I like idea service.but your customer service junire officer SUJOY BISWAS is very bad mis-bahabire.Please provide as much information as possible...

After using Idea Service for past 05 yrs, for the first time due to unexpected expenditure the outstanding idea mobile payment Rs. 4837/- remained unsettled. As a result, the Idea has disconnected my service. Mobile No. [protected] Registered in the name of my Sister Ms. Jyoti Salve Request you to consider the above and reactivate the Service as soon as possible so that I can continue with your service. I have migrated Mob no [protected] from postpaid to prepaid retaining the same mob no in the same Idea. At the same time I have *85 rupees with in their pockets. They find it very difficult to release the money back tome.

Cell no [protected] on[protected] at around 1pm in my phone deducted 55/- with out my knowledge please furnish the details and tower location s of that time. If it is right deducted amount passes through hawking . Then it is very dangerous to use idea cellular network.

Dated[protected] at approximately 1pm I received a massage you have deducted 55/- in my account with out any calls done by me this is the second time I loss my amount.

Idea service complaint number: 1-[protected]. status of request: cancelled after consistently receiving 2G signal for my 3G internet pack from Vodafone, I decided to try internet speed of Idea. Soon I realized that these net providers are just taking money for services without caring to offer the service that they charge for. One day I was given special offer of the day that in RS.147/- I can get 1GB of 3G data, overjoyed, I immediately charged with that amount just to realize that they have only credited 500MB of data instead of 1GB. When I called customer care dept couple of time: 5/6 times I was told that their server is down and they can not take complaint. finally when they registered complaint, they closed immediately without any communication to me. When I followed up, I was told that I was not eligible for that offer, then I sent over email the voice recording of the call from my mobile call recorder just to prove my claim, but no use. They are certainly robbing people and our weak legal framework is one of culprit for this, these companies wil never dare to fool customers in developed countries, but here in India we are living on mercy of such companies. Thanks to our corrupt politicians who are interested to make money from 2G/3G spectrum auctions than actually defining the service levels, and these service providers eventually recover that money from customers. India is most expensive for internet services. anyways..

Hi, It is very very bad service, I had done 78 rs recharge via SBI bank and My idea portal Shows recharge done but benefit is not coming .and also IDEA customer care executive is giving very bad response he is uneducated like feel . how to customer care says to customer your complaint will process after 7 Days . A lots of services are available in market if IDEA type company will provide such kind of service . Now i am very disappointed and in future i am not suggested any body to give suggestion for IDEA . Currently i am using 3 numbers of IDEA prepaid and postpaid tomorrow morning i will be disconnected or port with another ISP . Number which i am facing problem [protected]. My no[protected] is a corporate sim on which we got free group calling. Without intimation, the group calling became chargeable. Post that i had asked customer care to deactivate any CUG pack, feature on my number. I got a confirmation on 23rd Aug'15 stating that the pack has been deactivated. (C1-[protected]). Again for Sept month i was charged. SR#C1-[protected]. They agreed to refund the amount that time. Again for the oct bill i have been charged. I placed a written complaint on 25th nov'15 for which i didnot get any reply. Post this, i called cc support on 5th dec and they assured me that i have been wrongly charged and the amount should be refunded. But today, I have received an email from them stating that the pack is still active on my number and i have been correctly charged. In all my emails, i have specifically asked them to deactivate any other service like cug on my number, yet they keep charging me for the same. The cycle is repeated each month and i have become disappointed with the service. Once they say nothing is active and then another time they say that its still active

I had activated data pack of ₹198 on my no. [protected] yesterday. It was exhausted today even I had not used that much data. I also didn't received any message regarding that. This is not happening first time to me. My phone's data records also dont show that much data usage. Please return my money else I'm going to throw the sim!

Dear sir in present i am using idea no.[protected] i ported out this no . from mp idea to up idea post paid on 13 th of nov.2015 it activated in up idea but by same day problem arises of call conectvity .if vodafone users are calling me they are listening that this no is not in service i made many complained regarding this issue first coplaind no. C1-[protected] on 15 th of nov.2015 second complaned no. C1- [protected] ON 17 NOV.2015 third complained no C[protected] ON 20 nov.2015 fourth complained no. C1-[protected] ON 21 NOV 2015 5th complaned no . c1-[protected] on 25 nov 2015 6th complained no. C1-[protected] ON 28 NOV.2015 7th complained no. C1 -[protected] ON 3 DECE. 8TH COMPLAINED NO C1-[protected] ON 7 DECE 2015 THESE complaine i made then i stop making no response cause of this company mentaly tense n economocally plz do needful help

Despite making payments at portal, time and again i have been getting reminders that payment not made. After every payment i call their customer care and register complaint and still they deactivated my account last month this was despite multiple calls and emails to their helpdesk. Now despite timely payment and proof submitted i am being charged extra Rs50 as late charges. This is again despite me raising 2 tickets with customer care and being assured that action will be taken within 24 hours. reference ticket nos TCT[protected] TCT[protected] I am sure they would not assist again and hence filing this complaint

You guys are real robbers...u guys send me a message that i have received a 3.5gb net offer valid till jan 10.yesterday i received the message and when i looked today it has vanished.for activating this offer i loosed my 20rs this is cheating i will file a complaint against idea cellular not only me many are there we are forming a whatsapp group to sue you all beware bloody cheaters.my number is [protected]

Idea is really a very very patience less company that they start calling to people to whim you ave called once for the recovery of their bills. I got delayed to pay the idea's latest bill and they started calling to the numbers to whom I have called from my contacts list. It is illegal and very very shameful act for a company.

I have decided to switch from Idea to Airtel because they don't do this type activities.

Friends I would suggest you not to choose Idea if you want to save your personal life.

I have use idea service. i took rs. 299/- balance for net pack but same a/c is nill dated 12.12.2015. thats why i register complete against idea mobile company. no [protected]

I have replaced my regular Idea SIM with micro SIM from Idea Store a week back but didn't receive any call for activation. I have tried dialing 59059 and 2222 but that is also not working. Even after a week my new SIM is not active.

I have request for disconnection of postpaid net no.[protected] on 24.8/2015. Idea infom me to pay Rs.1870/- pending bill & then services will be stopped. I have paid Rs.1870/- paid on 25/8/2015.. But till today not disconnect the net mobile..now call from idea for payment upto date & the services of net mobile not stop or disconnect till today. What can I do? Payment paid at shreeneet services padampura, kailash market, aurangabad-431005. Pl help me.
