My unlimited balance ended 20/01/20... After that i did 3 times balance like 10rs. 50rs. And 50rs. Now my total balance is 92.21, but i can't call to other people... Please refund my balance or active my outgoing call... Can you plz plz plz refund my balance..? Because that i want to unlimited data pack now so if you refund me so i can unlimited balance as soon as possible...

    Since end-dec, every time i send a message saying "port < my number>" to 1900 i get an immediate message from 1901 saying "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider". Service provider customer care (Over phone) people put me off initially saying it would get resolved in a few hours. When i visited their office personally they said wait till jan 10. Now they are telling me to wait till jan 31. Why am i unable to port out?

      I am an idea customer, i took my sim card from kerala, india. Currently i'm living in munich, germany.
      My idea prepaid sim card got deactivated / not showing any signal from 4 days before. I didn't get any notification regarding this deactivation of incoming messages. There was enough balance.
      When i checked all previous messages there it was saying that "outgoing validity will be ended"only. So usually incoming should be there. Because i didn't even get any notice period or so. When i recharged immediately it's still not working.

      Its seems unfair for customers, this number is linked with many of my necessary accounts. So i can't simply ignore this issue.

      When i try to call the kerala idea customer service center for registering my issue from another number, it's saying all executives are busy or not responding. What can i do? How can i solve the issue from being outside of india?

      I would like to get immediately resolve this issue.

Whenever i try to call someone, the call itself gets disconnected and the error is server unreachable. I tried to contact 198 but they have not resolved it yet.. My contact number is [protected]

          Despite opting for dnd my service provider idea (Aditya birla group) still disturbs me with play rummy messages.
          I had a similar problem sometime ago. I would get 3 to 4 messages per day for a couple of months till i discovered that idea was responsible and had to go all the way to the showroom 14 kms away to block it. I am a senior citizen and it is a thorough waste of time.

            Hello,
            I am user of idea service in maharashtra circle.

            I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
            "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider"

            I tried with customer care and visit to store many times, no resolution.

            During the same time, i was able to get upc code for my another number, i was able to port out.

            I have already being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network availability and also addressing customer request.

              Before 16th jan, 2020 everything was working fine, no issues were faced for single day.

              On 16th jan, 2020, i got a sms that idea has going for an update to provide us better network..

              Now here's the point, after upgrade, calling network is very poor, and no internet connection...

              I have tried all possible things to get my network back..

              Sometimes i get e signal which is not working while internet is on

              And when i switch to 3g signal, it is working too..

              And when i switch to manual setting selecting vodafone..

              It works for 2 minutes, then afterwards, sometimes my network goes unreachable..

              Kindly tell them to install a booster in my area pocket g 30 sector 3 rohini..

                I want to port my number from idea to another service provider. I tried to generate the upc but recieved error message instead - upc cannot be generated since last activation is less than 90 days. I have been using this number since last 4.5 years. Number is [protected].

                    I cant even call the idea customer care and the data plans are a fail for me

                      From last 3-4 months i got email from idea cellular that i have unpaid bill of around 300-400.
                      Now it is 580.
                      I want to know when my number is started there is no bill unless until i am calling or messaging on others.
                      But suddenly they give me bill of approx 99 per month.
                      I m complaining at costumer care number again and again but there is no reply from them
                      And finally they sent me a legal notice to pay that bill.
                      Now what can i do if a cellular company do not reply my complaints and suddenly sent me a legal notice.

                        Idea deduct rs 10/- today without any reason. Customer care executive telling that it was a deduction for vas as dialled *123#. But nothing was dialled. No vas is also activated. Basically they are cheating the customer now to pay the penalized amount. As the company is going to shut down so they are doing nasty.
                        Previously company deducted rs 24/- in the name of extending validity. Though previous validity was not ended.

                        Previously Rs24/- got deducted to extend the outgoing validity though my previous validity was not ended.Also unable to stop the auto recharge service by dialling your described code *369*240#.Your executive told that some work is going on that USSD code, after that it will work, but he was unable to declare the deadline.why would customer suffer & pay for your system drawback ?

                        Today idea customer care team called only for saying "sorry for balance deduction, but we can't do anything".They are good for nothing.Only making false alligation and cheating.I have already send them the attachment with proof that they are doing wrong.They were helpless to reply as they did not have any logic.

                              Hi. I am not get my current operator’s services. Very poor services. Not able to port out too. Trying since december 2019. Spoke to customer care several time but issue was not resolved. Rude executives. Earlier they told that porting code will be available by 10th january 2020 after 12:00am.                                 I have sent many time sms for porting but saying that upc cannot be generated as your mobile number not configure. Pls contact customer care.. I have contacted customer care but they are saying it will resolve within 2 days since last 20 days this was happenning and now i wondering and thinking that idea dont want to loose customer but if they will not provide quality services to customer then also they will loose customer...                                   During potability is showing message as “ UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured.Please contact your service provider.“

                                  I have been to idea stores multiple times and called customer care too but no solution.

                                    Im using idea network in Pune and network is horrible can even make a single call or receive any, can make calls only outdoors. Im trying to port to other network and unable to get a upc everytime getting reply like "your mobile number is not configured please contact service provider".
                                    These idea customer care is the most pathetic service i have ever seen none of them have any idea about the issue or resolution they just simply say sorry for inconvenience your issue will be resolved please be patient. I have called them around 50 times regarding this and this issue didnt even move a single inch they just say our technical team is working and you will get a code very soon.
                                    Sometimes they say issue is just resolved and hour back and you will the code tomorrow and this repeats everyday, they are just increasing the resolution dates every time i call them they are the best at telling lies and making false promises.
                                    Having idea network is like having no sim in your mobile cant able to make or receive calls nor any internet. I want to port as soon as possible

                                    As per recent communication, we would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected]. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators. Also, you can check your outgoing call, SMS details & account related information in My Idea Application or Website.

                                    I have been credited with 38 rs as against my recharge of 49 rs. That money will will wiped off fully if i i do not use it on specified time.

                                    Request you to kinldy credit the same amount in my main balance

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      This is padmachary from madhira. I was losed my mobile. I went to idea centre in my location madhira. When i was ask the new sim. She told me 250/- rupees charge.

                                      My new sim card is 25/- but when i losed my sim, it was 10 times double the charge

                                      Please this is not right way of the customers arrassing

                                      So please kindly help on this issue. As early as possible

                                      I recharged twice 30&36 but it's not got active but my amt as dedected from bank but it's not effect Ed my incoming and outgoing cal r banned wt to do nw I want explanation and refund if it's not affected

                                      Meri bhi same problem hai UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured.Please contact your service provider. please resolve my issue

                                        1. Low connectivity regularly for more than 8 days.

                                        2. Paid for 4 G but services are 3 G or even low.

                                        3. Seems that company is likely to shut its operations, hence, forcing its
                                        customers to Port to Airtel or Jio.

                                        4. The matter will be taken up with higher authorities on not resolving the
                                        ISSUE within next 3 days.
