      On Dec 12/12/2015 at 10:47 PM I recharged with Rs.37/- rupees in my monile my mobile ([protected]) from main balance of my phone and got the 110MB data for 4 days. I tried to share the 100MB data to other idea mobile using my easy share option provided by idea nework. I got a message as your request has been processed successfully but the data not at all transferred to the other phone number. It was happened twice b/w 10:47PM to 11:30PM . But mo luck. Initially, I contacted customer service at 11:20PM one of the customer service person picked the call and respond very harshly. Whatever i requested the information from him he told we didn't do that one. He is absolutely knowledgeless . I requested him to contact me their manager he replied as not possible, I requested him log a complaint about this issue and give me the complaint number he toldnot possible. Whenever the amount deducted from our account nothing get back that is IDEA he told. AI told him as per TRAI some rules were predefined, could you please contact your manager I will check with him whatever i asked he denied all my requests and responded very worestly. Later in the process of correcting this issue Rs.49/- recharge has been done wrongly . I requested to correct it and return my amount. He responded in same manner. Second time, I contacted customer service representative Satyanarayana he picked the call listened all the above and without any proper response divert the call in the middle. Again third time, I contacted customer service representative Bhargav he told Easy share have some rules. He told your recharge was not successfull sometime, using easy share rules it not applicable another time and bla bla bla...finally i raised couple of questions he told me as will check with manager and get back to me i waited for sometime no reply. My valuable time from 11PM to 1:00AM has been wased due to this issue. I suspect that is idea customer service representative people knowledgeable about their products !!!???? I want my cash back . I hope this will review by someone . Do the needful at the earliest.

        Idea has activated biscoot, cinemas to and few other service without my request and charging me 35, 90 INR for the same I just got the msg that these services are activated on my mobile. I called to costumer care but got very bad response. Idea is fraud company and charging wrong amount on my number.I just want to say bbye idea.

                  Dear sir/madam My name is Surender Paul and I am working as Assistant Professor in a National University of Journalism and Mass Communication on regular basis and also a Freelance Journalist. In mid November 2015, I received a call from Idea Bhopal office and your executive offered me a postpaid connection with good Talk time & Internet plan. So I had given my consent and asked her to send me your executive to collect my id proof, residence and other required documents. On 20th November 2015 Idea executive named Mr. Syed Danish Ali (Mobile No. [protected]) visited to my office and I handover him my all documents including Photocopy of my Passport as a residence proof with Rs. 200/- cash. He gave me a SIM Card of Idea with a Number [protected]. Mr. Danish told me that this number will be activated on Monday 23 November 2015. He also told me that some person from idea will contact me for verifying my proofs and addresses. From that date I am still waiting for your executive and I never received any call from him and he never came to my residence while I was there. And my above mentioned number is yet to be activated. When I have enquired about this matter with Mr. Syed Danish Ali, he told me that your identity is shown ‘Low Profile’. I also talked to your other employee named Mr. Sadik (Mobile No. [protected]) about my verifications related issues; he told me that Idea executive will contact me soon regarding this. I told him that I am available at my residence usually after 8 p.m. due to my busy job schedule. If it is very compulsory to meet at residence, your executive is welcome. And I also told him that I am working in a Reputed National University of Journalism and Communication as Assistant Professor and I have reputation in the society and your executive Mr. Danish has collected the documents from my seat. But again I am still waiting for your executive. I urged him that I have submitted my all self attested genuine documents including the photocopy of my Passport as a residence and identity proof. On 8th December 2015, I again talked to Mr. Sadik and he told me that my status is still ‘Low Profile’. Whenever I try to contact your executive Mr. Syed Danish Ali again, he never picks the call and now your Executive Sadik says that he will call me back but he never called. This is really highly unprofessional behavior. Now I want to clear and ask some important points: 1. I never asked and urged Idea for any post paid connection. This connection was offered by Idea. 2. I have submitted my all required self attested genuine documents to Idea through your executive Mr. Danish. 3. Now please can I ask you the meaning of ‘Low Profile’. it seems a very rude and defamatory statements. 4. Now I request you to kindly clarify the matter regarding postpaid idea connection offered by Idea to me. 5. If you cannot provide me the connection, then kindly returned my all documents including the fee of Rs. 200/- submitted to you through your executive Mr. Syed Danish Ali (Mobile No. [protected]). 6. If my idea connection is not activated, I will file a case in the Consumer Court and I will demand compensation for mental harassment and agony because of this matter. 7. Consider this mail as a legal notice and give me the answer in next two weeks from the date of this letter. She asked me to send the Photo of the sim card.                     My Idea number is [protected], & my plan was 399/month. So usually I pay 600 to 700 Rs. per month. I paid my bill in the month of Oct'25 of Rs.650. after just 5 to 6 day they have stopped my service. When checked with customer care they said your service is blocked due to internet charges of Rs.2200 which was shocking for me. However, I have paid that amount of Rs.2200. And again after 2 days they again stopped my service, when I checked with customer care they said I have another bill of Rs.8000 due to internet usage. Can you just believe it? Is it acceptable & is it possible for a normal working lady to pay that amount? I have raised a complaint about it but did not get any response & they have closed my complaint with intimating anything to me. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I had ported this number from Vodafone, thought I will get better service. But Idea have ruined my life. Please advice me on this. Thanks, Swagata Paul idea no.                         My no. is [protected]. while surfing on internet a pop up window opened i browers and i got a msg that 35 rupees has been deducted from my account and i tried to know about the service from the cc person and he dont know what really the service is about. i mean u are charging for the service u dont even know about. i recently port in idea for a better service but you really disappointed me.                             On 24/11/15 i got a message from idea saying press*800*147# and get 1gb internet i reached my phone with 150 and pressed the code and message displayed its active then i started internet after 10-15mins a message popped up stating my balance went down from 100 rs to 0 rs and now on 12/11/15 idea again charged 3 rs and said i have pressed *222# which i havent.

