Hi I have received a call but they don't give any satisfaction from there side they don't want there fault but as per the screen shot which was attached they are not believe that the screen shot was right & they already blamed that its my fault but as a consumer I have used this type of offers from last 5-6 months & I have never complaints this because at last we get every time this offer with previous balance. But this time I have not got this so I have raised a complaint. Please sir I believe this can only solve by your side.     I have been over charged with Rs. 9227 in my July month bill of Idea post paid. I have been fighting with Idea customer care from August 8th with multiple emails and calls, with no help. Thought they have no answer for me queries, they just deny to correct the bill. Now i have been given a court notice for December 12th for the same. Below is my complaint : I had activated two 3G and one 2G Booster packs activated from website. Details provided on booster pack in website: 1. 3G and 2G booster pack cannot be activated together. 2. 3G pack of 1GB for Rs. 250 and 2G pack of 1GB for Rs. 125. This is the only information provided, based on which my usage of 2306962.267 KB would come within these limits. As i had activated two 1GB pack of 3G and 1GB pack of 2G. which amount to 3GB in total. So the charges as per your details provided in website should be Not more than Rs. 625. To stress the point, even after activating i had no SMS or any customer care call or EMAIL regarding the charges that would be applied, and even the balance notification used to show 1024 MB left after i had activated 1GB pack of 3G. SO it is obvious to any human to perceive that he have 1GB data of 3G to use for which he would be charged Rs. 250. (NO where its mentioned about 1GB is only for entire month or should be used for 1 whole month, which sounds funny). I have suffered from past 3 months spending most of my office hours talking to customer care of idea and arguing with them causing more agony and distress. I need help to get it solved with proper justice.

    I haven't received anything form Idea yet. I was given 8th Dec as deadline to address my concern, but i haven't received any call from any person. Please let me know what has been addressed? I am still getting mails to attend Court on 12th December for non-bill payment.

It's a weak time they have consumed still my sim card for postpaid connection is not activated.         Hi Team, I had made a recharge of Rs.295/- for 1gb 3G data on 24/10/2015 and immediately after that made another recharge of Rs.105/- for 300mb 3G data. Ethically Idea cellular should provide me with around 1300mb 3G data as per my 2 recharges but they only provided 300 mb data. When I called idea customer care the representative told me that as per company policy the recharge data doesnt get added up and u will only get 300mb as that recharge was performed later. Please can we look into this matter and do something about this unethical customer service experience.

          I have given multiple complaint about network issue in Panvel area to IDEA customer care but till date issue is not resolved. Everytime, I get a response that it will be resolved in 3 month as new site installation is in progress. Complaint no C1-[protected]-logged in month of June 2015 and already closed with out resolution. Latest complaint no C1-[protected]--logged in November 2015 -- closed without resolution. Idea is advertising being number 1 network in India, I don't understand on what basis they are considering themselves as no 1 network, when they cannot fix network issue pending for more than 6 months.             I buy sim card on 26 November 2015 from sri sai enterprise in Chennai. i have submitted all documents. Also submitted soft copy of adhar card. But sim is not activated yet. My idea new sim number is [protected]. I have been told that sim will be activated in 24 hours. I don't know what went wrong. That retailer had set up stall for a day in Navalur area. I tried to contact the retailer but he is not responding. Please resolve the issue.

              I have recharge with Rs.200 on 21st Nov 15 & I got a offers to recharge with Rs.169 than I got 1 GB data before recharging I have 428 MB data after recharging with this offers they provide only 500 MB data. After complaining regarding this the senior executive told that if any such offer in your number your full data refund in your number within 24th Nov 15.                   I have port my number [protected] from airtel Delhi to idea Delhi on 24.11.2015. From 26.11.2015 I am unable to receive calls from airtel nos. I had complained to idea CC and they said it will be resolved maximum on Monday 30.11.2015 at 10.06 AM. On 27.11.2015 i had recieved a call from idea and they ask one airtel number which couldnt connect me. I gave him a number [protected]. On 28.11.2015 when I check in my account section it was showing resolved but my problem is as it is. I immediately call idea customer care and they gave me a strange answer. They told me tha the airtel number which I had given to him was invalid, hence they had closed my call. Also the cc guy has told me that it will take 10-15 days to resolve this issue. I didn't expect this type o[censored]nofficial behavior from such big name like idea. This is very critical issue with me as my number is showing not valid to airtel customer. While getting the information from landline number agent vijay disconnected and was rude as he was spending his money to call so again reached sup naveen ram and complained no 1-t6f1pma.                             Sir I am getting message everyday as " RECHARGE WITH 125!!GET 1GB 3G data, 200mb fb and 200mb WhatsApp data." Based on this message yesterday 26-11-12 I recharged my number [protected] with 125. For this recharge I got only 350 mb data.service centre did not respond properly. They said that your number does not have that offer but my number got message.based on that I proceeded. So please recharge to my number as given plan.

                                Mr. Himanshu – please read through this if you would like to know what is happening at the grass root level and the incapability of your team.

