I have a plan on 404 idea 4g but i cant get speed atleast 2g and there is no connectivity in morbi district of gujarat and i am fully dissatisfy with connection and network i want to refund my plan amount i have talk many time with customer care they didnt response at all. pls give me my refund...

As mentioned subject myself pradeep popatlal karnavat i am not using the said nos. From last 02 months. This nos. Is not working and i already given the application for disconnect the said nos. But the executive was not responding me.
This no. Is not working but bill is continuously coming. So, i request you to please disconnect the said nos. And don’t make bill in future....

I got a message on date[protected] that recharge with 94 rs. And get 1gb 3g data for 28 days. But i got only 376 mb data for 4 days...

Refer to subject sited above state that idea cellular bill for 21 june to 21 july but port requred vodafone at 26 june at transfers vodafone cellular. Idea cellular say u will pay near 600 for 5 day to operate idea operator. How can i bill pay for 5 day rs.600. I say many to idea cellular to pay bill only 5 day and i will within one day to pay bill....

I put on my cell just now and i got a message saying blue bima is activated. I called up customer care and they said i just activated 15mins back... Such frauds and what techniques to loot customers if my monry isnt refunded i m porting out of idea as i dont have momey to feed these frauds. Awaiting a call from idea or balance refund. I unsubscribed as i dont want my money going every week...

I have paid my idea postpaid bill on 16th august 2017 via "phonepe" android app. But idea portal do not acknowledge the same. The bill is still due, even after 8 days of payment.

While my transfer to mumbai on 22 may 2017 as i reached in mumbai the network of idea is not coming to my mobile.
When i rcvd call from idea person regarding bill payment i stated the issue to him but he is not bothered about my problem and just asking for bill payment only many times.

Today again 35 rupees deducted from my prepaid balance just activating movie masti on my number without my permission. It is now getting worst stealing money in the name of subscription without permission. I am using idea cellular network, yesterday they stopped my services, at the same time i have some emergency and there is communication for me because idea is stopped my network signals, i paid all my dues.

Hi team, in manipur idea people are charging rs. 50 per link for whole manipur not for single retailer, i think this illegal activities might process from idea head office manipur. And they offer other sim card link also by charging rs, 50. They are collecting in cores. I have port my sim card from my airtel to idea. I have cleared my all the payment to previous compnay i. E artel. Idea dealer told me to pay 100 rs extra for the successful port and also i did to port my sim card. After clearing my all the payments, i got the successful port to the idea and also i used my idea sim card for couple of months and also paid my bill the them regularly.. Suddenly my outgoing was stopped by them...

Idea has charged me rs 2995 for using 750 mb of data, i have calling there customer care executive and many of them accepted that it was there mistake but no action has taken yet, they are not ready for duplicate corrected bill despite of many requests i have also been to there idea store and there executive also accepted the fact that mistake is there's and they took my alternate number saying they will contact me but still i am waiting...

I have not sent any request of activation of bluelima (I dont know what is this bluelima). But still this bluelima service was activated without my concern.
This seems to be a happening with many customers making a loss of customers.
So i expect my money as well as money of other consumer who have suffered loss due to this must be returned.
This problem of bluelima should be sorted out....

I have ported my mobile [protected] to idea four months back as i have joined centre govt job in mp. I am a permanent resident of haryana. I have submitted my adhar no and local reference id during portability.

Now as i am getting sms for re verification, i went to idea center but they refused to re verify my number because my residence address in adhaar is of haryana and i am using it in other state...