                                I've complained two times before about the flash messages I'm receiving. The company already deducted money a lot of times sending these flash messages. The second time I complained, a customer care executive contacted me and told me to send a message writing "STOP" to the number 58595. Then, I received a message from the company stating that they have my application to stop CBC flash messages and it will be stopped soon. But till now the company continuously sends flash messages at every 4-5 seconds. I really need to get rid of these messages. This is not at all the right way for the company to make money. And the company is sending flash messages even when I'm in roaming. My mobile no is [protected].

                                  Hi This is just a complaint to express my dissatisfaction with the 3G plan I got from Idea. I got the Suprise Benefit plan for 295/- in hopes of getting data atleast over 1200 MB (so I am not in a loss) but after paying so much what I received as 1024 Mb. This is not a surprise, rather a shock! Rs 295 = Rs 245 (1GB data) + Rs 50 (24 MB)???? If I otherwise get a 56 Rs plan I get atleast 170 MB. I dont understand why you are cheating your customers by devising such plans which you know you will never follow. The data limit received should atleast have been over 200 MB. Sorry to say I am very disappointed and will not be continuing with Idea services after I finish my plan and balance. Never recommending Idea to anyone. Thanks Harman Nagra

                                    My number is [protected], i have a special offer on my number of 97 i.e idea to idea local unlimited and other 30p/min. but when i recharge with 97 the company given to me talktime balance of 82rs .and when i talk to custemer care excuteve they say, after 4 hour company given to you offer benefit.but after one day i have not recieved my offer benifit. My recharging date is 10/12/15 .so in that case please help me and resolve my problem.thank you

                                    Sir, after submitted the complain the idea custmer care excuetive call me and says that, send me the offer massage by mail but prblem is that, how can send the massage details, because when i select the message for sending mail the only letters are select, so how can proof the sms is which date and which time come to my number. And when i call the custemer care for this problem they are not recieved my call..so please help me...

                                        For last three days Idea Cellular activates TV99 and Video subscription without my concern and deduct Rs.99/-. They have repeated same for atleast 06 to 07 times. After making repeated calls to customer care, every time they refund the amount and again subscribe for above services after 30 mins. Also they are charging for customer care calls and I have almost spent Rs.50/- for these calls. Few minutes back they deducted Rs.99/- without any information and when I called back, they advised me to call after one hour as they themselves don't know for what they have charged me. I am getting fed up of this stupidity and planning to port to some other service provider.
