Just a few moments ago got a message saying that bluelima services have been activated and that 35/- has been credited from my account balance. I have activated no such thing and do not even what this service is about. I just sent the sms to unsubscribe. But it is very shocking that such a thing has happened and that too from a renowned operator like idea cellular. I demand an immediate refund of my money and also suggest that steps be taken to avoid such events in future.

I used an idea number [protected] for which the use of services was stopped in may 2017. But idea kept on adding the bill for subsequent months.
After complaining and talking to several executives no solution was given. Even the executives did not give a reference number to track the complaint.
Today i received a call from an idea executive with a threat that if i don't pay the bill, there will be legal action. I'm only going to pay the fair bill for services used.
I condemn the poor customer service and complaint resolution system of idea.
On top of that there is a recovery team which has no no link to complaint resolution.

I got a text message saying a vas named "bluelima" is activated on my number.
From same text chain i found that similar vas named "glamour world" was already active and charged to my number which i was never aware of.
I am sure enough that i never requested for any vas nor did i have shared my number anywhere over internet which can enable vas to my number.

Rs. 150 was already charged in my bill during july month bill cycle and don't want this to happen in my current bill also.

I was in plan 499 it was happy go plan like daily 1gb data/day and 2000sms/month. Suddenly they started sending sms daily more than trice saying opt in to 349 base plan. Finally i irritated and called customer care they told that it is same as 499 plan. Idea customer care back end team update plan change to 349. Now they charged me 2142 in this month! Its 5 times higer than base plan. Intrestingly i came to know now that they have charged 950rs for sms. And 500+ for extra data usage infact i could able to browse byte of data if i cross 1gb per day. It is like doing fraud business, if they charging for sms they should explain the plan to customer. But after generating bill they are informing customer, and its feel like unethical. Could you please take some leagal action on these type of fraud telecommunication company. Firstly plan promotion sms should not be send to customers, on what basis they are irritating with their promotional sms? Missleading and bluffing the customers and unethically earnig tons of money. I have been the one of the customer like this i belive many of have been opted to this new 349 plan. Its kind of professional ethical robbing! Could you please do some strong regulations on these type of fraudalent companies.

I have a plan on 404 idea 4g but i cant get speed atleast 2g and there is no connectivity in morbi district of gujarat and i am fully dissatisfy with connection and network i want to refund my plan amount i have talk many time with customer care they didnt response at all. pls give me my refund

As mentioned subject myself pradeep popatlal karnavat i am not using the said nos. From last 02 months. This nos. Is not working and i already given the application for disconnect the said nos. But the executive was not responding me.
This no. Is not working but bill is continuously coming. So, i request you to please disconnect the said nos. And don’t make bill in future.

Refer to subject sited above state that idea cellular bill for 21 june to 21 july but port requred vodafone at 26 june at transfers vodafone cellular. Idea cellular say u will pay near 600 for 5 day to operate idea operator. How can i bill pay for 5 day rs.600. I say many to idea cellular to pay bill only 5 day and i will within one day to pay bill.

I put on my cell just now and i got a message saying blue bima is activated. I called up customer care and they said i just activated 15mins back... Such frauds and what techniques to loot customers if my monry isnt refunded i m porting out of idea as i dont have momey to feed these frauds. Awaiting a call from idea or balance refund. I unsubscribed as i dont want my money going every week

I have paid my idea postpaid bill on 16th august 2017 via "phonepe" android app. But idea portal do not acknowledge the same. The bill is still due, even after 8 days of payment.

Phonepe customer care has provided me the transaction id and provider ref id (Generated by idea on successful transaction), but idea executives continue to deny the same repeatedly. I even approached appellate authority of idea maharashtra, but no response yet.