                                Complaint regarding number - [protected]

                                Firstly i am very upset with your services as you guys do not understand 3rd standard mathematics. Unfortunately all the representatives and the supervisors were not able to help me out. I had multiple conversations and had wasted a lot of time with you guys. Sorry to say this, but to educate your customers you yourself should be educated first.

                                Issue: my outgoing services are being barred for 3 days now, i had the same issue last month and i have been promised that the issue will be resolved, unfortunately it is happening again.

                                I have changed my port from maharashtra to telangana – with you guys. Same number, same idea.

                                Unfortunately you guys do not have my previous records – that is difficult to understand – is it not the same company???

                                Anyways, on my current bill there are two adjustments done for 2541 and for 2104. However, 2541 is inclusive of 2104. (Which means 2541 is 2104 + 437) (Refer to the attached statement, and also refer to the table below, which shows i paid more than what i owe)

                                Which means the amount of 2104 has been charged twice – i have been explaining this for the umpteenth time, and you guys are not understanding and this is 3rd standard mathematics!!!

                                I had been with you guys for over 7yrs, and wanted to be with you guys and that’s the reason i took the same connection in telangana too – but, my experience with you guys is pathetic.

                                I want the services to be activated, waive off that extra 2104 you have charged twice, and need a compensation for all the hassle i went through.

                                Tired of the run around you guys are giving me stating, you have escalated the mail, forwarded it to the concerned team, etc. – what i fail to understand is, are you not concerned about your customer? Then who is this concerned team? And why is it that i don’t get to talk to them???

                                Please Provide me with the contact ID of right person to talk I am fed up calling customer care and fed up by the calls of Idea recovery, They keep calling my colleagues friends family members for the Idea Payment but no one is ready to revised my bill amount, I have already raised a request and it being pending from last 1 year .

                                They have no rights to go through my call history and call to any random person asking for the bill .This is a type of mental harassment .

                                  My mobile number is --[protected]. I receive a call from this number [protected] on 26/11/2015 at 6.30 pm .there is a person on this number and he say that you are a good customer so idea gives you 600 MB data free of cost without an charge . you want to confirm for taking this profit. I again ask that is it free of cost or not . again he said that yes this pack is free of cost. spoke person say to me are you want to confirm for activate this pack . i say ofcourse activate it. after one hour i receive a message from idea that special recharge activates, debited Rs -- 147.00 . after read this message i call to customer care they said to me there is no such type of offer. this is a paid offer which activate by your side so we cant refund your money that is Rs 147.00 . i call to customer care about 10 times but there is no response . i say that please show me the recording of that call. but they do not give me the recording ..

                                    One customer is called me, she offered MNP to IDEA. She offered me 199 Offer (250 min + 199 I2I & 300 SMS) but she cheated me . When i activated offer the idea given me only 15000 Secs only.. Her contact number is [protected] from Hyderabad.

                                      I had visited Idea showroom
                                      " KEERAT ENTERPRISES "at Zoom Hotel, R. K. Road, Ludhiana. We are a regular customers of Idea Since 20 years(approx.) our history shall be checked. And we have approximately 20 umbers of Idea corporate and beacuse of non - service from Idea Cellular we had dis connected our all number and now we are just using only 3 numbers. With logging with complainy here as a case follows -
                                      And there I had visted and i had given them the cheque on Dated - 15/10/2015, So as to clear my dues, but they said our payee name is not correct sir, give me a another cheque( in a rude mood so as to ask for extra money). I polietly said ok. And than i asked her for my cheque back she being regularly making me to visit idea shoowroom and i had visted for 15 times and she say come tomorrow but next month as on Dated - 16/11/2015 i had again submitted the cheque and than i specially noted my employee to ask the mam wheather the cheque is ok but and mam named as "JASPAL " say it is ok ( in a very polite mood) and " JASPAL " said payee name is ok and correct and when the due date is over, she said the payye name is wrong and she said please submitt the cheque again. Than i said to return my old cheque she says it will take 2-3 more days you deposit your new cheque so that i shall activate your number. Iam a Business Man, so as a busy schedule i said ok because without phone there is no day to day transactions of business. So, i said to activate my phone immeditately as on 26/11/2015 time - 2:00 and she said it will take take 30 minute to activate. Than i said ok activate it and after 1 hour, I visited again and she said i will not activate you give me Rs. - 100/- for each number cash payment (as a commision) to activate the numbers fast.
                                      So, therefore I want to log a complaint against the IDEA CELLULAR, KEERAT ENTERPRISES, R.K. Road, Zoom Hotel Building, Ludhiana regarding the over charging and giving the fast serviced by charging extra and misbehaving ( voice clips are being recorded).

                                      I therefore request you to please take a strict action against the clause and so that that cellular limited can't exploit the consumers any more. As we have our own rights.

                                        My idea number is [protected] I have port out this number from airtel prepaid to idea postpaid because your executive say me that he will gave me previlage plan of 299 This plan is comfort for me thats why I agreed fr that port in idea As I activated my card I got some another plan I talk with executive he said I can't help now Even I complain to idea through mail I just get reply from there service I'd so n so request closed Then I tried to port out from idea to another company then too they are not allowing giving some reasons Now I did post to pre in same company but my card not showing network and I am facing huge loss in my business If you can't help customers then stop making fool also Worst company
