Voice is being dropped and not able to speak and hear continuously from last two days.
We can hear the voice of the speaker for only fee seconds continuously and it will be broken for some time.
Hence, it is difficult for any user to talk in a single flow .
We are seeing this issue in Hosa Road, Bangalore.
Please resolve it ASAP. It is not a good experience now....

I am not able to receive incoming calls on my idea number and not able to call customer care on 12345 and 198 numbers.
How can i re activate incoming services on my number.?
Do we have any plans to recharge?
Please let me know some clear steps an how to contact customer care.?
Recently i have done 50 rupees recharge and my account balance shows 36 rupees....

I was 300mb's left on internet balance so i chose to make a recharge of 250 rs, 1.5. Gb/month. My money got deducted and recharge was also successful but since then i am not able to use idea internet. Yes i tried to restart my phone, turned on and off flight mode, tried to remove sim and re inserted but nothing works. If any solution you have please help me....

On 11th Dec 2019 I have recharged with 50 Rs, According to rules if I will recharge more than 35 then I will get 28 days extension on outgoing calls. But next day I got message 24 rs is deducted from account to increase 14 days outgoing validity. Today(23 Dec 2019) I get message 24 will be deducted on 25 Nov 2019 to increase 14 days outgoing calls validity....

I am using three Idea's cellular Numbers at Gaurakhpur barowala Premnagar Dehradun. there is a problem during make a call to any network for last two weeks (not clear voice) and speed of 4G data network also.

Sir, i balanced with 50 rs to my number of idea card which has 60 rs balance but the validity is ended. That's why i recharge of 50 rs but my validity is not extended only idea deduct the tax and add 38 to main balanced. Now my idea number has 99 rupees with no validity.
I complaint to customer care that please extend my validity by cutting 49 rs recharge from main balanced 99 rs. But she denied is told me this service is closed....

The idea store located at mandsaur (Pin: 458001) need a new man. Hemendra dixit at idea store is not doing my job. I have been asking him to convert 2 postpaid numbers to prepaid and he says that his idea website login details needs to be reset. He has been saying that for about 2 months. And i have been visiting him for regularly for the same. He just don't want to do it i guess. He has been refusing some customers and accepting some....

My idea sim is dead while i am still using it. It's been two days that i have realized that my sim is dead and when i went to nearby idea showroom, they said that i can't get sim card with same mobile number. I want to know whether it is possible to take sim with same mobile number of dead sim or not. I want to know what's the problem as quickly as possible....

This is i think fifth time i'm raising a complaint regarding caller tunes accidental activation from your end. I raised similar complaints from past three months consecutively.

Still i got a bill regarding the same for this month.
I have to take serious action against this.

We have complaint against Idea cellular Ltd Nagpur Maharashtra for non refunding of our isd deposit amount which is not refunded by Idea till now. we are writing email from last 1 year and they are not sending our cheque nor any neft in our given account. They just wrote us fake emails each time and their representatives also not entertained our complaint. we have attached all receipts of payments with this complaint...

My number [protected] was converted from postpaid to prepaid 6 months ago for which my refund of security deposit hasn't yet been processed. I was assured of refund within 90 days but it's been more than 6 months. Location; ranchi. I have visited store at plaza chowk ranchi more than 6 times but they always ask to come in a week and say that they have mailed the ho but response is not coming....

I have taken a 84 days plan in rs. 398 on 27 november 2019. Idea internet is not working. Worst internet service. I would never use it again and never recommend anyone to use it. Tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to airtel. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help...
