Could you please justify/explain/elaborate these charges. You have standard template that you paste to all your customers who are facing your harassment. I opted 599i plan after speaking to customer service executive and he clearly told that no hidden charges will be their. when i altered the 599i plan it was just an adjustment with the existing plan(ie 599i) and not the plan change then how come you charged me this heavily.
Please send me the call records or any proof that you communicated to regarding me any such hidden charges. Also, on your website (where user makes login to modify the plans) nothing related to "Data Pack Pro-Ration charges" is mentioned.
I will drag you in to the court and will public this humiliation across networking sites. You wave off these charges because i am not going to pay this.this is robbery and you people cheat your customers.

My bill mentioned above has been overcharged by Rs.2280.12(+ Service tax).There has been a migration of Corporate Plan to 599i Plan on 13th May 2015, At that time I was not informed about the "Data Pack Pro-Ration charges". Being a Privileged Idea customer(using your services since 6 years) I am feeling humiliated seeing my bill. I was not aware and was not informed about any such charges during my conversation with the customer care executive. Please wave off these charges asap and notify me the actual amount that I have to pay.
I got few calls from your customer service department and the person was trying to make me understand the bogus calculation against the charges levied in current bill. How can you charge me when my data consumption was within the limits. This is robbery. I never changed the data plan but made some modifications in existing packs and ANYWHERE on your website, there is NO mention that this change may lead to heavy charges in terms of Pro-Ration. Any person on this planet may have no idea about such charges other than the Idea people. Why NO TRANSPARENCY is billing process. Why these hidden charges enforced to the customer who is using your services since 6 years irrespective of your bad services.
Tell me where you have mentioned that I can't change my 599i packs and if changed I will have to pay "Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration #". I checked the “Term and Conditions” section available on your website but found nothing relevant to these charges imposed on me. Your representatives also never told me about any such charges.
Please re examine my bill and remove the Pro-ration charges which I can't pay and PLEASE reply to this mail asap.

Last week I interacted with a lady (named Priya Mishra, but I am not very sure about the name) and she told me that she is looking in to the matter and she will try to adjust the charges by accommodating my excess data in to a higher !-Plan (may be 999 i-Plan) and this way i have to pay 999 rupees. I agreed on this and since then I heard nothing from your side. I have to pay my bills but on website its still showing the older balance and not the amount which was proposed and agreed by us.
I request you to please update the balance asap and also add a note on Idea website about Pro-data/Pro-ration charges or update the Terms and Conditions section mentioning the issues related to plan change charges. This will help your valuable customers including me.
