I Sakina haveliwala havinng idea no. [protected] hereby complain that idea telecom services are unnecesarily waving off my balance by activating stupid VAS services without even my consent and taking out our hardworked earned money and when calling at customer care there is no one to answer for our queries, hereby requesting consumer forum for taking strict action against them and help us get our money back

    I have taken a CUG connections, I Was shocked to see my bill (no [protected])on one of the numbers [protected] idea has billed Rs 50 for SMS MT and on another number [protected] they have billed Rs 45+45/- for my dala deals pack, these numbers are used by my parents only to answer calls, I spoke to the helpline number from my number [protected] but the employee was rude and cut my call. (12.30pm on05/12/15) I am disgusted the way idea is trying to cheat customers, I wish they have some respect for themselves and the customers. I wish some higher management takes note of this and stop these cheap tactics in cheating customers. Hopefully someone will look into the matter, Lourio Afonso [protected]

      While calling IDEA cellular for balance check, automated voice message told about Data package offer of 1GB with 28 days validity recharge amount was Rs 147/-. But, when I recharged with this amount, I got only 500 MB and 15 days validity. I called several times to IDEA customer care and registered complaint. I received call from IDEA but without any solution and simply denying that there was no such offer. Even I sent email with voice recording of the offer and still waiting for reply from them since more than a month.

        Why is your data plans cost this much?Yesterday I recharged my number for Rs.248 for 1GB...this is way too much costly for an middle class family...internet is an necessary media...why selling it at this much amount?..is this the MRP for data?

          I am in chennai and m using the same network, but bal. still deduct when i use my internet, when i complained then they r saiying .. we can't refund ur balnce..we r tied up with vodaphone network, and m getting idea 3G network in chennai, then y? aroung 200 hundred rupee deducted from my a/c.

            Idea Cellular is cheating customers by refraining from porting out from Idea. They used to cancel the port out request automatically without any reason. It is common practice of Idea, as I have faced this problem every time. They are giving worst service of 3G . For complaints they used to close the complaint by itself and marked as resolved without asking the customers. They do not have any reason for cancelling the port out requests.             I got two calls from Idea regarding this complaint from Number#- [protected].
            After conversation I was assured that this will port out in next request but next time it was again cancelled without any reasons. They are giving reasons that I have told them to cancel my request.

            Idea you are giving a good brand value by CHEATING and LYING customers that I am not reachable. Going to take legal action on the same.

              Respected sir i am prasenjeet ingale using the nub. of [protected] of idea cellular . i am so iterated about idea services. i decided to portout in other company. but idea does not give me permission to go out. i dont know why . from last month i had tried to portout but the always cancelled my request due to contractual obligation. i dont know that is the meaning of this word. i called consumer care so many time the saying so many region. but no one can help me. I have been trying my best for the last fortnight to port out from Idea and move to another service provider (Airtel) reasons best know to both o[censored]s (call drops, pathetic customer service etc...and not to mention the latest, not allowing me to port out, which I feel is my STATUTORY right). I have only being sent messages that due to Subsisting Contractual Obligations (the meaning of which a lay man could hardly understand) the port out request has been cancelled for the last 2 weeks. Hence I went ahead and cancelled Misscall alert, caller tune and social network alert for smooth processing of the port out request, sadly even that wasnt enough for you guys. Now, I have, AGAIN, applied for a port out request and HOPE that it would be successful and I would be spared from your clutches.

                  Hi sir/mam, I was using Idea postpaid connection and disconnected it for some reason. I got confirmation of disconnection nubmer [protected] on 9th Nov 2015 form Idea, Also paid all previous bill amount. But on 4th of Dec which is my bill date, I got an e Bill with monthly rental amount. How come they send an e Bill for disconnected number.

                      I want to inform you that the two unnecessary services of JuiceUp and Faschinz are automatically activated on my mobile number ([protected]) on 22/11/2015. Since then both of these services cost Rs 56/week (JuiceUp - Rs 21 & Faschinz - Rs 35) for two weeks total amounting to Rs 112. Really fed up of these unnecessary amount deductions from my account. Please deactivate these and stop deceiving people by unknowingly activating such services. Waiting for immediate action.

                        Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer. I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period[protected] to[protected]. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS-MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs-149. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs-149...I wanted to call the customer care regarding the same. But my previous experiences stopped me from doing so..I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side.                           I purchase new idea prepaid number [protected], on this number done i have 2 recharge of 68/- on same day by mistake, so please help me to refund 68/- or increase validity. I have talk to customer care they were playing customer feeling, when i said to transfer my call to TL or senior executive they were transferring call to there colleague and it happened 3 time.                             I've been given 3G data offers of Rs 98/- and Rs 156/-. Though they had given me 1GB 3G data, they deducted the available data irregularly. At place where only it should cost 3 -5 Mb, they have deducted 20-30mb. It is happening more often and I have to recharge my account for data pack once in 4 days. I'm sure none of my apps were running in the background. Also, as measured by my mobile i consumed only 250mb from the date of activating data pack but my idea *125# number says that I've used 700mb which is not possible at all. Idea network is cheating the customers. I'm from Delhi.

                              My number is [protected]. MY NAME IS KANWARJIT SINGH. My bill plan was 399. And i had credit limit of 1300. But in this cycle i get bill of Rs 2600 approximately. How could it possible as customer care executive said because of excess data usage i have to pay this . So i paid today comlete bill as i had no more option. I want to ask that if my unbilled amount was growing more than above credit limit which was Rs.1300. Why i didn't recieve a call or message of warning.. My number blocked when my unbilled amount gone 1750 excuding my regular bill amount which is 399. Kindly do action against this. I want refund minimum of Rs.1950.

                                I had bill plan of Rs.399 since 4 months. But in this bill cycle.. my bill came Rs 2600 approximately. Until my unbilled came 1721INR my number had not freezed. But my number should be freezed after my unbilled amount of 1300 INR.which is my credit limit. And i didn't receive any warning message. Now i have paid bill because of no choice. Company executive said that i used excess mobile data. But its wrong as i have wifi connections at my home as well as at work place. Kindle help me to refund my amount which should be atleast Rs 1950.

                                      My idea postpaid number- [protected] Idea activated a VAS magic box without my permission and charged me of 150 rupees. When I checked with customer service they told me this is via Internet and you might have clicked on some adds but I didn't recall clicking on such adds. They are making fool of thousands people by doing this and making huge money. With single click they may charge you of thousands rupees and my colleagues also suffering from Same problem. Refund my money or I will escalate this matter.

                                        I have recharged the internet data pack of Rs 299 and i get 1.25 gb internet balance on december 5 at4-30 pm but later at 6o clock i recieved a sms that u have recharged Rs 99and u get 300 mb internet data pack and my last balance get lost not carry forwarded i have called costumer care not giving any responce so please get my data pack back