Had 2 idea postpaid sim cards in my name.
While my transfer to mumbai on 22 may 2017 as i reached in mumbai the network of idea is not coming to my mobile.
When i rcvd call from idea person regarding bill payment i stated the issue to him but he is not bothered about my problem and just asking for bill payment only many times.
I sent the complaints through my e mail id to idea customer care twice or thrice stating the same.
While visit to ratlam on 12 aug 2017 i visited to idea office ratlam and stated the issue and asked for solution and i also told her to pay my dues till 22 may 2017 but the lady sitting on service desk rajshree refused to receive the payment. But she forward my complaint to somewhere else.
I mailed the same to the customer care while sitting in idea office on 12 aug 2017.
Today i. E. On 25aug 2017 i rcvd a call from [protected] mentioning name as rajesh yadav sub inspector delhi police and informed me that an f. I. R. Has been lodged by some one in my name and told to contact mr. S. K. Malik advocate to better understand the issue.
I called to mr malik (So called idea advocate) on [protected] no. As provided by so called inspector.
He started to bargain the bill amounts and told to pay such n such amount.
I asked him to please mail the same on my registered e mail id but he refused.
And he continues to build pressure on me for paying the bill.
I don't know whether any f. I. R. Lodged or not but i m bot responsible for the issue and i had a loss of rs. 25000/- because of the network issue.
And i m mentally harassed by the idea people.
I want 25000/- for losses due to network issue by the idea and claiming 25000/- as mental harassment made by the idea through calls.

Please inquire the issue and make justice to the customer.

Today again 35 rupees deducted from my prepaid balance just activating movie masti on my number without my permission. It is now getting worst stealing money in the name of subscription without permission. I am fed up of losing money on idea value added services without my permission.in this i lost 35 rupees three times that 105 rupees just in the name of skillderby an today movie masti service activation. I think there is no one to take action against idea vas service without customer permission. They continue to steal money from customers and no other is stopping them

Hi i m yogesh last 4 years i m using idea network last month i changed my plan 499 to new 349 through idea customer support team voice calling that time idea support executive committed me no chage is applicable last plan 499 but actual i have received bill 349+499 monthly charges both charges are included it's totally fraud and hidden charges after that i have calling idea and given complaint till date no any response through idea and no any call is received idea team

I am using idea cellular network, yesterday they stopped my services, at the same time i have some emergency and there is communication for me because idea is stopped my network signals, i paid all my dues.

Now idea saying new story, taht is i have some dues with my old network operator airtel i have cleared for that also long back it self,

Yesterday i visited to idea outlet as well and submitted all the proofs for bill related, still there is no help from there. And i droped mails also there customer care mail id

I requested them to activate at least 1 day, we will talk later in the issue because there were some emergency i need some communication. But no help

Guys please don't use this idea network and don't encourage this kind of networks

I have taken this new number before few days. But I got to know that this number was used by someone else. I am getting calls for that person. I request idea to disconnect these numbers which were used by someone else.
I am getting irritated by wrong calls. I want idea to change this number and give me new number which is unused. I request idea to send me the amount paid at the time of registration and disconnect this number. Hope to get a reply at earliest.

I was having number [protected] it was suspended.in spite of regular request it was not given me back and put to service. I want this number again. Many my contacts are linked to it. Many times i approached gallery for this but there was no output from their side. Regular chase was done by me but it was given to someone else and again it is suspended. I want this number for my use in service at the earliest as possible.

Hi team, in manipur idea people are charging rs. 50 per link for whole manipur not for single retailer, i think this illegal activities might process from idea head office manipur. And they offer other sim card link also by charging rs, 50. They are collecting in cores. I am planning to complaint at police station i have video tape as evidence before that please contact them to stop this illegal activities.

I am an idea customer and my number [protected] and today (Date[protected], time: 8:32 pm) i got a message from idea vas that some irrelevant service was activated and rs. 5 was deducted from my account. Yesterday (Date:[protected], time 10.33 pm) also i got the same message and the deduction amount was rs. 25. Since yesterday i was busy i caanot contatc the customer care, but today, when i contacted the customer care they said that they are not responsible and some third party website is causing this.

I want to know the details of which site causes this thing and also without the concern of idea how my balance is deducted.

When i searched the web, this issue has been reported by so many idea customers and this is a cheap act by idea for deducting the balance. Shame on idea.
