i am shahid, (iram interior)

my idea number is [protected] (which is now in pd).
This number is toll free number[protected]

i called customer care of idea, they told to visit local office for activation with some documents

but on reaching their, the office says go to airtel office. The airtel office says its nothing to do with us, go to idea.

So what is my fault and how do i get back that number.
I have already paid the bill 4 days before in idea.

Its my business number, without it, i may make loss.

Its my humble request, please do me some favour.

Give me some positive feedback.

Please let me know.

But now from last 5 months its horrible I have lodge complaint so many times even one I have requested them to close/cancel my connection but on that time they asked me to give 1 month before discontinuing the connection .         I have requested to port out 1 number i.e [protected] from the group and trying the same for last 4 months. Every time I generate a port out code and submit the relevant documents to the new service provider you have rejected the port out request giving some or the other reasons. I am fed up of poor connectivity and signal strength issues in my office and residence and would genuinely like to shift the services. This my sincere request to release the number immediately without further delay. Please inform if any compliance is required from my end to complete the portability. I am ready to clear all due charges for the account. Kindly inform the same to me.

          Good day sir subject : detection of balance rupees 142, i did recharge of rupees 150 in the morning and activated net of 25 mb for 8 rupees, once the 25 mb was over i switched off the net within 2 mins.. when i checked my balance it was 0... i called the customer care and asked them abt the details ... they were telling i exceeded the net usage, i requested abt the usage details and the amount which they detected for it ... they were given me such a ridiculous reply...

            I would like to let you all know that the email regarding the Lok Adalat Notice for the payment which was NEVER DUE, was sent by the idea‎ for which the request for the closure of my account was raised at the month of June but the bill has been generated for the month August for which they are claiming me to make a payment in the month of December. I am repeatedly asking for what should be done but in response they reply to ignore the email! and again and again I am getting the same email (Lok adalat notice) since last 4 months.

            Below is the proof which shows that connection was closed in the month of July itself.

            Still I requested Idea to clear it off the outstanding amount Rs. 904‎ which was not supposed to be generated against me as there many complaints were raised against the data and the network issues during June/July, due to these various issues, I couldn't even use the data and forcefully I had to make a request to deactivate this account.

            I'm frustrated and harassed now by being chased by your people ‎(idea, pfsindia.com) who don't even know how and what to talk.
            The name of the persons are : Vikas - [protected]@pfsindia.com - [protected] and Ram Kishore -[protected] Continuously calling me and trying to mentally harass with the Lok adalat notice.

                      Hi, I am the Idea Post Paid customer . I was happy about this service. But now i am really very disappointed. because of the discrepancies in the postpaid bill for the period[protected] to[protected]. I am charged unnecessary for the SMS- MT charges. This month i got charge of Rs.3. I have no intension to send such messages which would costing me Rs.3 I called the customer care regarding the same. Even your executives dont have any idea regarding those charges one informed me that it is for internet facility used and other says for some activation(you may kindly cross check with the voice calls recorded). I havent sent any sms from my side and I Havent done any activations from my side. Hence i am expecting the necessary amount or waver has to be given or adjusted in my next bill as this bill is already paid by me. My mobile number is [protected] I called up customer care so many times with no joy. Customer service was not at all co-operative.                         Idea has deducted Rs. 80/- balance from my account main balance ([protected]) .They have said that this deduction is due to over usage of net pack.But this is not right as i have not received any message regarding validity expiration from them.They used to notify me always and then i used to recharge my number.But they had not notified me so its their fault also.I want my money back.

                          I am using idea number . but idea company steals money from my account with the help of flash messages. great thinking from idea. it is such a cheap thing i can say. kindly stop sending the flash messages on my phone number [protected] or i have to go to court.

How to connect to that person who is giving missed call and disturbing my wife? How to file complaint against this kinda person who unnecessary disturbs other? Is there any law against them?

                                  Hi, I want to resister complain against Idea cellular, that I have postpaid connection of IDEA (Acc. No.[protected] this is easy share plan, at starting I take 9 connection but activate only four number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. But 2 months before I deactivate all number except [protected]. Now I am using only [protected] number. I always paid bill on time. But the issue is that always IDEA Cellular company files complain against me in court reg. that I did not pay bill of deactivated numbers. Today I again received call from Mr. Rakesh Sharma (mo. no. [protected]) who is govt. advocate. He inform me that a complain register against me(File No, - IC127) that I did not pay bill of number [protected](Deactivated number), before that I got call from some Police station from Tees Hajari(Delhi) police station, and this is 2nd time I got call and they are using abusing lang. that they will arrest my family because of this case, and also saying some irrelevant words that they will arrest me or more. I want to resister complain against all that I am paying bill on time then why I am getting such calls. This is very disturbing, how can i resume my services from IDEA. I want immediate action. This is happening second time.

                                    I took a Idea sim connection last Thursday that is 03.12.2015 but till today as of 08.12.2015 the sim has not got activated yet. What annoys the most is that nobody responds to Idea's official phone of Guwahati - [protected]. Tried [protected] also but as soon as I try to connect to executive to talk the call drops.                                     Moreover your sales person has misguided about the plan. Thanks again to the honesty of your employees.

                                        Dear Concern, On receiving a call from a call center of idea i applied for portability of my Aircel no. into Idea but without any visit of any of the executive it has been declined twice stating I was not reachable on phone though I have given two mobile no. by the address verifying executive though I was always contactable by your call center executive. It shows that the field executives are not performing their duty of been bribed by the competition to avoid the portability because on the said address I an enjoying personal loan, car loan as well credit cards then how come I address is been non reachable.
