should take an action against such cheap service providers.
    Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have near about 3200 mb 3g data expired on 17-aug-17. But after recharge 3g plan on same date I have lost my balance 3g data. Please check my 3g data balance history and do the needful.

      India is democracy country.

      I have paid bill on 18/08/17 with extra amount, with wrong charges, bcz any how i have to port in reliance jio. [protected]

      Customer care not an answering, false commitment.

      From retention department, they promised me u will be waived from wrong charges.

      Today i got an sms from reliance jio stating that idea has rejected due to outstanding bills.

      I have recording/messages.

      This is the 2nd time, idea rejected.

      I want quick action against idea cellular company.

        In my plan i have been informed i will be provide 4 g speed data and when i check the speed on speed test site, it is showing the speed up to 15 mbps. But when i try to listen mp 3 song or try to watch video on youtube or even surf something on net, it takes too much time like 40-50kbps.
        The same sites when i open on same location and on the same cell or laptop it open very fast using other networks like reliance jio and vodafone even their speed is showing too less on the same location (Ex - up to 3-4 mbps).
        Idea is cheating with its customers.

          My billing plan was changed from 199 to 349 by idea customer care executive on 17th of aug 2017. I had been informed that i would be provided 1 gb data per day and except it 5 gb cumulative data per month (Can be used after finishing 1gb per cap) but per day data i. E. 1gb per month is not being provided to me. My idea apps also showing that data which is being used is deducting from 5 gb not from 1gb per day. Today i am continuously using youtube and gaana app through net but data is used from 5 gb not from 1 gb per day. Misleading info is being provided by idea customer care executive and they are unable to explain the reality as i had a talk with the executive today on call.

          2 screenshot for the same day is attached too showing 1 GB per day data is not being provided to its customers.
          Either server of idea is corrupted or customer care executive are telling lie before it's customers.

            I have idea postpaid delhi ncr number. I have made lot of complaint regarding coverage issue and call drop issue since july but it has not been resolved till now. Most of the time call cuts down automatically due to poor coverage service provided by idea. I have requested to deduct the all call drop charges from my last billing amount but customer care executive says that we can't do anything regarding this. Pls sort out the issue and get my unfair amount deducted from billing charges.

            I got a call from number[protected] saying that call drop issue is resolved by idea technical team. But still the issue is same. Worst ever teleservice is being provided by idea. It's network does not remain stable. It becomes GPRS to E then E to LTE. Idea is still living in ages of 2G.
            Kindly provide the solution otherwise just stop your service in india and go to Pakistan with your GPRS.

              I have made a request for porting [cid64872] my idea postpaid number to airtel on 17.08.2017. After three days, today[protected] i have got a message from airtel "ref id: 36467329, status: rejected as authorization letter not valid/opened, against your sms". When i call to airtel company, it's saying idea company is not porting your number, idea company is saying that your number is restricted to port into airtel. I have also contacted to the nearest airtel outlets but, they are saying that you should contact to idea outlets. And idea outlets are saying that now its airtel's responsibility to port your number. After that i have called to idea customer care and they are saying that it's responsibility for airtel company to port your number into airtel. But airtel is saying that idea company has restricted your number. Then, call to idea customer care. Idea company are not explaining any reason for cancellation and customer care don't talk properly, they cut my phone again and again. Also i did not recieve any message from idea that your port request has been rejected. I have done this complete process three times, but every time they don't port my mobile number and they don't tell me the proper reason for rejection. I have cleared all my outstanding bills. Also i have made advance payment for this. So what is the reason for rejecting my port request. Please let me know the reason for rejection.

              I have done this process 3 times last one month but every time your company rejected my porting request and my last unique porting code is CID64872 on dated 17.08.2017 which is valid till the 01.09.2017 for this mobile no. [protected]. please contact me on mobile no. [protected] otherwise i am going to complaint in cosumer court and every site related to its. please solve my problems. I had 7 mobile no. of idea 3 number is already port but why is not porting rest 4 number all the times i get msz : Rejected as authorization letter not valid/opened. why i am geting this massege. please solve my problems as soon at earliest.

                Today i got an message of processing of skillderby gaming service even without activating it. How can you people activate any service. Because of you, we face many problems. We are not free to settle these issues. Is that the way to give services to your customers. Deducting amount even without activating any services. Please value your customers specially those who are with you for a long period.

                  I have tried to connect with idea team many times but always got false promises for dispatching of cheque. I wrote many mails to idea applet authority but they also seen ignorant as that of idea customer care team.
                  Not since last 6 months i am doing follow for my deposit amount and no positive response received so far. My last communication to idea is on 16 aug 2017.in that auto acknowledge mail they said that i will get response within 48 hours. Such responses i received may times (30+ times) but is of no use. No one responded back positively. Sometime i seen text message that someone contacted me for the query resolution. That text was also false as on that specific day i have not received single call from idea. Overall pathetic team efforts by #idea team. Same with their nodal team. Now waiting for my amount to be get credited.

