Since 31st december, 2019 i could neither make nor receive any call, but text and data service was ok. After calling my respective customer care centre on 31st night, i was suggested, after 2 days of lodging the complaint, to put my sim in the 2nd slot and change the network to vodafone, but without use. Tonight i had to again call the customer service, and was told to wait for 2 more days, in the meantime, i lost my data service after calling the customer support.
Is this the way to resolve issues? Can you put yourself in such a situation, without data and calling for 3 days? Don't do the same mistake bsnl had done. It's somehow alive, because it's government undertaking company. But you won't.
Want quick response and issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
