The speed is really really slow. I can't even go to a website (Any website). It's not even the normal speed (4g is not even a question), it shows e and 5-6 times the internet is just stopped.. The network is gone, the speed is really bad. Nothing happens after restarting the mobile phone, the speed remains the same. I really don't appreciate that. I'm unhappy with the services provided by the provider.

Few months ago i ported my no [protected] from idea cellular network to reliance jio and we did so by clearing all our dues and i have also paid some extra amount so that i doesn't face any inconvenience but still the company claims that we haven't cleared our dues and has threatened us for deactivation and today i. E 28/01/2020 they have deactivated my no this is not a consumer friendly activity

Now a days, operators have been crediting talktime as secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before expiry of the pack, then entire balance would be wiped off.. Thats their new strategy to earn money.

How can they do that?

Earlier they had been deducted balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are being stealing openly..

I own an Idea 3G prepaid sim. I was using the sim till August 2019. And then I stopped using the sim till Jan 2020.That means I didn't use my sim for nearly 5 months. Now I wanted to use the sim again so I recharged with the ₹199 pack that gives benefits for 28 days. But my sim is continuously showing no service even after recharging with the pack. I tried to use the sim in another phone but it didn't work. I also cleant the sim and inserted it again but nothing happened. Please help and fix this issue.

I recharged my prepaid idea number recently after a deduction of 39.90 rupees from my balance for a service i never requested for and never gave my conformation for activation of same. However even after recharging again the same thing happened and all my talk time balance is deducted.
When i requested for recent deductions it shows call made to 5330011 which were never made. Also the timing of same was immediately after the recharge. I request idea to refund my balance for the same.

I was getting messages to upgrade my IDEA sim to 4G as it was an old sim (since 2007). On 25th Jan'20 I went to the IDEA store to upgrade it. They charged 100/- and did something post which I received an SMS that my sim will be upgraded in 24 hours.

After few hours, it stopped working and till now I can see 'no service' and 'emergency calls only' pop-up in my Android phone. I tried re-staring many times but still no result.

I cant send port message to the 1900 as it seems like the number has been blocked by idea. I called their customer care number and they didnt help me regarding this. My number is [protected]

I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. Kindly help me by refund the amount

Please le tus know how we unhold or release the voice services on idea mobile as its poppoing up the note that the voice services are tempararily onhold on the idea mobile..Please help I did try getting to idea customer care service number but was of no use.Kindly help with this issue as it is not allowing any calls from outside.

I have made so much complaint but it marked as close and i got revert the agent tell that they can provide enough network at my location however they took a feedback note from me [case close ]

I am user of idea service in maharashtra circle.

I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
"upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider"

I tried with customer care i was advised that presently it is issue with every network which is not so.

I have already being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network availability and also addressing customer request.

My idea sim with the above number stopped working day before yesterday. Everything from my office work to my uber is connected to this. I need to find a way to resolve this.
First the sim was showing as roaming for an hr or so, then even after showing full range it was not letting me make any calls (Network unavailable error). Later on when i rebooted my phone it stopped showing any network signal. Now it shows as "no sim".

This is again the fresh complaint because support team doesn't responded on my previous request yet. I am trying get upc code from my idea number by sending port to 1900 but i am getting reply from 1901 that "upc cannot be generated as mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance".

This is regarding a request no : this mail is reference to request no c[protected] raised to idea on 9th december.

This is regarding waiver request raised on 9th dec.

I am still waiting for resolution. Even after 40-50 follow ups

They are only giving new dates with no resolution.

I raised a request c[protected] on 9th dec 2019, but did not get any resolution till now.
This is very frustrating and after more than 30 followups the reply is same that "we are looking into the matter and will get back to you soon".

After even more than 30 days i am getting the same reply.

The way you people are dealing with my request it do not seems to be get resolved in near future.

If a request is raised 1 month ago with commitment that it will get resolve in 72 hrs then it should get resolve in that time frame.

I understand sometimes, it takes time but it just can not take more than 1 month with no commitment.

This is how you treat your customer who has been your customer for more than a decade.

I don't know what to do now. Can you people tell me?. This really very frustrating.

Unable to generate UPC code for porting out. ( No [protected])

Repeated complaints from many customers regarding same.

On opting to port out, we get a message that UPC cannot be generated as the number is not configured. Please contact service provider

No solution from any tele operator of Idea

I have been using idea for a long period of time years and i want to port out to another network, as idea internet speed and network coverage is very poor. I have been trying to get the upc code since 14 days and i'm getting a message that says: "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

I've also contacted the idea customer care many times regarding this issue for which they said this obviously didn't happen. On another call they said it's an issue with trai and would be resolved after 19th jan. Then they told that will be resolved after 24th jan. But there's no progress with the issue.

I required to port the idea number to bsnl urgently veiw i am going to andman and nicobar islands where idea service not exist.

My unlimited balance ended 20/01/20... After that i did 3 times balance like 10rs. 50rs. And 50rs. Now my total balance is 92.21, but i can't call to other people... Please refund my balance or active my outgoing call... Can you plz plz plz refund my balance..? Because that i want to unlimited data pack now so if you refund me so i can unlimited balance as soon as possible...
