Subject :- blue lima service is activated on my cell without my reqest

Complaint :- i have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 35 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. I think if the company charges rs 35 from all the customer base they get at least rs 50 million in a single strike. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of frodulant activity. Not only that i want refund of this.

    Today, 28th august i received a message that "bluelima" service has been activated on my account with charges of rs. 35/week for a period of one week.
    Furthermore, in order to deactivate it, i have to send a sms explicitly!
    First of all, i have not requested for activating any service. And yet i have to inform to deactivate the same!!
    I have no idea what this service is.
    Please remove this service and refund my money.

    My balance is deducted of RS 15 for bluelima service without my permission. I don't know about bluelima. What is it. Idea is taking money from customer without a customer permission. This is not a good for the future of idea company after to customer care they are not saying about this service. They say to search it on internet. What is it.

      Dear sir,
      I have done special recharge of rs 195 from paytm website on mobile no. [protected] belonging to cellular services of idea cellular services. The site is showing the validity of 28 days for unlimited idea to idea calling and 1 gb data per day, while after recharge i came to know by text message that the validity of internet pack is only 5 days.

      I am requesting hereby to reverse my recharge amount and cancel the recharge as it was a mis selling of the recharge offers by the company being full details of recharge not displayed on site.

      I have recharged my no.and dose not get the full benifit of recharge . I received message from idea offering me recharge of 404 and get unlimited local+std calling and 1gb/day . And they give me only 1gb net for 14 days and calling .
      My idea internet speed is very slow .I have 3g &4g pack of rs404 pls give me some suggestions to improve my idea internet speed

        Dear Team,
        I changed my plan from Rs 499 to Rs 349 and plan successfully changed on same day within two hours (billing cycle 1 Aug 17) and it also started showing unbilled amount approx Rs 12400 exceeding limit of Rs 2499.
        I immediately complaint to idea store and they told me this happen due to pro rata bases and i have to wait for next billing cycle to rectify.
        Since than my number is barred with reason exceeding limit usage.
        Kindly note exceeding limit is error done by idea cellular and between this technical glitch i have been suffering for a month.
        I have paid my legitimate charges of this billing cycle instead of this pro rata charges and VAS charges.
        I have written several mail to company but no proper solution has came up.
        Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

              I am using idea network from last 5 months but it looks like i made a biggest mistake of my life by porting my number to idea. As they say that they cover whole india with good network but my experience is totally opposite. I am from ulhasnagar and i work in pune. I made a recharge of 505 in which i was suppose to get unlimited calls and 1.25gb data daily. But from the day i made recharge, i am unable to use even upto 200 mb of my interner pack data. I am facing this problem in most of the areas my home, my office you can check same in idea portal that hiw my internet works. I am using 4g sim & 4g handset but speed i am getting is worst than 2g. I am sharing this information from my brothers hotspot as my net is not at all working, it keeps on fluctuating network every time. I am totally fed up with idea services. I want my money back which i spent on my rechatge of 505. Idea is just making money by making false commitments to their customers. If you are unable to deliver the services than give me my money back

                Idea cellular had activated bluelima service without my request and Rs35 had been deducted from my main balance. I have cancelled the service but the amount has not been added. I am out of the state and I m unable to contact customer service. Please Solve the problem at the earliest.

I have used this sim card in kingdom of saudi arabia for long time with a very good network but when i reached here in doha qatar with the very same sim card, now it is not working here at all, it is showing no network here.                       From last 7 days i am facing an network problem for idea in my area your tower is not providing even 2 g network.in my area idea 3g has launched but last last 5 - 6 days no 2g network is available the tower is fully dead & from last 2 days when electricity is break down then idea tower is fully dead idea tower didn't have backup then pls tell us clearly to left idea service i have 3 postpaid connections for idea if you didn't care custmers then why we are staying in idea. If we didn't pay bill on time then you hold my services so pls tell me now what can i do. Can i go to consumer forum...? Can i do complaint to tri...?
                      As compare to other network idea network is very poor in my area so pls tell me that when can we get the proper network in my area. Kindly revert me how much time you will get to resolve issue.
                      If network issue is not resolved within 4 hours then i directly do complaint to tri & online consumer forum. Because we are facing this issue from last 5 days.
                      I already mail this complaint on [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com but there is no responce from idea so i request you to pls resolve network problem unless i need to go to consumer court for this

                        Idea kerala giving unlimited calls+ daily 1 gb data offer in different price existing customers. While i am calling to customer care for rs. 397 offer for 84 days (Unlimited calls +daily 1 gb data) on my idea number [protected] before 2 weeks, executive committed me currently offer not eligible my number and same offer will add on my number within 3 days, after 3 days again i'm contact customer care another executive said wait 48 hours we have shared the feedback to relevant team, after 1 week the same reply, from customer care. Finally i'm send a e mail to idea kerala appellate authority (Appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com), now they are telling we are unable provide the offer, past 8 years i'm using idea connection existing customers they are giving huge amount offers and different denomination, due to the wrong commitment from customer care my 2 weeks are lost and i'm recharged rs. 49 pack trice (200mb*3) this last weeks and waiting for rs. 397 offer. Total rs. 147 also waste. If i'm recharge rs. 397 that money also lost. Now i'm really disappointed. Kindly cross check the issue and assist for rs. 397 offer on my number.

                            I am using 4G handset Iphone 5. Then also I am getting 3G network any where in Nasik city on my sim which is very slow.I did complaint 2-3 times but no result.                               Idea prepaid number is not activated, i port from tata docomo prepaid to idea prepaid. I tried multiple times to 59059 but its not connecting getting response "you can not call this number" via ivr.

                              Idea prepaid port number from docomo not activated.
                              Not able to call 59059.

                                  I just port from airtel to idea i call 50 timed customer care no one is help me 458 rs recharge fst frc 84 days going vain due to poor network 3g speed is like 2g u can not open google page customer care guys are poor solution so many complain i mark but all are sleeping kindly refund my money you are very dead service provider i am using apple iphone 6 signal bar is every time fluctuations 2 signal only 3g is not working

                                    My number got reachage twice on the same day and money got deducted 2 times 1st i did recharge with paytm but due to server issue it was on processing later and i did reachage from mobikwik it got process successfully later i got msg from paytm that reachage is successful since i have paid twice i need validity for 56 days for my plan my number [protected]

                                      I have called day before generating the bill date... Executive has told me not to get it ported rather get low package from them, later after two days msg came into my inbox that 480 rs is your unbilled amount, i am astronished to see how come internet bill been 480 by using only whatts app, while whole month expenses is 499.
                                      Till the time you are using it's ok, i[censored] will switch over to low plan, then they charge you as per their wish.

                                      Very bad experience, I want to complain regarding extra charges of DATA in my Bill Mob:[protected], Idea gives me 10GB free 4G DATA to use when I use the same in 4G handset LG G4 stylus then my unbilled amount is increase. Very bad and now customercare says It was using by u in 2G network and you will have to paid.

                                        Sir i am shakeel from agra i recived call from a lady stating sheis speaking from sbi credit cards and as i had 5000 reward points on my card she said it will be redimed and i shall get 5000 extra on my card she had all my details card no cvv after verification she told me to call out verification code for same recived on my mobile and after that 3 ternsations occurred costing me 15000 i have given a complaint in my local police station and on sbi cards and on ur customer care no also suitable action required against there fake callers and plz take necessary action
