My balance is credited to secondary balance after recharge. Earlier it was getting credited to main balance. The balance is getting deducted from my main balance when i made a call. My secondary balance must be transferred to main balance. My mobile number is
[protected] idea. If there is a validity for the balance in secondary balance and if i don't use it the full amount balance will be wiped off. So i want it to my main balance.
If idea is not doing it then i will have to port my number to some other operators

I had paid an amounts of rs 599/- on 4th dec 2019 through my icici bank for recharge of above mobile vide ref no. Bil/onl/[protected]/inditabes/wwwindit. However above amount has not been credited to my mobile account till now and my phone has been deactivated for outgoing calls/ net.
Please look into it and ensure to credit the amount of recharge.

The problem is i will doing recharge [protected] amount is rs398 on 2.12.2019 (9.25pm) on my idea app, but recharge not done and amount will be debited, i spoke to coustomer care they will told me amount will be return but now amount will not refund, so please kindly process my complain and refund my amount of rs398.

I have recharged my no ([protected]) by 149 on 5th december. On 6th december i have received the message of balance deduction from my main balance. After 5 unsuccessful attempt, i was able to talk to their customer care executive who informed me that my 1000 minutes is over. But i can see in the idea app that i still have 993 mins. So i don't know why i have been charged for the calls.

I am an idea costumer. I didn’t download any package called sports one97 but my balance is getting deducted daily by rs5 saying that i have downloaded it but i didn’t download any thing. It is happening from past one week. Daily 10-15 rs are deducted. Please unsubscribe the package as i didn’t download any package. And i also want the refund of money asa soon as possible. Please take action against it as soon as possible

My smart phone lost so that i had lost my number also. Then i go to idea service center. I issue a duplicate sim. They told me that your sim will activate in 4 hour. But now 48 hour happen, it is not working. No signal comming and it shows no service i tried to many time switch off switch on my phone. But its not solve...

The message came on my mobile on 5.12.2019 at 1.27 pm and was deducted rs 10 even though i did not receive any call and neither did i send any message. Send network team to identify the root cause of network coverage and tell them to resolve in urgent basis plz i m begging for the network coverage

To my utter surprise, i note that on 01 december 2019 and 04 december 2019 (@ rs.1/- per day) was deducted from idea sim card [protected] with the reason "for downloading sports from one97". This information was communicated to me through sms by vz-ideacms. But i have never downloaded any app on these days as stated by the deductor. Please rectify the error and reverse the wrong debit made by you and ensure no such unauthorized debits be made into my account.

I have a postpaid connection. Calling from my sim card has been barred for some reason which i am completely unaware of. If i make a call, it asks for the bill to be paid, which i paid, although before time. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, because i am out of station and am in an urgent need for this issue to be dealt with.

I have earlier using a data card of idea no [protected] and stop using the data card for the last two years and made payment of my dues up to september 2019. While seeing the bill of october you people charging rs.500 as data pack since i am not using the data card i am unable to under who has activated the same. A online recharge 201.money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile .when i asked customer care executive he told 7 working days needed for processing. I want my recharge immediately I can't wait for 7 days.

I cansal my mobile no [protected] on 16/11/2019 i revived sms from idea say your card is cansal and deactivate on 18/11/2019 and also my card is deactivate on 18/11/2019 and today i revived bill of 422.96 rs. My detail given below.

Such behaviour of reputed co belongs to aditya birla in not good for their future also.

I ported from jio to idea facing network issue but idea is worst than jio. Which one should we select for 4G. I think all the cellular companies have only 2.5 g but shows they have 4.5g. But in India we can't complain and if we complain then no solution and no action will be taken.i think all cellular companies have thought that we will gain all 95000 crore rs from customers doing harassment them. Then what we can do only to be 🤫🤫🤫😭😭

I have done a recharge of rs.45 but now it is showing as sec. Balance and i am not able to do calls from my idea sim today it means 30nov2019 was the last validity of my last recharge so i have done it but now i am not able to do calls. What i have to do now? My parents will don't give me now more money to do a new recharge and it's a big problem for me.
