I am from gandhidham. Kutchh. Gujarat. Where there is no idea store to solve my sim, network & internet related issue which i am facing. At last i have no other option remain to port my idea to other network provider not only me many of friends having idea sim also have same types of problems which are unable to get solve. If idea cellular is unable to give service then shut down the company....

I did a recharge from gpay but never received confirmation from idea. Below are the information about transaction event. I need a recharge with deducted amount or refund.

It has been 4 months since I have closed the numbers but I have not received my security deposit amount back.
Please resolve this issue.

Can you please deactivate one communication 97 sports activation in idea network for my number "[protected]". Without my knowledge you people detecting amount rs5 /min.in my balance totally 206rs deducted.

My name is Ashish Yadav. My mobile number is [protected] .I have visited to the Idea store ( Dev Enterprises, Rewari, Haryana) for the process of migrate my postpaid number to prepaid . The store executive named Devender is very loud and didn't talked to me properly and he said if you go with my decision than only I'll migrate your number to prepaid. He defamed me at the store and misbehave, abuses me and also insulted me . He didn't work...

I made idea prepaid recharge of rs. 169/- on 3rd december 2019 at 7.02 am. Amount was deducted from my account but recharge was unsuccessful. My order i'd is indrc[protected] payment id is [protected]. So kindly check what was the mistake & refund my amount asap....

Your connection is the worst connection, already there are so much network issues, my phone goes switched off everytime, on the above without prior notice you disconnected the services. Already you people are bankrupt and you people are doing these things to irritate the customer. This is the service you provide to your customer. I regret porting to you worst network....

I am trying to port my number from idea to airtel, but to do so i am suppose to send a msg to 1900. But my messages are getting failed and not able to send it successfully to get upc code.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to airtel. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it is not...

I aqusa gilani customer of your idea company since last more than 3 years is facing the problem of net connectivity as well as no network signal most of the time.

I am facing internet connectivity since 1 month and calling problem since 10 days. I can't call because of this problem. Aforesaid problem occurs in my area on all idea sims. I use airplane mode again and again for calling someone and now i am able to use only 2g because there is no connectivity for 3g/4g. My service stopped a day ago i removed the sim and switched places but no use. It was working fine till yesterday. I tried everything. Even removed the sim and put it into another mobile but still no use. I turned in and off the phone and nothing. My number is [protected]. My balance is credited to secondary balance after recharge. Earlier it was getting credited to main balance. The balance is getting deducted from my main balance when i made a call. My secondary balance must be transferred to main balance. My mobile number is
[protected] idea. If there is a validity for the balance in secondary balance and if i don't use it the full amount balance will be wiped off. So i want it to my main balance....

I had paid an amounts of rs 599/- on 4th dec 2019 through my icici bank for recharge of above mobile vide ref no. Bil/onl/[protected]/inditabes/wwwindit. However above amount has not been credited to my mobile account till now and my phone has been deactivated for outgoing calls/ net.
Please look into it and ensure to credit the amount of recharge....

The problem is i will doing recharge [protected] amount is rs398 on 2.12.2019 (9.25pm) on my idea app, but recharge not done and amount will be debited, i spoke to coustomer care they will told me amount will be return but now amount will not refund, so please kindly process my complain and refund my amount of rs398.

I have recharged my no ([protected]) by 149 on 5th december. On 6th december i have received the message of balance deduction from my main balance. After 5 unsuccessful attempt, i was able to talk to their customer care executive who informed me that my 1000 minutes is over. But i can see in the idea app that i still have 993 mins. So i don't know why i have been charged for the calls....
