but my sim card regected, I'm feeling so sad,
not respond the supervisor "ramya" I'm feeling so sad. Please recover to my sim, I want my sim card,
my sim card rejected but costomer saying not rejected your sim card please go to the idea office, pay the money and take replacement your sim card. but the I'm asking why rejected my sim card, I want my sim card, please replacement my sim card.

Respected sir/madam, i want my call and sms complete history because i needed it very much because of a personal and problematic reason. If i will not get them then i will be in a great problem.
So sir please kindly draw your kind notice here because sir this problem seems small but it can destroy my life and respect everything. I will not able to prove myself right which can effect my life very much. So sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I, g lakshmi naresh, working as bank manager. We requested at idea showroom annamaiah circle, tirupati, for post paid to prepaid conversion of my sim on 4 th december, 2019. So far there is no progress by the show room. What is the procedure to get prepaid sim for my post paid mobile no. Whom i could contact for this. Please look into my issue. The show room people are saying contact customer care. But the customer care people are saying contact show room.
It is happening in india by the corporate services. When will be common people get justice in this regard.

I am from gandhidham. Kutchh. Gujarat. Where there is no idea store to solve my sim, network & internet related issue which i am facing. At last i have no other option remain to port my idea to other network provider not only me many of friends having idea sim also have same types of problems which are unable to get solve. If idea cellular is unable to give service then shut down the company.

My name is Ashish Yadav. My mobile number is [protected] .I have visited to the Idea store ( Dev Enterprises, Rewari, Haryana) for the process of migrate my postpaid number to prepaid . The store executive named Devender is very loud and didn't talked to me properly and he said if you go with my decision than only I'll migrate your number to prepaid. He defamed me at the store and misbehave, abuses me and also insulted me . He didn't work properly and asked me wait for 1 hour without any reason.He is very rude and arrogant and making me fool and never provided the proper information of the idea recharge packages .

I made idea prepaid recharge of rs. 169/- on 3rd december 2019 at 7.02 am. Amount was deducted from my account but recharge was unsuccessful. My order i'd is indrc[protected] payment id is [protected]. So kindly check what was the mistake & refund my amount asap.

Your connection is the worst connection, already there are so much network issues, my phone goes switched off everytime, on the above without prior notice you disconnected the services. Already you people are bankrupt and you people are doing these things to irritate the customer. This is the service you provide to your customer. I regret porting to you worst network.

I am trying to port my number from idea to airtel, but to do so i am suppose to send a msg to 1900. But my messages are getting failed and not able to send it successfully to get upc code.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to airtel. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it is not working for others also messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have 7 rupees in my main balance account. Please help

Requested the executive that i have been charged too large a amount for something which i had not even requested so please lodge my complaint that someone has gone to your showroom and made such request on my behalf so that some investigation could be done but he said that you wait for bill to be invoiced than we lodge complaint. What does that mean untill than i should live in fear of paying such an amount and stop using my gprs which could generate amount in thousands of rupees in 3 minutes i fear what could they have charged if.

I aqusa gilani customer of your idea company since last more than 3 years is facing the problem of net connectivity as well as no network signal most of the time.
I am facing this issue since last more than 6 month. M living in shastri nagar meerut (250004) a very well equipped place having proper network signal of all the company.
Earlier i had called enumerous times but all your executives were only giving excuses for solving the problem within 24 or 72 hrs or a week but still the same issue is there.
Instead o[censored]sing a samsung a50 recent phone no network as well as net speed is 0.0000 1 i cant able to download or watch any thing or surf the site...!!!

I am facing internet connectivity since 1 month and calling problem since 10 days. I can't call because of this problem. Aforesaid problem occurs in my area on all idea sims. I use airplane mode again and again for calling someone and now i am able to use only 2g because there is no connectivity for 3g/4g. There is also a vodafone tower near my phone but still this problem happens. Solve our grievance otherwise we are compell to change our sim.

My service stopped a day ago i removed the sim and switched places but no use. It was working fine till yesterday. I tried everything. Even removed the sim and put it into another mobile but still no use. I turned in and off the phone and nothing. My number is [protected].