                    Idea cellular — blue lima service activated without my request on my cell. Mobile number:[protected]

                    I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 15 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. I think if the company charges rs 5 from all the customer base they get at least rs 50 million in a single strike. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of frodulant activity. Not only that i want refund of this.

                      After recharging rs. 505 for idea prepaid number on 7th august 2017.

                      I received a msg from iz-ideacare saying recharge was successful and all.
                      Next msg received from ideainfo saying
                      "congratulations! Full recharge benefits of rs. 505 has been credited."
                      And until now no benefits has been credited. Call charges has been debiting from my main balance.

                      It's really frustrating since there is no way to contact any one directly on call to customer care. Whether i call via 198 or 12345, unable to reach customer care as the call ends on recorded voices only. It's a dead end and only way is to go to idea centres. I mean really.in this digital world now i have go and visit personally.

                      Am porting number to airtel. But still am having loss of rs. 505 which is of course a big amount.
                      I wanted refund of the loss. It's been 14 days.

                          Today, i've got an sms from idea saying that i'm charged rs. 25 for activating skillderby gaming service.
                          I contacted customer care team and they said that i activated the game through wap content at 12.45pm on 21.8.17.

                          At 12.45pm, my phone was idle and i wasn't using any wap content. I don't even use any wap content at all.

                          This is really frustrating and disgraceful.

                          Please refund my balance.

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that there is a lot of mis-sales and lack of communication going on at ground level team of idea thereby spoiling the entire reputation in the market.

                            I had very good service and network provided by vodafone earlier and then to my bad luck that i got attracted to the little lower cost package provided by idea.

                            I am highly dissatisfied by getting my sim ported to idea

                            There is so much network issue, unable to contact anyone at most of the locations
                            My prime locations being my home at kalyan pin code (421301) and office at lower parel mumbai (400013).

                            I visited the idea store at kalyan and requested to port but there was no communication by your store manager or any worker that there is no 4g network available in kalyan. Idea is still backdated and doesn't have their internet services in a much renowned junction like kalyan

                            More dissatisfactory response from your customer service team was that there is no 4g even in lower parel - a place where most of the mumbaites work being a complete official zone and where people need immediate and excellent services but idea is still working on setting up their towers yet.

                            How disgusting it is to hear this from your team

                            Idea advertisements speak about the reachability in all locations but in mumbai itself it haven't yet been capable of serving all locations. Internet being so important in todays fast moving life, idea is still so backward.

                            Moreover the idea store managers do not have the courtesy and knowledge to put up the facts to the customers before selling their product. The kalyan store manager selling in kalyan didn't inform that there is no 4g network in kalyan then why the hell the store is even there in kalyan to sell an incapable product

                            In short, buying idea product is complete waste for me. I reside at kalyan and work at lower parel spending maximum time and there are no services provided in these locations as expected.

                            Now if i want to again port to other service provider i have to wait till 3 months. Why should i bear such nonsense service for 3 months.

                            I want to cancel this port request and go back to my earlier service provider as soon as possible

                            If this is not done from your end, i will be forced to put up all this mis-sales on social media as well.

                                On my idea number i. E [protected] i recived a message saying that you have been charged rs. 35 for bluelima service. Infact i don't even know what this service actually is. Idea begger company charged this money when i didn't even subscribe for it. Though i immediately deactivated from that service other wise i was going to get charged rs. 35 every week.

Because now its too much its going to angry me for ur bad service.                                     I recahrged for 404 rupess on my idea phone. My brother got 84 days offer with this but i just got 14 days free call offer. When i contacted customer service they told that the whole mistake is in my side and their side is perfect and they disconnected while i was talking. I need atleast half of my money back.

                                      I got an sms from idea saying that i got a 10 gb jackpot offer for 3 months free of charge.
                                      As i started using the gprs i was getting smses informing me that i have used "x" mb out of the 10 gb and balance is (10 gb - x).

                                      However in reality i was charged for extra usage over my 300 mb plan.
                                      When enquired with idea customer care, they informed that i should have dialed 1925 and press the digit "2" to stop my current plan and then the 10 gb would have been activated. I did this immediately.. However this was not registered in system as i did not hold on the phone till confirmation.
                                      As a result all three months i paid for extra usage and never got anything free.
                                      Please people beware of this false free messages from idea.. They are totally misleading. I have stopped using mobile data.. I really cant afford such plan. I am totally unhappy with idea now.
                                      Will try and look for a better service provider.

                                        I have been using idea cellular since last 4 months and i am happy with the services of idea cellular but today rupees 35 have been deducted from my account and i received a message telling that i have activated blue limo service.
                                        I have not subscribed for any such services and don't want them in future too. Blue lima service activated without my request on my cell.

                                        Kindly refund me by deducted money rs. 35 plus otherwise either i have to go to consumer forum or have to choose mobile number portability service.
