I have recharged the internet data pack of Rs 299 and i get 1.25 gb internet balance on december 5 at4-30 pm but later at 6o clock i recieved a sms that u have recharged Rs 99and u get 300 mb internet data pack and my last balance get lost not carry forwarded i have called costumer care not giving any responce so please get my data pack back

    I m using idea network. On 2nd dec I have recharged 1GB 3G data. Internet not worked Due to network problem in chennai.Its ok.But today while working internet 50Rs deducted my account and I have received message YOU HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED GLAMOUR ZONE. but I didn't clicked any GLAMOUR ZONE. I called customer care but he is not responding correctly . I didn't activate any ZONE.I need my money back.

      My mob no [protected]. I was assessing net and get massage of deduction of Rs 35 without any services. I want to say my service provider how they dsduct when I have not availed any services this is cheating with innocent customer. Now I want to ask them to refund my money.

      Very simple u people had deducted money without any service I availed. So my request u to credit my amount to my account. Your executive did not reply satisfactory and I hold line For 7minutes than discontinue ans asked your executive that I will write to consumer cell. Simply when I have not subscribed for any service how can you install and deduct money for such service.

        Dear Sir, I ported [protected]r from Airtel to Idea in the last month and I was assured Idea company executive that all services will be available what I had been getting in Airtel but yesterday I tried to connect conference call and to my utter surprise call was failed and when I spoke to customer care executive, I was told that I have to pay extra for this service for this service. What was assured by their exective was not provided, hence this is a case of deficiency in service and arbitrarily charging over and above the call charges.

        As per TRAI, you are suppose to tell your customer all paid services but it was never done, if it is done let me know your mode of information. Over the phone call you tried to intimidate me that I have not asked to your executive and you tried to take my acceptance by creating confusion and wanted to create evidence as you told you are recording our conversation and when i told you that I have also recorded our converastion you simlpy kept silence and disconnected the call.
        Your company represntative acted in deception and withhold the required information in order to gain wrongfully by charging extra amount over and above call charges and wrongfully influenced me to purchase your connection and you were very well knowing that I can't port it before 90days as per TRAI condition and you caused wrongfull loss to me by way of deception.
        Earning by cheating and defrauding consumers has become part of your bsiness because you are hard pressed by TRAI regulations and cut throat competition. You are trying to earn by folling customers in the name of VAS etc.
        Earn through etically way and tell everything on mail or brochures duly signed by consumer.

          Dear Sir / Madam, Primary number - [protected] Supplimentry number - [protected], [protected] I purchased 3 SIM cards from the executive named Mr. Hemal (Mobile +91 [protected]) are calling me and selling plan over the plan in which 900 sharing plan will be one free supplimentry CUG card no any charges ( monthly rental ₹99) applicable on this card‎. As I could have received the same plan features in all three connections against fraud without any verification, I believe the connections was misrepresented to me and I therefore wish to make a complaint. I am applying to the easy sharing plan redress scheme for all three connections ( primary -[protected]) ( Supplimentry - [protected], [protected]) on 03rd November 2015. If my complaint is upheld, I require a disconnection of all three connection mentioned to the details prior to November, 2015 and converted into prepaid SIMs. I also wish to claim reversal of my last bills amount in view of the fact that I have been deprived of the use of this connections.             Name: Shaheer SM Mob: [protected] Mail: [protected]@gmail.com Here I register a case against Idea who deduct my Balance for unknown reason on Dec 2, 2015. I call them and they say it's due to over usage of data (I activate Rs.49 night offer) but I've balance left upto 4MB when I log off net around 1.30 PM on same day, Dec 2. Anyhow thet registered a complaint and promise they'll resolve it next day.. but they didn't give any SMS after that so I call them again and they say it'll be resolved in next 24 hours.. At last I got SMS which says your number can't be refunded. I'm angry and call them again (with offensive language) and ask them what's the reason. They say it's due to excessive time ie used mobile Internet after 6 AM (which I didn't do, I normally use bsnl these days due to idea strategy of deducting balance almost every time when I activate Internet offers which cost me more than 500 rupees. Normally I didn't complaints cos I know they'll not refunded 100% sure but today I'm got angry and feel p!**** off after hearing their excuses) so I ask them to connect me supervisor and CC and they say supervisors not available at the moment. So I call of that conversation and throw my mobile ( ;) really, but on bead ) and call them again to get supervisor, and finally get them but they didn't reply anything (while saying we'll disconnect call if customer didn't reply) force me to discontinue the conversation.. I call them again for the third and final time but failed to get any response from CC after connecting them.. So I think enough is enough, let try it on some online complaint forum.. Now I not only wanted Rs.24 refunded but some extra for wasting my time.. also wanted to case a file for their fraud/cheat activity..                     Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased a New Idea SIM([protected]) at Doddanakundi, outer ring road, bangalore before 10days.They told it will get activated in 4-5 days once your reference number received a verification call from Idea company.But till now i didnt receive any call from Idea and the person Manju No([protected]-idea retailer) is switched OFF.They don’t respect other’s valuable time.                       I was having 800mb data approximatly in my idea no.[protected] but instantly my internet stopped working when i contacted customer care executives they were giving silly ideas to resolve it later on i resolved my problem by my own on 4/12/15 at 9:18 pm but my data worked for a while and it stopped working on same day 9:24 & the problem they reported was that my data mb's are over when i told them that how could my 800 mb can be finished in just 4 mins he was going rude to me and his behavior was very bad he was having no knowledge he behaved very badly & deceited me to say yes and then he kept the call.. Please take proper actions regarding this

                        I was using 649 unlimited data pack . It was the best 3g i have ever had. But on 29th Nov midnight I received a text 30th stating "#TKLVZZZ System under maintenance, please try later". It was seen in another text that it would be from 12 am to 6 am of the 30th nov. So I ignored the same thinking that everything will be fine by the time I wake up. Bt it didnot. From that moment of 30th till now I am not able to access net from the idea sim. I tried calling to customer care, but could not connect. I dont know what the reason is. Being a student I have to google my subjects. I myself and my friends with idea connection are suffering badly now as our exams are nearing.We cant even connect to customer care.Thats what made us write here. Kindly requesting to take the necessary action or to let know inconvenience any.So that we can see any other method for getting information.

                              My main balance was deducted rs 30/- for stupid coupon from flash message.. Idea is fooling innocent people by doing this and must be making lot of money by doing this. I want my deducted amount back.. Can you imagine how much revenue must be getting doing this.. If coupon is used then amount should be charged from main balance ... Other wise it should be an offer only.. Lot of innocent people will be saved from this stupid broadcast Refund should be given for deducted amount.                               Idea makes us fool. They deducted our balance by flash messages when we use internet..
                              Stop making us fool.

                                Hello, Idea cellular started to charge my bill with an extra Rs.25 as CUG charges which were not there previously. They did it and not even informed me about the change in advance. I even lodged a complaint # C1-[protected] on 23rd October, 2015 and still there is no response / action on the same.                                   After switching to a postpaid connection, 3 days later, my outgoing calls were barred for no reason with no explanation or prior warning. Upon contacting customer care (through an alternate number because you can't call customer care if your number is barred), I was told to visit the IDEA office. I did so and explained the situation. I was promised that it would be solved by 11 a.m. the next day but it still hasn't been resolved. Upon calling the personnel at the office, they keep cutting my calls. Customer care says there is nothing I can do and must visit the office again. No explanations and unwarranted harassment.

No.- [protected] recharge by Rs 152, 3G data on 17/11/15 but internet not working & on 18/11/15 a sms receive by idea 50Mb free 2G data then i activate 2G, 50Mb pack.after that my 3G pack stolen by company. customer care say that i[censored] r activate any data then your previous data pack end. WHY NOT COMPANY SAY IN THE SMS I[censored] HAVE DATA THEN AVOID IT

                                    Thanks! Idea cellular for giving me my data, BUT EVERY CUSTOMER YOU MUST SAY THROUGH SMS IF YOU HAVE ANY DATA THEN AVOID NEW DATA PLAN.

                                      am using idea punjab postpaid no :-[protected] since from many years but from last month idea co generate my bill with adding of some services which is not allowed by me to co anytime, i have also generate complaint to co about this, today i have also do complaint to co but co have ready to waive my extra charges with a condition that in future i have must continoues my services which is not possible for me because i have using handset in which internet service is not working and now i also feel that co have to be exploit me plz help me regarding this. AVTAR SINGH

                                        Sir I have an account at MY IDEA LOGIN. I can check there only outgoing call details of last 5-10 no's. I think sir this is not sufficient for idea costumers that they can check ougoing call details of only 5 no's online.sir, I want to know if there is facility provided by idea so that a costumers came to know outgoing as well as incoming call details of their own no's of not only 5-10 no's but whatever they want to see.
